I enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean and comfortable. The hot tub and outdoor fires was a nice plus. My main complaint was that the bar had limited/unpredictable hours and they also said there was yoga on the weekends, but when I showed up it didn’t end up happening.

Horrible stay. First a bunch of fire trucks came for a fire and woke us up. Then there was constant noise from people around the room and the roaming security guard did NOTHING to stop it. It never stopped. We checked out at 1:45am and went to another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Checkin was easy. No breakfast anymore,no laundry. Rooms are big and comfortable. Quiet. Pool is heated, and it and the hot tub will take color out of bathing suits,so keep that in mind. It ruined one of our suits and a shirt.

They let us check in early which was great. There was a lot of noise that u could hear between the walls and in the morning u could hear the housekeepers making way to much loud noises like rolling their carts, metal banging and them speaking very loudly. We stayed in the back end by the pool. Pool area was nice, hot tub was not very hot n there was some metal down at the bottom of the tub that i got stuck w/on my foot. I also was not gappy w/hotels.com that they charged me about $15 a day xtra for taxes which i disnt pay attn n that that we have been renting a lot of hotels w/them recently. I usually dont leave a review.

The hotel room is outdated. The AC has so much dust and dirt in it I had to turn it off. There was rust all in the shower. And they told me it would be a hold for incidentals but actually charged me the $100 so I now have to wait 10 days for a refund. Do not recommend. I’ll never stay here again.

Overall very clean with an awesome fragrance in and around the place. Several tweakers and prostitutes around the property, especially near the front. The bed was quite stiff, but overall it was comfortable. The place is a little overpriced for the quality, but it was still a decent experience. 10 minutes drive from Graton casino was a plus.

When I got there, the front desk attendent didn't know if the netflix was working yet. It wasn't was what I was told by the maintenance man who was trying to make it, so my door would open. I stay there 224 times a month and keep asking for special rates, but I can't get any and the service has gone downhill. I think you guys have lost a customer

This is a nice comfortable hotel with great mid-century modern decor. Our room was clean and comfortable and we were offered our choice of first or second level. The hotel is pet-friendly and it was easy to add the very reasonable pet fee at check in. There is a very nice pool area with an attached lounge that also serves bites and snacks. I will consider the Sandman for future trips as it is affordable and a great value.

What a lovely surprise staying at this property that truly exceeded our expectations! Very clean, comfortable & cute! More amenities than we were expecting. But the best part of our stay, hands down, was the hot tub & especially “T” who worked the pool bar! We couldn’t believe it was her first week, she was so fun, funny & entertaining. VERY good at her job, knew the drink selections inside & out, extremely personable & a great energy to be around. She is an asset to your company. Thanks for everything! -Alicia

It’s a remodeled motel that meets most of the marks. The room was quite nice and it was fairly quiet once it got dark outside. The pool was large with a bar. The outdoor fireplaces did not work but otherwise everything was fine.

I requested prior to arrival to have a room near pool for easy access for my wheelchair bound mother. We were told on check-in all those rooms were full (they weren't). On Friday night it is almost $200! and grouping all the people together was too much and unnecessary! Beds were horribly hard & uncomfortable, no TV guide in room, has to go thru all the satellite channels to find anything on TV; time consuming! The pool bar was not open, that was disappointing. Housekeeping did an amazing job though. My mom has multiple medical appointments from out of town but I doubt I will return at these prices & especially when they will not accommodate for a handicapped room, or permit you to stay in an obvious empty room cause they want to bundle all the guests together.

We have stayed here multiple times and will again. Well located for visiting wineries inThe Russian River area. Rooms aren't fancy, but clean and well maintained. We prefer to spend our budget on food and wime so this place fits our needs. Staff is friendly and helpful
