location was good for visiting nearby UPMC, a good basic hotel if you have to be in the area.

the gym was good, with nice small pool

Location a bit boring, very few good restaurants around. Breakfast was very basic, with horrible throwaway polystyrene bowls to eat from.

Location to family

The bed was quite low and uncomfortable; my husband and I dealt with (and still are) lower back pain. We have stayed in other hotels with handicapped accessible rooms where the beds are a little higher with better quality mattresses; perhaps due to the fact they also have box springs which helps rise the bed up. While the toilet seat was clean, behind the seat/lid was not, as well as the floor around it as there were a few small pieces of toilet paper around the base of it on the floor. I always bring Clorox wipes and a can of Lysol disinfectant spray whenever we travel and I’m glad I do because I sprayed the toilet itself and around the base and floor.

Excellent property

10/10! We moved to the hotel from another location that was just awful. This hotel was super welcoming, very clean and up to date. We had a king suite. I have no complaints about our 2 night stay. Breakfast was also great!

Nice location, but not sure if I would stay again.

Location

One of the 2 rooms we reserved smelled awful, like someone had just made Indian food. The room also didn’t have the heat turned on upon arrival so the room was around 50°, as it was in the low 30s outside. The person I was traveling with didn’t like confrontation so they refused to raise an issue with the staff. I personally would have requested a new room, because the odor was unbearably strong and off putting.

Clean and good breakfast, but not up to my expectations of service on the rooms and clean towels.

The breakfast was good and the room had plenty of space.

When I arrived I ask for a room with walk in shower. The person behind the counter told me that would be a ungrade of twenty dollars. Which I agreed to. When I got to the room it was not a walk in shower but a handicap tube with 10 grap bars. So I went back down and told him about the room. He looked into his system for a while and then said, that was the only room he had, and couldn't help me. Not happy. Also unless you tell them everyday the staff will not bring you new towels, toilet paper, etc. We had to ask many times for that to take place.

Adequate accommodation.

Location, clean, modern. Can walk to stores and restaurants, ample free parking. Quiet room in back.

Lack of housekeeping. Needed trash pickup and towel exchange. Slippery tub surface felt unsafe.soap dispensers not very easy to use. Soap / shampoo needed replaced! Coffee brand questionable. Lighting needs improvement.

This is an excellent budget-friendly hotel.

Given it's convenient location to an Interstate, the facility is surprisingly quiet. Walkability is also a plus. Safe, sidewalk accessible access to several eateries and shopping centers is both convenient and much appreciated.

One elevator was broken and the fire alarm when off twice. Once at 1:45 in the morning.

Great hotel

A lovely hotel. The room was great! The breakfast was okay but limited on choice. There was an area for tea and coffee 24hrs. The guy on the front desk was the most helpful person ever! He recommended a local bar for us to have food which was awesome!

The room could have been cleaned better. However, I have stayed in a lot worse places. I did not like the stench from whatever they sprayed. When we first entered the room it gave my wife and I a headache. The bed and top pillows were soaked from it.

Nice clean place, worth the money.

The hotel was clean and new looking and spacious. Very nice for the price.

We had a VISA gift card to pay for our stay but the front desk wouldn't take the VISA gift card. The heat and air were not set up quite right so we were hot most of the night.
