Check in is long . Place feels and looks dirty . Had bed bugs in the bed and cockroaches . Had dirty clothes in the dresser drawers . Garbage under the beds . For the price you pay it should be better . We did get refunded for both nights .

The place had homeless people sitting outside everywhere. The main lobby was dirty. I waiting for them to clean my room at 3p when i was suppose to be checking in at that time. Get to the room and it wasn't clean. It still had trash on the floor because they decided they wanted to pull up the carpet but didnt realize they would be required to sweep and mop. The room felt like a place homeless people slept when they accumulated enough funds. The hallway carpets look like mud. My allergies instantly when crazy due to the pet hair im sure was still living in the carpets that appear never to have been shampooed. There were a large amount of dogs in the hotel and the air filtering systems were null and void. the desk rep left with no communication all while watching me walk in to attempt to check in. She walked right pass me and i ended up having to wait at least 5min for her to return all to tell me the room wasnt cleaned yet. I didnt feel comfortable showering because the tub had crumbs in it. So i left and went home to shower before the end of my stay. I left 6hours before my check out time.

Positives:
• Beds were clean and comfortable
• Kitchenette with stove top, microwave, and fridge
• Location close to all major retailers for Black Friday shopping
• Shower got plenty hot
• Ample free parking
• A/C and heat worked just fine
Negatives:
• Nothing stocked in the kitchen; had to ask and wait until the next day to get them. Even then, they gave us only 2 plates, 2 of each silverware, 2 coffee cups, and one pan...just random. Not a full set, especially since there was 3 of us. They didn't offer more.
• Hair dryer didnt work. Asked for another, they said they had none.
• The previous guest put a plastic bag over the smoke detector and someone had to be called to come get it down. Related...
• The hotel seems to tolerate guests that smoke cigarettes or weed as the strong smells lingered the entire three days we were there. I would not take children there.
• Bathroom had no amenities. When we asked, they only gave us shampoo.
• Breakfast was a muffin, instant oatmeal, or granola bar. Glad they offered something, however.
• Shower only had a decorative curtain and no true liner, so water went everywhere.
• Staff seemed indifferent; not rude, but certainly not overly helpful either.
• Hallway carpet is filthy and missing several chunks.
Overall, many basics were covered. If you're put up by your company for a place to stay for a few days, it's fine. If you're with family for a trip, it might be better to look at other options.

The staff was VERY friendly. The hotel was not what I was expecting. The first room had a stain on the sheets and smelled like weed. They changed our room immediately and offered many apologies. The 2nd room smelled much better. I didn’t like that every thing I needed such as extra towels worked on an exchange. Again not what I was expecting.

I’ve stayed at other hotels by extended stay that were in much better condition. This hotel was dingy and the carpets were horribly stained, bed was very hard, pillows were flat, and the room smelled of crayons. The morning consisted of being greeted with the neighborhood sex worker. Very sketchy, would not recommend.

I will never stay at an Extended Stay again. I know there is a different level of quality to expect at the discounted price. But this place was awful. The first staff member we engaged with was polite, but the second was extremely rude and seemed like it was a nuisance to ask for a new room key because the one he gave me didn't work. The room was dirty, the entire place smelled awful and was clearly not maintained. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpet in the hallway was disguising, with stains coming out of every room. Spend a bit more dough, and stay anywhere else.

The room worked well for a quick one night stay by the airport after landing late in the evening. Front desk attendant was wonderful as I had called ahead to alert when I would arrive.
Our bathroom was dirty with urine on both sides of the toilet showing that it definitely had not been cleaned in days, hair on sheets of one bed. Softer mattress would be nice.

The room was not clean upon on arrival. We were told that the room was cleaned and ready. However, we noticed a faint smell with what appeared to be mold in the bathroom and around the AC Unit. Outrageous condition.

Our lights didn’t work and we had to figure that out multiple times, it was a good sized room but very much in need of updates. We went for an event and enjoyed the area as it was out of the city way, clean and safe for the most part. Most staff were friendly, others we hear complaining multiple times. As frequent hotel guests we do our best to stay out of the way, leave it cleaner than we arrive and enjoy our time

The room was very dirty. There was black long hair everywhere as if the girl from the ring stayed in the room before us. The bottoms of my sock were black after walking on the floors for all of 5 min. The counter tops had stains and crumbs on them as if they were never cleaned. The nightly staff was nice, but the morning staff were rude. I stayed here because I was going to a festival near by at SeatGeek stadium. I would avoid this hotel unless there is absolutely no other choice

Our room and the hotel were just dirty in general. Our room was musty, dusty and smelly. It looked like they didn’t even vacuum, didn’t clean the tub or care to change the bed sheet. The room we stayed in included a kitchen but there’s no pots, pans, utensils, plates or cup… what’s the point of having a kitchen if it’s bare and nothing is provided? The bed sheet was yellow on the right side. Staff at the front said if we want new towels to bring our old ones to the desk. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. It was awful and dirty. I didn’t feel comfortable at all.

Outside of the property was better than the inside. My room had hair in the toilet, bathtub, and the bed. All of this before I sat my bags down. Ants were crawling all over the floor at night..My wife and I had to sleep in our clothes and shoes. It was a terrible experience….If I wasn’t there from out of town I would have drove back home that night.but trust me I was out at 7am. Overall I tried to forget the entire experience but since you want a review here it goes.

The floor was sticky. I went out and literally bought a swiffer to clean the floor because they do not allow guests to use anything besides a broom. The ladies working at this hotel is what made this experience. Other than that, wouldn't stay here again. How are you going to put me a in a NO SMOKING room and you walk in and it smells like cigarettes. Be so for real.

Booked last minute, got there and the smell of Weed was through out the lobby, the floor I was given had at least 2 dogs the room had not been cleaned properly as items the previous guest had was still there, the Chair in the room was broken. VERY DISSAPOINTING!!!!!!!! It should have felt like home but it didn't feel like a dorm room

First they told me I had to take my own trash. Then instead or giving me a bill at the end of my stay they demanded that I put my card on file with them "in case there were extra" charges. Took my shoe's off walked from the bed to the bathroom twice and my feet were legit black. Will never go back there again I'll sleep in my car first.

When I first made my reservation I required a room with sofa sleeper however was advised upon my arrival that a different room without sofa sleeper was given to me upon arrival I asked for some add towels as I had traveled quite a ways however I was advised that I’d need to use the towels I had and them bring them back downstairs then I could receive additional towels not to mention my room didn’t seem very clean could smell that a pet had been in the room was not fresh at all, and I advised that the toilet seat was very loose was told I could just go under and tighten it, and the free breakfast never had coffee ready when I came down around 7:30am very disappointing

They did not have any extra towels when I asked for some, you also had to ask for extra bedding which they did not have either.
