I travel at least 100 days a year… simply said, worst hotel for the money that I have stayed at for a long time. The hotel should invest into quality windows. That would be a start

There to bury my mother. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Woud stay again.

Average experience. Surprised by overall good ratings for this hotel. Bad shower head got water all over the floor. Very outdated room. Blind misfitted for the window. Bed good, quiet area.

Came in to do some stuff for my mother in town. Had a great day definitely. Will stay when I come back. Thank you.

Rooms were horrible. Floors were not clean, beds were very uncomfortable, not enough towels. The bathroom door was falling apart. Staff not friendly. I’m not sure how it got 8.5 stars. I do not recommend this place at all

Horrible experience I booked another night they cleaned my room and threw my food I just bought snacks I had brand new snacks spent 40$ for the snacks to be thrown away ! No one got back to me

The hotel is nice and clean but showing wear. I am guessing it was renovated at some point because little things like the light switches are old. The black out window shades are beat up, the sink faucets are loose and the elevator although clean is showing its age. The staff was super friendly and courteous. Everyone said hello or good morning. Shawn was working the desk in the evening and had a long line but she acknowledged everyone waiting which was the right way to handle it. She deserves props.

I was very dissatisfied, I stay here quite a bit, but this stay left my Apple watch charging in the bathroo Area when I called iwadpuy on hold got disconnected. Then finally the maids said they you nothing? Bull I will never stay there again

Everything was great

This hotel was in pretty good condition. However, my room had two windows that the roll up window shades did not work to cover the window. I did not complain (as I should) and had to live with all kinds of outside lights coming into the room all night. Their roll-up shades only covered about 1/3 of each window and did not go up or down.

I’ve stayed at many different Hawthorne Suites locations and this one was right up there. The room was awesome, the building was peaceful and the complementary breakfast was good!

Nice place

This hotel may not be the newest or updated but the front desk person was great when we came in tired from a long driving day! She was friendly to our dog and everyone we saw in the hotel greeted us and interacted sweetly with the dog as well. The room was sparkling clean, basic and the bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. Great price also, highly recommend.

Walked into room, turned aroi d and walked right out. It stunk so bad! I dont know how much Marijuana was smoked in there, but somebody hot boxed that room bad! Was given another room, and went to bed. Was woken up by the room next door. They were having a party that would put any frat house to shame. It was so loud you felt the music coming through the wall brfore you heard the words. It lasted until around 3:30 - 4 am. Then around 6:30- 7 am, all you could hear is the poor soul paying for his night of bad decisions and his prayers to the porcelain god as he puked his guts out. One of the worst stays I can remember.

Staff members are helpful and professional, have been staying here when visiting our grandson. It’s close to lots of restaurants and stores. Great location and clean.

It was nice. The desk people were great. We arrived late at night and missed breakfast. I was upset cause I was very hungry. No your fault though. We had a great stay.

Nice hotel but horrible customer service. I called to inquire about a recent billing issue during my stay and was told by Jennifer that I am a lier and that she spoke to me on the phone before my stay and I said I would be checking in early. I expressed to her that I think she might have me confused with hotels.com staff because I never called the hotel. She insisted that I was lying and that she was not going to help me or refund me my money and our conversation was over. She would not even let me explain what was happening. The girl who answered the phone before passing me off to Jennifer was very kind, polite and helpful. She should be the supervisor, not Jennifer. Upon asking Jennifer if I could explain my situtation she shut me down and told me I could call corporate and she weclomed my call to them. With so many people looking for jobs these days I wouldn't keep her around with such bad service. Well, despite the nice hotel there are plenty others in Victorville with better service. Bon voyage Wyndham and Jennifer. Never coming back.

I like that it was clean staff was nice and i did not like that the shower did not have a liner water got out.

There was homeless people bothering me everytime I went outside. I was not allowed to take my breakfast into the privacy of my room. The pool and jacuzzi were not cleaned and the jacuzzi did not work at all. The staff that cooked breakfast was very rude and there was trash here and there around the property because of the vagrants.

Faucet was installed backwards so when you turn on hot water comes out cold

Good breakfast w/ lots of dairy free options. Responsive staff. Good hot showers. Be aware of your surroundings in the general area after dark, but the hotel itself is very safe and clean. Would book again.

This hotel is basically nice but it definitely needs updating and a thorough cleaning inside and out. The area isn’t the best so I’m sure that is part of the outside experience. The inside, the sofa was in need of new cushions and was filthy. The hallway needed mopping. And while very nice that they had a “social hour” it was steamed hot dogs, chili and a bun. No drinks, no music….just a big empty room with hot dogs

My family and I enjoyed the suites room they have. Nice clean and comfortable. The pool was open and not too deep for the kids . Will definitely stay again.
