your chain is ok for a sleep. I know its April but the should be kept clean. I did have some female knocking my door. the Front desk took care of the issue. The hotel is to sleep and recover from Knottsberry farm and Disneyland.

We pick this place because of its location. Everyone is kind and helpful. You get what you pay for type of deal. If you want top of the lines presitine conditions blinding you from reality then this is not the place for you. Need a place to sleep for the night in a great location close to everything then shes 100% for you.

Pros: washer/dryer on site Convenient location, restaurants and freeway access. Good rates, debit/credit accepted for incidentals.Friendly and helpful staff.Equipped with LG smart TV Free wifi. Seemed like hotel security patrols the site nightly.Complimentary tea and coffee served in lobby daily. Room was clean enough, they did accomodate my request for very early check in so that was appreciated. Cons: neighbors can get noisy at all hours of the night, some sketchy individuals hanging around (hence the security patrol?) No hair dryer provided in room Both Ice machines broken during stay - since we didn't have a fridge either, leftover beverages have gone to waste :( Showerhead and soap dish height are set lower than average? For a 5 foot tall person, would be just right. Gaping hole where the showerhead pipe sticks out, could be patched up better so water doesn't get behind the wall There's a self service convenience kiosk in the lobby for which is good in a pinch but way overpriced Other: Because of the highway access, I noticed there were quite a few tour buses/truck drivers that park in the lot at night. Not that it changes the review in any way. Two pairs of washers and dryers, credit card only. One of the washers was nasty, with food residue all over the drum. Not sure if it ever gets cleaned. The other washer was fine. No "do not disturb" sign for room was provided, but easy enough to request no service via front desk.

Price was good. Adequate parking. Morning coffee was OK. The desk personnel were helpful. AC worked good. Sink faucet had hot & cold switched. Shower faucet was so stiff I thought it was seized up. Bed was OK, nothing more. Could hear noise from neighboring rooms and parking lot, but not too bad.

Didn’t realize this place is right off the freeway so it’s LOUD. Also not in the safest area, there was police activity in the parking lot when I arrived. Not to mention this place is DIRTY, I had left a day early because I was grossed out and annoyed.

Arriving the staff was super rude and didn't give correct information.

Transients in and out of the property at all hours. Barking dogs and poop in the grassy area where I had to take my dog. Trash left in parking lot from people with no regard for others!!!

Nice room, bed was great. Only issue the bathtub stopper would close ok, but could not stay open to let water empty without a towel to keep it open.

We did not receive house cleaning the entire time we were there. Our keys did not work at all , we have to get them fixed every single day of our stay!

Everything was very good except the 2 ice machines on the property didn't work.

We stayed here several years back during covid to do Knotts Berry Farms food festival. Back then it was clean, quiet, and we enjoyed our stay. This time, I don't know what happened, but it went down hill fast. The elevator walls were shredded, the pool was dirty, and I didn’t get the room I paid for. If I got the 2 beds, i would have gotten a fridge and microwave. I didn't. It was just ghetto! There were hookers outside and scary looking people living there and dogs all around. It was terrible. The maids never took garbage out and just put towels on the bed. Save your money and time. Don't stay here.

Awesome staff an friendly place

Definitely not what I expected. Bugs in the room. Housekeeping never came in to clean. They didn't want to give extra towels. Only allowed to watch what they provide.

the Staff was friendly at the front desk when checking in and out. The property was clean, pretty well maintained and in a fairly good area. The room was small, basic… don’t expect shampoo, conditioner, a fridge, a cofee maker, etc. Hey, its Motel 6 and not the Waldorf…. but you can expect a place you can feel comfortable getting a good night sleep before taking the kids to Knotts or Disneyland. The 1 thing to note is that the shower is really small. If you are over 6ft be prepared to duck.

The hotel is in a great location but the hotel it self was just okay. The rooms don't have refrigerators or microwaves, ice machine didn't work they said they was waiting on a part.

Hotel was pretty decent. The bath tub was a little scratched up and had a couple hairs in there still though. Other than that staff was friendly and everything was good. Would probably stay again.

Budget motel with few amenities, staff friendly and close to Disneyland.

Selected a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke.. since I was with my baby, I called the front desk and asked for another room. Front desk staff was great at helping us. New room didn’t have a smoke smell to it but both beds were broken. The bath had mold on the handle.. we checked in on a Saturday and it was full of suspicious activity. 2 homeless men outside by the parking, drunk people everywhere, and even the cops had shown up. Didn’t feel safe at all. Since we were going to be out all days and just staying there for sleep, we stayed. During the week it was better. More families and overall a better experience than the weekend. However won’t be staying here again. The staff was great again, the cleaning was as best as it could be given the conditions of the motel

Check in with front desk was quick and easy. Check out even easier! The room was very clean and comfy. My first time booking online so I didn't know how to request a bottom floor.

Horrible. Front desk made me wait 5 hours to check in after I just got out of emergency room. Then charged me early check in fee after waiting all those hours which made me feel even sicker. Spiders were found in my room and when I went to front desk they said I have spiders in my house all the time. Very incompetent staff. The ice machine was also out of service and it had no sign to tell first it didn’t work. A front desk lady told me how to get into room with ice machine seeing that I had a bucket in my hand and didn’t communicate that it didn’t even work until after I went in room she gave me instruction on how to get in with my key. I was left dumbfounded on why she didn’t mention it was broken before telling me how to get in the room with ice machine. There were also people blocking the front desk entrance with all their boxes and belongings yelling after having problem to check in and left trash in front entrance. The next morning the trash and boxes was still there. I felt sorry for the person.

We knew what we were getting into but also not really. We knew it was a lower tier motel, but it was almost less than minimal. Basically a place to sleep and use the bathroom and nothing else. Which worked for us, but we were happy to be on our way after our 2 night stay. Also decided that we wouldn’t stay there again.

This place was very unsafe people of all hours out lurking dog feces everywhere this hotel should not use Disneyland/knots Berry Farm as a name very misleading when you arrive to this facility and then you’re stuck no refunds so you have no choice but to spend the night after paying $200 a night very unsafe area. This hotel should be closed. There is bar windows as a cashier that was my first sign.
