It was only a quick overnight stay. Was walking distance from train station and palace. Very efficient check in and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Breakfast staff could have been more friendly. Room was quiet and comfortable bed.

The entrance of rhe hotel is very nice , but the rooms are very dissapointed very small and no hot water and water comes very slow in the shower

The Europa has become our favoured strategic stopover point on our regular drives from our home in the North to holiday destinations in the South. The recently renovated rooms are clean, neat & tidy & they have comfortable beds. The Italian breakfast is generous & offers sweet & savoury options including fresh fruit, cereals, pastries & scrambled eggs made to order. A big plus are the abundance of good & affordable dining options nearby.

This property isn’t even a 2 Star rating. We stayed here 11 years ago and it was very nice. Hotel now is dingy, dirty carpets, no porter service, no luggage carrier, air conditioning inadequate. We had booked two rooms for two nights and stayed only a few hours and left. Unfortunately we had prepaid for the rooms and had to go to a more expensive hotel for two nights. This property should not be on Expedia. Very disappointed.

The staff is friendly, the hotel lobby is nice, the location is conveniently located in the city center, less than 5 minutes walking distance from the Main Street. The parking is small and gated, the hotel makes every effort to try and accomodate everybody’s cars. The big cons are the rooms. Ours was small, old, with dirty walls. This is advertised as a 4* hotels but rooms are not those of a 4*. We asked and were explained that they are doing some renovations. Until then, it is unfair to describe this hotel as a 4* hotel, it is a decent 3*

Outdated, small shower cabin, the mattress was comfortable. For the price and just to get some sleep - not bad. Most of the staff members are friendly and helpful. A small cafe with wooden patio tent just to the right off the entrance, drinks and great coffee.

Service was inconsistent..some staff helpful and friendly, others rude. Lobby was very nice, but The room was very random, air con didnt work well, furnishings old and worn, walls dirty and overall in need of a freshening. We only stayed one night , or it would have been a problem.

The hotel was nice, the lobby is a bit funky, quite new. The rest of the hotel is quite dated. The rooms could do with an upgrade but they were clean and reasonably comfortable for one night.

Thus hotel is in the city of Caserta with restaurants close by. But you will need a car to explore the sights otger th an thr Palace which is not to be missed.

This is a great place to stay when traveling to Caserta. It is very central and in the middle of a bunch of restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous and helped me with everything I needed. Would definitely stay again here.

There are few bars and pizzerias next door to the hotel. There are bicycles available for the guests and the parking is across the street from the hotel. The hotel is situated in a nice part of town and walking distance to the Reggia. The breakfast is very good and serve good quality espresso coffee. I would reccomend this hotel for sure

The staff at 2am were very helpful. The only problem was the lounge room (where the kids were spleeping - sofa bed) wasnot air conditioned. Buffet Breakfast was ok.

Perfect for viewing the Royal Palace. Right down the block and once you get off the train station it is only a few blocks away. Easy to walk. Beautiful little neighborhood to shop. Nice higher end shopping. The Caserta Palace (Reggia) is a must visit for a few hours and unfortunatley quite overlooked when visiting Italy
