this place is well place if you want to go shop at the outlet. But this time I was disappointed because of the cleanliness of the room. I don’t know if it was a while. The room was not used. It’s early in the season. It was very, very dusty headboard lamp the shower was not wash the sheets and the bed were clean at least that, but I was very disappointed . The service though was amazing they were there right away. I asked for more towel. They were on the spot.

The owner tried to over charge me to which I questioned him about however I didn't refuse to make payment and he frightened to call the cops on me. He's a greedy human being and a dehonest person. Do not stay at this hotel. Stay at the Hampton Inn where you get breakfast and a professional service.

Although we had trouble with our room key, the manager was very helpful in getting us settled in. One recommendation I would make is to install a towel rack in the bathroom, possibly under the sink.

I came to Central Valley for a wedding and arrived after midnight to check-in. There is no one at the service desk to help to check in, instead there is a phone number on the door to call. I redialed the number for half an hour in a row before someone finally picked up. They send somebody in pajamas to the front desk to check me in. I went to the room which was just filthy and dusty. I wanted to complain to change the rooms but could not get a hold of anyone. The towels where damp, old, flinsy and all had different shades of white/light gray. The shower curtain certainly has not been changed the last few times as it was disgusting (see picture) dust everywhere, body hairs on the sheets, dirty sink etcetera. It is as if they clean the rooms quickly and shallow between the guests. Never again.

I got stuck during a snow storm near Central Valley and it was either stay here or sleep in my car. If all you are looking for is a place to sleep and use the bathroom then this place should be fine. Several lights in the room didn't work, the toilet wouldn't flush although the bathroom was clean, and the carpet looked dirty along with the walls. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite though not his fault. I was exhausted so thankfully just passed out and left as soon as I could in the morning. If you can spend the extra money and stay at the Hampton Inn right down the road. It will be worth it.

PRO : Is it a nice place near the highway 87 and the Woodbury Outlet .
CON : NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST like it was written on the web site. You can go to the Woodbury Diner ( 2 minutes by car )

The room is somewhat dirty and very outdated. Who asked to be moved to a different room the second night and it was much better.

My stay at Americas Best Value Inn was smooth and pleasant the place is family operated. Sunny was very pleasant and helpful at the front desk. My room was clean and the bed was actually very comfortable. The room was remodeled, it had no carpeting which I appreciated. The shampoo, body wash and lotion amenity are a plus. The location is cost effective and ideal for shopping. We are already planning another stay!

I’ve stayed here a few times just because it’s proximity to the outlets. Never again. It’s dingy, old, dirty, and NOT worth paying $200 a night. And most of the rooms smell bad. The room I had smelled like urine. Gross.

Friendly and welcoming staff person on duty. The price was right for the area, located near enough to our wedding party destination. Nothing fancy, but you wouldn't expect that at the price. Comfortable, clean, and no complaints.

Room was ok. NO coffee maker! Mini fridge and microwave provided. AC was fine. Bath was clean and fairly modern. Need a towel rack or hooks in the bathroom. Minimal shower amenities provided. Only one small soap for sink.

It’s the second time I stayed here and this time it was a disappointment since I had to go to the reception three times because they did not clean the room for three consecutive days.

Yuk! What a rip off. A $50 motel at best. Old, run down, cold. There are stains, hard flooring, no coffee making facilities in room and the heating doesn’t work. I choose wisely most times via hotels com but this was and is a complete fail. I would’ve be better saving the money and sleeping in my car.
