Hotel pictures were misrepresented!!’ Maybe 40 years ago! Absolutely awful. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The mattresses are stiff and plastic bumps protruding through all over!!! The only thing that was tolerable was the breakfast and the lovely staff that attended to us.

Overall good stay. However I wouldn’t say it was a 4 star hotel more like a 3 star. Lovely staff. Beware this hotel is NOT a short walk to sorrento. I booked under the impression it was a 15/20 min walk to sorrento but I was mistaken to get to the main part of sorrento you are talking upward of 30-40mins at a decent pace. On the other hand Sant Agnello beach was nice. Breakfast could be better had scrambled eggs (good note) everything else lacked. Bed and pillow you could tell were old as you could feel lumps in pillow, bed was very firm. Bathroom was old fashioned + had an old fashion shower curtain which I didn’t like due to knowing that you can’t clean it therefore hygiene. Room had kettle no condiments, no complimentary water. Good A/C. Pool looked ok but may be shaded at different times of the day.

We checked in last minute… the staff was very accommodating. The room was tight for 3 adults. The pool was nice and the staff were excellent. I would recommend.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed it for. It’s close to the train station so very easy to get on the train to Sorrento if you don’t want to walk. It’s very close to a beach club as well. There is many restaurants near by as well. The staff were amazing!! Very friendly and helpful. There is this older fellow that greeted us everyday and was the sweetest thing!! There is a breakfast in the morning as well. The room was small but had everything you need. It definitely is an older building but they keep it clean and it did what we needed it for and for the price.Cleaned everyday and provided with fresh linens. Definitely would stay here again due to location and staff.

The hotel and the staff were ok, but the room was too small and the bathroom was tiny, the shower was so uncomfortable to use it, and the room smell really bad, can’t barely walk into the room cause was too tiny.

My stay here for 2 nights was wonderful, they have great rooms with air conditioning, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and all the staff were extremely helpful giving information about the area and public transportation. Only downfall I found with this hotel is that it is about 2km from the actual city of Sorrento meaning there are limited dining options around the area.

This was a great stay. My wife and I stayed for 9 nights! The best thing about Hotel Club is the staff. They are friendly and hospitable. If you get to know them and talk to them they will make sure you are treated like family. It was a pleasure to be apart of that during our stay. The hotel itself is clean and beautiful. They have wonderful sub sections of the hotel, breakfast/dinner area, bar and lounge, pool area, and rooftop terrace. Great way to meet new people and not be in the room. The location in Sant’ Angello is awesome! Great big church across the street, and a choice of three different and fantastic bars across the street. The train station is down the street (5 min walk) and great restaurants, we recommend Ristorante Moonlight. Overall Hotel Club is simple, sweet, and the perfect place if you want to enjoy your stay in the Sorrento area. 5 out of 5 stars!

Definitely not 4 star. Approx 10min walk from sanit Angelo train station, beds rock hard and lumpy thin pillows which made it almost impossible to have a good nights sleep which affected our whole trip. Room was large though with balcony over looking pool and well insulated considering right next to train line. would prefer smaller room with a good mattress. Shower pressure was good if you could fit in, the smallest shower I’ve ever seen, 66cm x 66cm. Don’t drop the soap as you can’t pick it up and trying to wash your hair with your arms hitting the sides was difficult. Kettle in room but no tea, coffe or milk. Our fridge didn’t work , nore did other guests we spoke to. It is clean and the pool was great to come back to after a long day out to cool off in though. Breakfast average, cold eggs and not even much of a continental. Would not stay here again or recommend , mainly due to the bad bed, pillows and tiny shower.

Unfortunately this is the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in and the smallest shower stall. Very disappointing barely enough room for 2 people. The staff were nice so that helped. Pool was just ok. The breakfast was not gteat but at least it jad coffee. The hotel could do with an upgrade overall. Pictures provided are from like 5-6 years ago. Our room wasn't even shown. About a 30mins walk to Sorrento. Overall i wouldn't go back or even recommend

Amazing service! So friendly, nothing was a trouble - felt like you were speaking to people you’d known for a long time!! Amazing amenities - pool is lovely and the courtyard is a real sun trap. Amazing place!

