Hotel on the main traffic street in Rimini, close to beach side; Sea view is not existing (watching the next building); obliged to park in the middle of the street when arriving; silence in the night is not comfortable, the elevator to up floors seems not so safe; rooms lock are very basic; in 35 years travelling it is the first time I found the bidet into the shower!!!

Everything was perfect , but towels could be better ( bigger and softer ) Excellent breakfast, kind staff , good location, cosy bed and ac system . Also there is refrigerator at the room , cuttle and tea/ sugar

We were very happy with our room’s cleanliness, modern room decoration, comfortable bed with good quality sheets. Fantastic value for the price - highly recommended. Hotel staff were professional, kind and welcoming. A big thank you to the reception staff, Victor and Gabriella. Breakfast was very good, indoor and terrace spacious and clean.

Great convenient hotel. Free street parking 50 feet away. Nice restaurants and convenience shops nearby. 3km drive to old town. 50 feet to beach. Great breakfast with many options. Front staff (Nicolo) was great and very helpful.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. The bad point is that the walls are so thin you can hear everyone's conversation from other rooms. The level of noise is a bit annoying and is not very relaxing.

New hotel for really good price. Big room with the fridge and air conditioning system. Good breakfast,. I got more than I could expect for the price I had pay. Do not expect four star as you can find in another Europe countries, Italy stars are overrated.

I enjoyed my time here as staff were friendly and helpful, facilities were excellent and it is located not far from the sea. My only concern was that the room wasn't soundproofed. However for me no big deal as I sleep well anywhere. I just thought it odd in a modern hotel...

Had a very lovely break at this hotel in Rimini. Comfortable, modern, clean and friendly staff throughout. The room (303) was very spacious with windows both on the front and side walls, giving views of both the road and glimpses of the sea through breaks in hotels opposite. The hotel is situated in an ideal location for street restaurants, days on the beach (2 minute walk to the sand) and trips into town. Bus 11 runs along the street where the hotel is located, one way is just a ten minute ride into Rimini centre and the other way takes you towards Riccione. This bus route is serviced from early morning until 2am, ideal for evenings out or a long day trip - no need to worry how to get back to the hotel. All in all my experience was first class, ideal time to visit the area too (before the busy holiday makers season starts) I visited 17th to 24th April 2018 - a lot of hotels still hadnt opened their doors for customers yet and this meant the area was fairly quiet, I am sure peak season it would be a very busy place with the beaches full of sunseekers.
