Got off the cruise ship at 8 and got to the hotel around 9. Cary told us we could hang out until our room was ready which we were so thankful for. We hung out in the lobby and he got us checked in around noon. He even let us do a late checkout so we could take the shuttle to the airport for our afternoon flight. Thank you and the staff for taking care of us!

The room I stayed in had a terrible smell, the carpet was dirty and when I complained the night manager came to my room and stated that he did not smell anything. I had to keep the room cold so that I couldn’t smell the stench

This was a pre cruise one night stay. There were long lines for check in. The bathroom did not have a bathtub and the listing did not state this. The shuttle to the cruise terminal was almost 45 mins late.

The hotel is close to FLL airport. The room was comfortable but the hotel is starting to show its age, getting tired in need of upgrades especially carpeting. Also discovered a cockroach in my room. At US$125 per night with taxes in, the hotel served me well.

Hotel was average check in was horrible and didn't want to help me because i used Hotels.com so spent 35min on phone and dealing with rude management untill we had it figured our for all 3 rooms. Shuttle was fine and food in walking distance but nothing above average here.

Very dirty. Mold and hair in shower. Dirty sock above microwave from previous occupant. Too expensive for an uncleaned room. I have pictures of all of this, the app won't allow me to upload.

When booking I requested 2 queen beds. When arriving to my room there was only one bed. Explained to the front desk I requested 2 queens and was given the response that they can change that due to booking from this site. Did not try and fix the issues and it was prepaid before stay!!

This was our second visit to the hotel, the first was two years ago. The hotel is okay but the rooms are showing their age. The sliding shower door wasn’t sliding properly and there was black mould in the shower seals. It could definitely do with a refurbishment.

Our room was missing furniture. Walls very thin. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Lobby had strong smell of perfume. Only one elevator was working. For a suite, no pictures on the walls.

Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Well organized transfer to the cruise port. Only negative is that the Hotels.com quoted price for transfer is not up to date with the actual price.

I’ve always had good service with this company but today, after a long internal flight, I waited for two and half hours for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. I called and spoke to at least 5 different employees requesting the shuttle. Each of them said they’ll find out and would help asap. But none came through. Finally a different shuttle bus who saw me from his many trips felt sorry for me and my sick tired mother offered me a ride to the hotel. When I got the hotel and told the front desk employee about the ordeal and requesting a discount, he did not seem to care. To say I am disappointed today would be an understatement.
