Great welcome at reception when I arrived and really appreciated the tip re secure parking in garage given that my Honda CR-V is amongst the most stolen vehicle in Canada!!! Very thoughtful!! Plan to stay here again when in Montréal!! Merci

The indoor pool was very warm, and plenty of towels. The outdoor pool was a unsightly green cesspool. The front desk clerk mentioned the pool was in the basement, so we took the elevator adjacent to our room down. This took us to the basement, but the staff side. We walked through, found the pool. But it was concerning the general condition of the staff area. Shows they clearly don't put money where it won't be seen.

I enjoyed the stay. Staff was friendly as well. Every time I spoke with someone, they took their time to address my concerns. They allow you to charge your car with your own charger at any point available around the parking. The only downside is that they don't clean your room everyday unless you request them 24 hours in advance. I guess it is very standard in canadian hotels. In US, they tend to clean the rooms everyday. Parking can be very busy on saturday evening if there is a party or wedding at the hotel. Music was loud on saturday night but I did not have trouble sleeping as I was too tired.

The property overall was a great property. There are some updates that are needed, however like the keys For the doors could not be put in the same pocket as a cell phone or electronic device because it would automatically lose magnetism. The property is going under a little construction, so I'm hopeful that next time I stay there it'll be more updated.

First upon arrival said no room service,pick up towels and water at desk. Next, keys did. Not work twice after long days of touring and blame our cell phone. This price to be a hike 10 from subway and then 15 min ride to city at this price is a rip off No tTV service guide or quality cable available over priced for sub par stay Never again you should disclose this if you let them stay on your web it hurts your credibility Not satisfied….my first post ever You failed me

Upon arrival you enter the front parking gate by pushing button , but exit gate was wide open . That night 2 cars stolen ( Highlander & RAV4) and almost our car ! We had our car glass broken but nothing taken from inside , so they wanted the car ( Lexus SUV) . After that incident the exit gate stayed down and you needed your room card to exit . Too little , too late for the other 2 families and our headache to get door glass fixed on our vacation .

THE HOTEL IS NICE AND THE ROOM IS COMFORTABLE THE CHECK IN WAS GOOD..THE ONLY THING THAT WAS BAD IS THE CLEANING STAFF DIDN’T DO OUR ROOM..WE HAD TO ASK IN THE FRONT DESK PERSON TO GIVE US TOWELS,TOILET PAPER AND SOAP..THE REST WAS REALLY NICE.👍

I honestly feel badly in writing this review because, while the hotel service was so incredibly good, overall I had to give a general score of average, at best. We stayed for a stretch of 4 nights, and then again for 1 night. In our 1st room, there was a half eaten tray of cookies in one of the drawers. The TV didn't work until the maintenance person was able to jiggle the cable in just the right way and it held. The phone didn't work because the line was too frayed. The bathroom ceiling light blew because of a larger ceiling leak that ultimately required us to change rooms. In our second room, the door key/swipe didn't work very well and often took 5 or more swipes with a super quick turn of the handle to get it to open. On our 2nd stay a few days later, the first room we were assigned wasn't fully cleaned. The second room we went to was very oddly designed, with a sliding door separating the tub plus toilet from an open sink area. The toilet paper holder was all the way across the bathroom, so you had to either get up to reach it or just take it off the ring and keep it on the side of the tub. There was no towel rack. The exhaust vent didn't work, and the sink was clogged. Lastly, in the confusion of changing rooms on our 1st stay, we accidentally left a bottle of prescription shampoo in the shower, which housecleaning was supposed to keep, but threw away. However, throughout, service was INCREDIBLE, which is the only reason the hotel didn't receive below average.

Had 2 room's reserved, and had 2 very different check-ins one room had to sign a no loitering or party’s in the hallways after hours and the other room didn’t. We had no problem with an early check in. Although we noticed ants in one of the rooms after coming back from a show and when we went to the front desk they offered to send someone up but we asked to have room changed in the morning as we already had people sleeping, and they had no problem with that. Comfortable room, good price for its location. Easy access to Olympic park, subway station within 15 minute walk to get to downtown Montreal. Pools were always crowded - to be expected during summer, I suppose. Montreal was under a 24-hour boil water advisory while we were there. Hotel staff were good about provided water bottles upon request.

Although the hotel claims to be “dog friendly” on the app we had to pay an additional $40 for bringing our dog for one night and had to fill out additional paperwork related to the hotel’s pet guidelines and had to hang a special sign on our door to warn other hotel guests about the presence of our very quiet dog. We travel quite a bit with our dog and it’s usually hassle-free. We never had to pony up extra cash, sign additional forms or alert other guests about the presence of our dog inside our room. If I had known, I would have booked a different hotel.

The rooms and facilities (including two swimming pools) are clean, up-to-date, and in good repair. The restaurant staff are friendly and service is fast. Wifi cut out occasionally. The hotel is especially good for family stays, with free and ample parking being a big plus. Easy access to Métro, with restaurants and a grocery nearby.

Hôtel was beautiful and walking distance to so many must sees in Montréal. Shower was amazing, great high pressure. Only complaint is more about the city and stress it caused to know many rav4s are stolen right from the hotel packing lot. If you have one, bring a rental lol

If you are coming here to sleep don't. Mattress was slopped, cheap sheets and pillows horrible. Mold in shower and toilet runs. Doors slam and the patrens are very noisy. Pool is loud which we were facing and the room cleaners start at 8 and are talking loudly to each other plus the vacuum system is in the hallway so there is no reprieve from loud. Just don't stay here unless you do t care about sleep and want to party all night.

Staff was great and accommodating, but the bedding is such poor quality that you can hear every movement. I would compare it to sleeping inside a sleeping bag except less cozy. The pillows are small and extremely lumpy, and you can hear every noise from the hallway, bring a noise machine, you’ll still hear everything but itll make it better. Pools were great, sauna was broken, key cards demagnetized super easily ( after 1 hour of being there). The restaurant at the hotel charges $17 for kids meals.

We appreciated the air conditioning of the hotel, but we did not like that the room was not cleaned for our whole 4 night stay. We called the front desk and asked for fresh towels, and we never received them. The first morning of our stay we realized our shower was not working (could only be used as a bathtub) and when we asked the maid who was in the hallway if she could help us, she continued to speak french to us while we showed her the broken shower despite us explaining in broken french that we only spoke english. She then shrugged and turned around and left the room, leaving us with our broken shower and not helping us. When we called the front desk to have our shower fixed, they said they would come but didn't fix it for 6 hours so we had to try and have a bath prior to our music festival. The actual hotel was great in terms of amenities but our experience was extremely disappointing in terms of staff and cleanliness of the room/shower.

I liked the property's area and parking. However, I was disappointed with the washroom. The bathroom was cramped, the tub faucet had low water pressure, and the shower didn't work. I had to call maintenance, but they couldn't resolve the plumbing issue. It was frustrating to discover these problems after checking in and trying to take a shower at 11 pm. They offered me another room at midnight, which I took, but it was very disappointing to have to repack and move in the middle of the night after my family had already unpacked. However hotel management didn't sent any apologies for inconvenience.

Second time staying at this property and was disappointed in the room (cleanliness/ comfort/ layout). Edge of mattress torn and sticking out, bathtub was mouldy in 2 areas. The sliding frosted glass door that separated toilet and shower from vanity and the rest of the room didn’t close completely and was just plain weird. Had to have the cards re-keyed almost every time we left the room and came back. The front desk made it seem like this was an ongoing issue, but we’re very helpful and accommodating. Overall, was glad that they are now accepting pets and the downtown-ish location was perfect for us. But the room and amenities were disappointing.
