Manager was very nice and lobby looked great. Room was very dated and many things needed repair. Hole in the wall in the bathroom, floor drain needed repair. Bathtub needed repair. Beds were hard and pillows were the size of a throw pillow.

Clearly the hotel is under going renovation but a long way to for a $300 per night ask. Room was 1/2 new 1/2 old. They should complete one room and move on. All furniture was old and dirty, bathtub filthy ceiling clearly had a water leaks and not fixed well walls two different shades of colors. Couch had stains on it. Needs a lot of work

I came to Poconos to relax with my family. I was very impressed by the easy check in. Then my room was great. The next day we had breakfast what a feast we had. My kids made waffles. They had a choice to add whipped cream and topping. Then, we had a choice of bagels and etc. Finally. The entire people working at the hotel were attentive and kind.

A lot to say on our overall stay, but the main problem factors: we arrived and had dead bugs all over the bathroom floor. When brought the front desk’s attention, they got right on the defense stating that since there was an event going on that weekend, they didn’t have other rooms. No apologies, no sympathy, no accomadations, no understanding. Then told us the person to look at the room “just” went upstairs. We waited a hour for someone to inspect the dead bugs and clean them. If we had other options available, we would’ve switched locations from there. Sadly we didn’t. Breakfast was rough. The staff once again were awful, and didn’t want to do their jobs to refill the butter and kept repeating that there was butter available ( there was not ) almost like they didn’t believe us. Several other problems throughout, but those would be the main issues for us. I’m fine with the lack of options for food, but the disrespect and disregard from all the workers we encountered, is a no go. Our first and only time here.

Room was not clean, found someone else’s belongings under the covers where my child was sleeping in. Absolutely horrendous. No staff around or not enough. Not enough room linens. It was late otherwise would’ve never stayed there. Building and rooms were in such poor condition. Pool was beyond gross no and it was very dark .most lights were all out. Very uncomfortable feeling. Made the stay very unpleasant. I’ve stayed in many comfort inns around the country and they were all always very decent and clean. Would never stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay. I do wish the pressure for their shower heads were stronger, it was really weak and took a while to shower. Other than that, it was great. Free breakfast in the morning, the options weren’t bad. Definitely recommend to go as early as possible when they open the breakfast bar or else it gets very busy!

When I arrived Tiffany and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my brother and made us feel like we were part of a family that we did not know we had. Throughout the week and as shifts changed nothing about the service changed. EVERYONE performed above and beyond expectations. There are not enough words to express what an OUTSTANDING staff and care we received. You could not go wrong staying at this location. My room was very dirty and quickly put together. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower and on the side of the night stand. The room smelled very musty and the entire carpet was wet. I did get moved to a new room but I was told the reason the room was in the state it was in because the manager didn’t inspect it well enough trying to have the room ready for me.

Upon arrival the front desk was empty. We waited for about 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us at the front desk. When the woman approached, she had an attitude and at one point suggested we shouldn’t stay there. we ended up in a heated discussion with the woman behind the desk. After settling the argument we get to our room, and the hot tub is broken and the curtains do not close, the pillows were small squares almost as if the were originally decorative pillow put inside white pillow covers. I have never seen pillows in a hotel look like that. The card key for our room deactivated twice. The TV is outdated, and too small for a double bed room. I mean overall the place is okay it’s actually very clean, there’s free parking &free breakfast. Just rude customer service & outdated stuff but you get what you pay for.
