The hotel is very nice and in a calm area. However, it is not optimal for those travelling without a car (this is my personal opinion) sinve you have to drive into central Caen for nicer restaurants or activities outside the city. Breakfast was clean but I expected a better selection because of the price. The room was very nice. We were very happy with it overall. Clean, comfortable & quiet.

This property was lovely and peaceful with a relaxing pool area .Exceptionally clean and tidy very pleasent and helpful staff .Nice comfy room with great coffee maker . Its only downfall for us was the Eating as my partner is very fussy and only liked 1 thing on the menu which he enjoyed very much but we had to travel quite far for restaurants in town as nothing is close by . We would definitely stay here again but this time take some cutlery and plates so we could make foodin our room xxx

I liked the swmmingpool, the people, the food and the restaurant. I did not like the lack of airco and that it was not possible to really open the window. It was hot at night.

Well. Very small room ..far too old fashion .. Clean but just limit. Weird to cross the restaurant while people are having dinner to get to your room ... but if you crossed too quickly you are going outside or to the swimming pool... no indication.

I felt like $100 was too much for this property. Like a motel, only worth about $45. There were absolutely no amenities whatsoever, and no decor. The room was very plain and dated. The pool was not warm even though indoors. On the other hand, the staff was very kind and courteous.

Our stop at the hotel was amazing, we do not speak any France and staff were all very helpful rooms were spotless, I stop in hotels most weeks for work and the food at this hotel was some of the best I have had, I will defiantly us this hotel again when in Brittany

I booked a disabled room on the ground floor due to my wife being in a wheelchair. The receptionist said she would show us our room and took us to a small flight of stairs. I thought my wife was going to start crying as she was unable to climb the stairs. We explained this to the receptionist who then phoned her boss who did arrive and found us a disabled room on the ground floor,, which was what we had asked for in the first place.

We picked Otelinn not knowing the area. We were surprised when we arrived and it is away from the city, but we were proven worry was not necessary. The staff was outstanding, the restaurant was exceptional, the Caen D-Day Museum is a short walk and there is a beautiful Park a short walk. We hired a guide/driver for the D-Day Beaches and this was a good starting point.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant had great food. Good breakfast too. Room was not the greatest, but it's so close to the Caen War Memorial museum- you could walk there. Parking was safe and available. Not much else around the area though.

For the price this hotel was quite comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the room was small, but that's to be expected in France. You're in a more industrial area, but close to the highway, with dining options within a short drive.

It's an average French 4-star. It has a great location within a short walk to the D-Day museum. Breakfast is over priced and not good. There are much better restaurants on Rue du Vauguex in town.

We are American, so we probably expect a little more out of our hotels. This hotel was a typical European hotel with small bedroom area and small bath. We didn't have A/C and we were in a room on the ground floor, so leaving the window open at night was a little dicey. Overall, this was a typical European hotel.

This hotel was nice. The staff was willing to please and tolerated my broken French. The restaurant was convenient but not anything to write home about. However, they were very great about accommodating my vegetarian diet by creating something that was not on the menu. When booking this hotel, I was trying to find one that was close to the Caen Railway Station, however this was probably the farthest hotel from the station. But, it's okay because it was quiet and easily reachable by taxi.

Hotel was clean. Location to city center was the only drawback. No restaurants close by. Unless you've got a rental car, transportation is problematic. Pretty much your basic travel lodge.

This place was very nice, the people although they did not speak English and we spoke no French, were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean. Oddly enough, the bathroom had no shower curtain. All in all, this is a good place to stay.
