They gave away our room to someone else then blamed us for showing up later then 2 gave us a smoking room and it smelled worst experience I ever had I don’t recommend staying here

Both beds in the room were caving in, whether due to broken springs or just being so old and worn out. I cannot believe they would not change broken mattresses out and would let paying customers sleep on broken beds. We were so uncomfortable. Also, the floor was dirty, there were hairballs on the bathroom floor, and hairs on the “clean” towels.

Well we book a room with a microwave and so that microwave blow the power to our and this was deluxe room and very disappointing for basically renting a where we can’t us the microwave and still have to go the office to use there microwave

I choose this motel because my spouse & I needed a pet friendly room to spend the night in passing through the area, just a basic room to sleep in, & be on our way the next day. Ther room was real rough, the bedsheets had cigarette burns all over, despite it being a non-smoking room, it also had no outlets near the bed, nor around the room, just one free one under the TV console, the only other outles were in the restroom, those were broken & didn't even work. My spouse has a medical device they use when sleeping that needed an outlet, when we reached out to the front desk about the issue to see if they could switch us rooms, or if they at the very least could provide an extension cable we could use to reach the plug under the TV console, they said to come to the front desk.The person at the counter gave us an outlet adapter plug cube (with no length) & said thats all that could be provided, it did not solve the issue, & we ended up not staying through the night & left shortly after. Upon trying to check out the person at the front desk was fast asleep with an inappropriate video (lots of messed up hate speech) playing on full blast in the lobby & we had to wake them up to return our keys & the adapter to leave. Motel 6 has been a go to for us for years, but this one really has us considering other options going forward. Pay a little more for a better option in the surrounding area, cannot recommend this one at all.

Had to wait 30 minutes for room to be cleaned. Room smelled, hair everywhere. Wi-fi kept dropping. Roach crawling on wall. This place used to be better.

Great stay, cheap price, pet-friendly rooms. Just be sure when you check in you have your license plate number. Also, all the people who are staying with you, have their I.D.'s ready with you for a faster check-in. In-n-out right next door was a huge plus.

I arrived late in the evening. Only smoking rooms were available. I was told that it was due to me not having specified a non-smoking room. I got sick from the cigarette odor in the room firing the first night. It was unacceptable on Expedia for not having asked which option I wanted.

This was a simple get away for my son and his girlfriend for a trip to Disneyland. I have stayed at Motel 6's before but this was an all time low. They said the neighborhood was not bad, but the hotel stunk and the room was filthy. They immediately called the front desk and asked for it to be cleaned. They left so the room could be cleaned. Upon return it was only marginally better. The A/C unit had a terrible smell coming from it. The walls were thin and neighbors were really loud. One night the police were called for a fight in a room nearby. They did not feel safe at all. They said the office staff was rude and demanded that ALL guest present photo id. His girlfriend accidently left her id at home and even with a photo of front and back they gave them a hard time. I would NOT recommend this Motel 6 at all.

Gunshots were fired twice! Once at night and once the following morning. Then an hour later police came banging on our door asking us if we saw anything/anyone. Why would I go outside when gunshots are being fired along with people yelling back and forth

I like this motel 6 because it is affordable and doesn’t ask for a deposit. I’m giving it a 3 because I don’t like that it doesn’t have a mini fridge and the shower is small. I’m not a big person but if I were I would have a problem getting around in that shower. However, other than that it is quite and comfortable.

The rooms are extremely small and the rooms don't get cleaned unless you notify the front desk 24 hrs in advance that you want room service. They don't even provide towels daily or basic toiletries unless you ask for it. This hotel is very basic, you get what you pay for. If you are going to the California parks it is not close, especially not close to Universal.

Floors were filty, water coming from wall upstairs onto the bathroom floor (behind the door in bathroom), ran out of toilet paper and needed clean towels, (no respond); went to front desk to get. The office staff were very nice, polite, and friendly. We reported the water leak behind bathroom door that was coming from inside the wall (probably from upstairs bathroom).

Arrived at 3:15 and was told they only had a smoking room. Explained I reserved a non-smoking room. Came back at 5:00 and room was ready. All furniture was run down. You can tell they don't spend any money on the placed. Towels were rough and tattered. Bed was lumpy. Could smell the neighbor's smoking weed. Could also hear the neighbor's tv because the roof had a shared door that did not block out noise. Would not recommend.

No mini fridge, was there for 7 days. Transients everywhere. Not once was the trash can in my room changed out, had to use shopping bags and find a place for the trash myself. Never once offered fresh linen, comforter smells like it wasn’t washed very well. Oh, the Sheriffs department showed up one night and tossed one of the rooms, and a vehicle. Arrested some questionable looking people. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

It was not clean, bed sounded broken, door didn’t close properly. Smelled funny in the room, floor was dirty, hair on supposed clean towels. Phone didn’t work. Showering always made the floors super wet, sink dripped, oh and blood on walls…

Room service is very limited but towels and sheets were provided. Rooms have conjoining doors so loud neighbors can be heard throughout the stay. It’s also pet friendly, which is a plus unless your neighbors have 3 dogs and a cat.

We’re 13 people traveling, check in at motel 6 was very frustrating it took us over an hour to get our 4 rooms, the guy ID all mi 12 companionship.i had two friends, who’s names were in the reservation but couldn’t travel with us, and to change the reservation names was an unnecessary hassle/ process we book true Hotels.com 4 nonsmoking rooms and when we arrived we got 4 stinky rooms for our weekend, and the attendant firm in his offer said take it or leave it and what’s more upsetting is that they were going to give us a discount for our inconvenience., and when I checked I noticed that there were no discount on my invoice

Upon checking into my room with the front office, I was notified that I would not be receiving my requested non-smoking room and that communication was lost in my booking process. My room absolutely stunk of cigarettes and had cigarette residue on surfaces throughout the hotel. My door also did not shut all the way and the only thing holding it in place from blowing open was the bolt. Being alone as a young woman, this made my stay very worrisome because of how easily someone could break into my room. This also concerned me because of how much air and noise came through, and how more likely, unwanted critters could crawl in at any given time with the summer heat. I did not feel safe and secure in this room, and that is the most upsetting part for me. Wreaking like cigarettes was just an added bonus of discontentment.

A lot of people had dogs, walked them around but did not pick up the poop so there were lots of dog poop around the property. Karen was very good & helpful! They don’t service the room daily like other Motel 6. You have to request service the day before!

Good location right behind an in and out burger and right off the freeway. Coffee provided in the morning and it was good coffee. Pool was nice and pool was clean. In room refrigerator and microwave were nice, pretty decent location to the rest of Los Angeles. Safe area. There was a leftover hair in my bath towel and some hairs in the shower. Overall good and clean and good value and felt safe. Would stay here again.
