The place was great.

The owner is very nice. He has two properties and I’ve been at both properties. Very nice person. The room was fine I just wish they had had a laundry facility and ice.

Low budget place to stay. Clean, needs refurbishing.

What the motel lacks in modernization it makes up for in service. Everyone was so friendly there. Yes the motel is dated and could use some updates and minor repairs, the caulk around our tub needed to be redone, but its one of the cheapest places around to stay. Don't expect holiday inn apperances at half the cost.

Place was horrible! Needs some serious renovation. However the only good thing was Our host was nice enough to allow us an early check in and welcomed us properly. There is black mold everywhere, walls were falling apart, the door doesn’t close all the way. Just needs a lot of work

The manager and staff were excelllent - but the premises need serious work to refurbish and bring it to par with present day motels and hotels. The owners of the property should put back some of the money they earn into remodelling the run down bathrooms, rooms, wallpapers, furniture, floors, carpeting, etc. The threshold of the door of the room next to mine was held together with duct tape. I wonder how this property ever passes routine inspections. The manager was super friendly and helpful and so were the staff. I would give them 10 out of 10! The linen, pillows, bedsheets, towels were also 10 out of 10.

The AC did not work. Their was trash everywhere outside. Their was belongings of customers everywhere in hallway on second floor including : clothes, shoes, boots, beer cans, trash. Sheets to bed were stained, ripped and holes in them.

Friendly staff and accommodating. Room is just ok for sleeping.

Enjoyed the safeness and quietness definitely will be staying again

This is such a cute hotel. The owner was extremely nice. He let me check in 3 hours before check in time. The room was very clean. Great location. I will definitely stay here again, it was a great value.

The air conditioner had mold in it and the room specifically said no smoking but had a sock over the smoke detector and smelled of smoke. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I was arriving late and leaving early, so I needed something cheap for a few hours. I guess this worked. The bed and linens were immaculate, but, honestly, the property is run down. The carpet was worn and frayed, the refrigerator had mold in it, and when my wife went to use the hair dryer, it fell off the wall. This hotel is not for families.

Disappointed with this stay. As a group we had to clean our own rooms and even then the state of the property felt like a seedy pay by the hour place. Better to pay up front for superior accommodations than to be unable to find other lodging available once you arrive.

From photos, this hotel looks wonderful. However, the pictures displayed are very misleading. I booked an over night stay for 3 people in a non smoking room. The smoke detector was broken, the wallpaper was peeling, half the bed was stained, the toilet looked as if it wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest.

The overall experience was pretty pleasing.

My boyfriend and I don't drive; we were happy that NJ Transit was nearby. Also, the room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The other guests were respectable and staff was friendly.

Electrical outlets with NO covers. Filth. Roaches. Place is deteriorated beyond repair

Sadly it's a bit of a dumpy place... But they gave me the room all the way to the back against the woods and being an old style hotel, it wasn't her hermetically sealed, the windows open so I was able to keep the windows actually open and had screens still I could listen to the frogs back in the woods and it was actually kind of a nice way to fall asleep.