Overall well kept and managed hotel. Staff went above and beyond to help and were clear with directions. Pool is well maintained and surrounding area is safe with good restaurants. Only issue being that there was no laundry available despite it being advertised on the website, however the staff were apologetic and advised me on the closest laundromat. Very nice stay!

Very friendly greeting on arrival and a glass of prosecco. Decorated lovely throughout. Had balcony with pool view. Room was spacious with air conditioning, free safe, hairdryer. No fridge or tea/coffee making facilities and not much in the way of toiletries but this wasn't a problem. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Pool area cleaned daily and there is also a roof top terrace with jacuzzis (chargeable). Great location with train station about 10 min walk and bus stop at the top of the road. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars in the area. Beach about 15 min walk which has a lift down to it which costs 1 euro to use. Not much sand area but plenty of loungers which are 10 euro to hire for the day.

Nice quiet and relaxing hotel with pool, shaded garden area and a new rooftop area with sunbeds and soon to be operative jacuzzis (×4). Very friendly and welcoming staff. Situated in a quiet road, close to bars and restaurants of St Agnello (100m). Located 50m to bus stops for Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento etc. 400m to Circumvesuia train station for local trains to Sorrento (1 stop), Pompei, Versuvius, Herculanium and Naples.

The Club Hotel worked well for me. It has an easy location to walk into Sorrento or over to the train to go towards Naples. The staff is exceedingly nice. The hotel manager even was up at 4:15am to see us off when our driver came to pick us up. They have a nightly dinner menu which offered variety and a fair price. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

... the noise was insufferable. We couldnt get a nights sleep due to bar noise and the street noise. The mornings we were up close to 5 due to garbage trucks. The doors to the rooms dont shut quietly either. The only saving grace to this hotel was the staff. The family of this hotel were amazing and wonderful people. Im glad to have met them but would not recommend hotel to those wanting to sleep.

I stayed for 5 days with 4 girls including myself, my overall stay was pleasing but there were an issues we had- that being that we did not have a balcony or 4single beds as we were promised however they were very understanding and apologetic. The pool was very nice and they was room service daily, if your a family or a couple i would highly recommend it. the food was very nice and overall layout of the hotel was modern and fashionable. you would not regret choosing the hotel!

hotel is OK if you have no other choice. On the train tracks so very noisy. AC not efficient and noisy... Air filter filthy. Staff can sometime be edgy but overall nice. We did overpay for this hotel about 4 times its value. I suggest you try to get something else if you can.

When I first checked into the hotel I had a favorable impression. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. My room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was on and the windows were open so I could hear the bells that everyone else has complained about. I closed the windows and could not hear them as much. The wifi worked great the first night. The second day the wifi was in and out. I wanted to shower but there was no water in my room that evening. I assumed it was like some hotels Ive been to in other countries where they shut off the water at certain times. The next day I came back to my room and they did not clean my room very good and did not leave clean towels. They also turned off my air conditioning and I could not get it to come back on. I went to the pool to cool off and the bartender yelled at me for hanging on to the edge of the pool while I was in the pool. He told me I had to stay in the middle of the pool. He was rude so I just got out of the pool. I could never get my air conditioer back on and the wifi did not work at all. Without the air running I could hear the bells very loudly and did not sleep well due to the heat and the noise. I went to the front desk to ask about the wifi and the woman at the front desk pretty much told me to deal with it. I was also charged a tax of one euro a night per person.

My husband and myself used this hotel for 5 nights as a base for our travels in the area. The hotel is spotless rooms were made up every day. The staff are all amazing people who went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The breakfasts were continental and delicious!, if we are ever in the area again I would deff stay in this hotel. They even made us breakfast and coffee at 5.30 a.m on the day of our departure.
