Hotel was nice, perfect situation and the staff was very friendly. Only not so nice thing was that place in the hotel own parking place cost 20€ per night. If you stay the whole week you should get lower price for the whole week. Or that's my opinion

Stayed 4 times at this hotel. Staff is always very friendly and very helpful. Location is very good. There are few local supermarkets and lots of tourist shops around it. Beach is right in front of the hotel. Very likely coming back next year.

We had a really comfortable stay. The location had great access to the beach, local bar's, restaurants and a direct train to Malaga airport which cost about €5 each way.

Very good but no early check in or late check out or my request for a low floor despite 3 emails! Very friendly staff. It was my 4th booking since may! Would have been nice to be recognised for that as Expedia gold member - no extra perks!

An excellent hotel located towards the quieter end of fuengirola. Overall cleanliness was good, but the bathrooms look tired and could do with some attention. Staff were very attentive. Pool area was clean and had toilet and shower facilities. Food was excellent. Would highly recommend.

The pictures are truly misleading, and when you arrive, the lobby is fully renovated to give a good impression, but the rooms are really disgusting, dirty, and all the rooms are from the 1940s. If you want to sleep with ants and insects, then this hotel is a good choice. Everything about this hotel was terrible, I don’t understand how people give good reviews; it must be their first time booking a hotel. The pool is a joke; it can only fit a maximum of 6-7 people.

The location was perfect. It is right across from the beach and there were several dining options in the area. The food at the hotel was excellent too. The buffet breakfast offered a lot of variety and the bar and snack menu was perfect. Staff were super helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We parked in the hotel garage without any problems. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Good hotel next to the beach. A bit dated the furniture and bathroom appliances. Could do with a revamp. Overall good for what we wanted but expected a higher standard more modern look from this chain of hotels.

Loved the location. Room was clean and the balcony was lovely with view of the sea and the mountains. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants close by and the train station was nearby also the bus stops. Excursions can be booked in the hotel. The promenade is fantastic for walking and the beach is right across the road. Perfect for us we will go back and we have already recommended it to friends.

Towels aren’t automatically swapped, had to ask three times, even after leaving written note for cleaner. Sign on bathroom saying leave towels in bathtub if you want them changed and still didn’t, was definitely not going to use them again after leaving them in bathtub. Room wasn’t hoovered when checked in, had to walk around in slippers. Room service didn’t replace used tea bags, milk or coffee. Bedsheets didn’t feel clean and duvet kept coming out its cover. Pillows too soft and not comfortable. Breakfast hot food selection quite basic. No room service. Expensive parking at €20 per day. Lobby area looks nice and makes you think rooms are of the same quality but they’re not. Overall good location in Fuengirola at midpoint between Malaga and Marbella, and opposite beach. Cleanliness, service and modernisation of rooms an issue.

I would recommend this hotel as it very well situated for local amenities. It is facing the beach. The hotel is very clean with cleaner coming in every day. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and even allowed us an early check-in.

Fabulous sea view room. Excellent service from staff, very welcoming and friendly. The room was average and the bathroom could do with updating to match the modern aesthetic in the lobby. But it was fine. We were able to leave our luggage at the lobby during our last day so we could enjoy the rest of our weekend holiday. Another note, normally in Spain you can hit the Q.Menu button on the remote to change the language on the tv to the original language. Everywhere else we’ve been we’ve been able to do that. So you can watch American shows in the original English language. But not here, the button doesn’t work so every channel is Spanish. They’ve obviously removed that function on purpose.

I was very happy here. An easy trip from the airport to the Los Boliches stop on the metro, then an easy walk to the hotel. Great view, great beach, phenomenal sunrise. Many dining options and everything you need are right there.

The staff are really helping and nice. I remember Elizabeth on reception.I forgot my jacket ,she kept it there safe gor me for 2 days. In restaurant there was a man ,I forgot his name , was really helpful.He helped me keep evening meal for my friend (he arrived late night). We had lovely breakfasts, dinners and lunches too. I will come again for sure .

Location is superb. But standard is more like an American 3 star. Toiletries like bath soap had to be requested. Cleanliness patchy, generally needs a facelift in the rooms to be a 4 star. Breakfast options great. All said, it’s a very busy family beach hotel but not as good as the other hotels we’ve stayed in.

Very cold in the pool. No heating and must be refilled daily with cold water. Just a few sunbeds with sun , no room for us so had to go to the beach.
