The locatoin was beyond imagination. Very quite and comfortable. For the price it was better than many pricy hotel we stayed. Vey very happy. I will comback. The staff were very nice.

Although this place could be classified as a 1 Star Motel, it could’ve been a much better experience had the 2 hotel staff on duty were more attentive to servicing guests. Our room did not have even the basics such as a box of Kleenex tissue, no towels for 2, the microwave did not work and no parking available. The woman instructed me that it’s okay to park my car across the street at Harvey’s where it was clearly posted, “For Harvey’s Guest Only, Your Vehicle Will Be Towed” But she insisted it’s okay to park there. When calling the front desk and asked if they can deliver the Kleenex, towels and help figure out the problem with the microwave, the male staff member stated they don’t offer this service (our room was literally 7 doors away from the office where the couple of staff members were found couped up in the back room with doors shut just behind the front counter when I arrived to pick up items. Both the male and woman at the front desk come out explaining they don’t offer this room service (even when no towels nor tissue Kleenex were available). This trip was a last minute decision on a Labor Day weekend, I expected, and was ready and willing to pay for the Top $$$ price of $400+. for the room, but I would’ve at least expected to be provided with the basics and for “a little” customer service by the 2 staff members on duty. They were Lazy to do as little as possible other than to be couped up in the back room. I would not return nor recommend to anyone.

Finding bird feathers on the floor and other bits of debris did not speak to cleanliness. Chair covering was ripped in places and looked old. Mirror had old paint not cleaned off it. Certainly not an 8 out of 10 place as advertised.

The hotel increased their rates for the holiday weekend, when you increase your rates people expect more! The weekend was very warm and this place has NO AC, just a sad fan screwed to the wall, which wouldn't stop osculating. There isn't enough parking for all of the rooms, so we ended up parking overnight in a 2-hour only spot, partially in the dirt. The window sill was dusty, the bathroom floor was dirty and the shower wasn't clean. Not an enjoyable stay, won't stay here again!

The family that manage this property were so accommodating, friendly, and just a joy to deal with. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and definitely will come back!! If I had to make one criticism it would be that the shower didn’t have much pressure. That’s it! That’s all I can think of! Everything else was amazing

We will stay here again. Owners were very nice and accommodating. She even mopped the floor because of all the construction dust. Location was perfect for walking around shopping. Quiet at night. Close to State line if you like to gamble.

There was NO A/C for a heat wave striking California this week! It was rather HOT during the night. Our room was in a dark corner of this hotel next to a staircase when other rooms remained empty... Although advertised as "Luxury in a budget" this budget hotel offered a non-working WIFI, a renovated old but clean enough hotel with NO airconditioning.

Good location within heavenly village. Walking distance to everything. When we arrived we noticed hair on the sheets. Contacted the front office and they provided us with clean sheets. Other than that the stay was pleasant. Would recommend and stay again.

They have 2 motels. One has no staff. You have to call a number to be sent to an office at the other location. They charged me an extra 75 cleaning fee that they don't tell you about untill its to late. They still have not refunded it to me. Its over a week. The and room were filthy.

No air conditioning. Fan was annoying and not user friendly. Couldn’t access wifi. We were beside the stairs which were noisy with guests checking in late. We had the window open since there was no AC. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly. The price was very reasonable compared to other properties.

There was mold starting to grow on the ceiling above the shower. Only a fan for air and the wall heater was extremely difficult to adjust the temperature leaving the room really hot and muggy at all times. Needed to have sink and shower both running to have a hot shower. The bed was very comfortable and the front staff was kind.
