The people were super nice. The breakfast was really good. Kids loved the pool. Dessert served at night was a very nice touch...we wish all hotels did this! Only one complaint... while the room was clean, it had a pretty bad musty smell...like it had been closed up a long while.

We had a group of 37 from our church that stayed. Everyone enjoyed it so much. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The ice cream & cobbler at night was a great way to end a busy day. We will definitely stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful our stay was at Branson's Best. Clean rooms, affordable price, amazing breakfast, and yummy evening snack. We have stayed at many Branson hotels and this one definitely stood out for the better.

The lady at the front took a phone call and answered all their questions while making us stand there and wait to get our keys after being halfway done with us. And they decided to power wash the sidewalks halfway through the afternoon with a gas powered device, making the room smell awful. The cleaning people only halfway made the beds, the sheets were untucked and the pillows were still completely smashed in.

Like many other older motels in Branson, the rooms are accessed outside; no interior hallways. But the property is in good condition, very clean and comfortable, and quiet. A nice treat was the delicious cobblers and cookies every night. The room costs are decent, particularly for a motel with really good ratings.

Remember when you read reviews that everything is about perspective. My family recently visited Branson and decided to stay at Branson's Best because of the online reviews. We were not disappointed in our decision. The breakfast options were good. My kids and husband raved about the apple juice, so make sure that you try it. I loved that they had Folders coffee, which is my favorite. Checking in was a breeze and then we went to check out the room before unloading our car. The room was clean after inspecting it. The beds were very comfortable. The staff and other guests were very friendly. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to make it to the lobby for ice cream and cobbler, but we will definitely try it next time. It was a very quiet stay and we will book again for future trips. The only suggestion that I would give, is to make sure trash cans on the stairs are emptied. The trashcan was overflowing with trash.

Room was a little small but worked for 2 of us with our MTB bikes. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. AC worked good. Entire hotel was on the older side. Had ice machine on the 2nd floor. Served cobbler and ice cream from 9pm-11pm. Breakfast had a few items available. Sausage was great, eggs okay, i didn’t try Biscuits and gravy, pull apart cinnamon pieces were good. Only coffee was instant folgers. Pool was open but we didn’t make it ousude to swim.

For the price: It was a great stay and will stay again. Our room was clean, service was good, great variety of good foods for a nice hot breakfast. Every night cobbler, ice cream and cookies were offered as a snack. The only negative was the furniture in the rooms needs to be updated. The dresser was missing a handle. One bed was cracked at the headboard. These did not lessen the joy of our stay.

Great stay! Can't wait to go back! Motel was clean with upgraded shower. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent cobbler and ice cream in the evening and great breakfast in the morning! The staff were very hospitable! Thank you so much!

Extremely welcoming. Staff was super-had free cookies during the day and hot cobbler with ice cream at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Toiletries, coffee, remotes and information were easy to access and use. The location was a block off the middle of Branson’s entertainment strip, well lighted and secure. I really like and highly recommend this hotel.

I was a little leery of staying here as it was priced lower than most and it is an older property, but it was clean, well maintained, and had a full breakfast and cobbler and ice cream at night. What's not to like?

The room was clean and nice. The only thing we didn’t like was no microwave in the room. Breakfast was good, but we had to wait on on the waffle machine because they only had one overall good stay

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. There were many small details from notes from housekeeping and the complimentary dessert time each night from 9-11 p.m. I read on the reviews that they had blackberry cobbler, but there was also apple, cherry, and peach to choose from! I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the closeness to all the attractions. It was really close to the Aquarium on the Boardwalk. Thank you for everything! I will be recommending the stay to family and friends any time that they travel to Branson.

We were dissappointed this time here. The office was closed all the time. We had to call if we needed something. The telephone didn't work. We had to check before going to breakfast every morning to see if it was ready. Had to check again at night to see if cobbler was ready. We are disabled and they put us in the last room. There was a spider web in the bathroom. Probably will not stay there again.

Check in was a breeze...everything was spotless in the room. Very quiet this time of year and a much slower pace in Branson. This was our first-time visit after reading all the positive reviews. Branson's Best truly lives up to its name! Beds are super comfortable and the pillows are nice and fluffy! Five stars to the staff! We'll be back soon!
