Toilet would not flush. We had to take thw top off and do it manually. I would ha w said something early, however we did not notice until late and did not anticipate there qiuld be anyone to fix late and the receptionist when we came in seemed very underwhelming and was not readily available both times we entered. We had to wait quite a few minutes to find her to ask for pillows and she was not very pleasant about that and handed us pillowcases separately to put on our selves. King sized bed only had 3 small pillows. Floor had a few stains. There was an old used bottle of shampoo in the bathroom and spmeones glove right under the couch. The tap to the sink was not screwed in properly and was quite wobbly. No coffee maker in the room even though there were coffe packects and sugar there. Otherwise good deal for the price and spacious room.

I am a health care worker and I am currently traveling for work. Easy to find, not too far from the hospital where I work and the staff was nice. I will definitely stay again.

The property was good and the room was good. I didn’t like that breakfast was over at 9am. This is fine for business travelers, but not for those vacationing who might like to sleep a little.

Hotel smelled like weed right away. Couch is so uncomfortable that you should not even have it in your room. Bed felt like trying to sleep on a cement slab. Checkout was at 11 but we decided to just leave at 7 so we can drive 4 hours to get home so we can actually sleep.

It really needs some updating. Kitchen was very run down. One glass in the cabinet. Not stocked well. Beds were very comfortable. It was also very quiet.

The hotel pictures was nothing like the actual room! Sheets dirty seem like they wasn’t washed! The couch had holes and stains! The room smelled like mildew! Will never book again don’t recommend.

We had a really clean room and the young lady at the registration desk was so nice and friendly as well as welcoming. We went to Kings Island. Just one suggestion, since marijuana is legal in Ohio, they might want to consider adding a spot outside where guests can smoke away from children and others that don’t smoke. Really nice hotel, otherwise.

Well, the fact that I woke up numerous times feeling something crawling on me and I look over in a gang of roaches was carrying my dinner from the night before off. Yeah, I don’t think I like that and the staff told me they had to review and going to look in the room so I pulled my phone out and video record of things having a gang fight on my counter so yes, I hate the place and it’s horrible. I wish I could give it four thumbs down.

It was ok for a place to lay your head for the night. I hated the breakfast. I was expecting bacon or sausage, which it was your typical bales, cereal, waffle mix. The eggs looked funny and the potatoes were old and hard. Today is my birthday, just wanted some speacial for my staycation. Money has been tight, so I wanted to do something for myself. I didn't want to go out for breakfast, whick is what I did.

Nice room but I did not get the same room I booked through Expedia. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 1 king bed and a full bed. We made it work but not sure why I didn’t get the type of room I specifically reserved.

It was a nice room. I picked it because it has a full kitchen and looked nice online. The can opener was broke and there was not spatula, but other than that, the room was great. The breakfast and staff were very nice.

The prize was the only thing that i liked. Then again you get what you pay for. There is to many problems to name but, here are some of them. The bed was harder then most, the pillows were flat. It took three pillows to make one decent one. The shower had pealing wall paper. There were rocks in the door to hold it open for entering. Because the cards given would not work. The bad thing is the front desk told us that it didn't work on any of the outside entrance doors. The carpet in my room was worn out and stained. I will never stay there again. This place should be removed from a discount hotel site. Thr people there looked like there were homeless. I wonder if it was an homeless shelter. What ever organization that they are under should remove their name from them. The elevator stop working. You could hear every footstep above your head. I complained to the front desk that was to no avail. I want all of my monies back if possible.

The overall wasn’t bad. The hotel seem older and did the room. The bathroom floor was uneven and floor was coming up, the shower head seemed low for me (I’m 6 foot). If u was wanting to cook in the room u could, there was no cook where in the room. The breakfast was ok not a lot to pick from. When I did talk to the staff was super nice. It was 25- minutes to great American ball park

i paid 266.00 and it wasn’t worth that. The pool sides were slimy, that was the main reason I took the kids, to swim. It was dirty. Rooms needed update. I could have gone to great wolf lodge for an extra 50.00

I found a bedbug in my bed on the second night of my stay. I took a picture of it and trapped it in an empty water bottle. I took it with me to the desk. I was given a different room, but spent more time checking the bed.
