Had a nice overnight stay. Would definitely return to this hotel when we travel I-81. Sierra at the counter was so nice and Cindy (spelling?) was also so helpful at breakfast. The hotel was clean and very functional. It had good ratings when I looked for a place to stay and I agree with it good rating.

Very happy with our stay. Staff is very welcoming and even called to make sure we were happy with our room. We had a very clean room with comfortable beds. The breakfast area is nice and the food and drink choices are numerous. We hope to stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised with our accomodations. The room was clean, neat and had all the amenities needed. We were not harrased about our dog in any way. Free continental Breakfast was great! Thebhours were convenient and long enough for me to be abel to sleep in abit before grabbing breakfast. And my early mornings i was able to eat and run at 6am. The evening manager was very helpful and friendly, he welcomed us and made us feel comfortable during our stay. Love that theres a laundry room amd fitness room on the same floor.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. Our issue was that the thermostat in our room did not work, so we had no way to use the heat or a/c. The maintenance worker was not there over the weekend. I did end up being pretty stuffy in our room. Other than that, everything was fine.

Only complaint is that the dark curtains didn't close, so we used the pants hanger hack to keep them closed to keep out the light. Otherwise clean, friendly staff, nice stay.

I took a shower before bed instead of waiting until morning. The water would not shut off all the way and ran in the tub all night. I told the front desk clerk and nothing was done. Most hotels would send someone to look at it…

Limited parking. Homeless person roaming the lobby. Felt uncomfortable. He was there when I checked in and also at breakfast talking to the guests.

Worst bathroom ever in a hotel stay
Shower is trash & absolutely no water pressure & smells so strong of chlorine and made skin itch & burn
On top of zero water pressure & shower head kept falling out of holder
Have family near by & will never stay at this hotel again after years of staying there on family vacations—it’s sad
