Had to wait in the lobby at check in to be called when person at desk was ready. Someone was getting arrested when I was walking in. No shower curtain, chairs or garbage can in my room. Bed was missing bed skirt and box springs were filthy. Air conditioner didn’t work. Would not stay here again for any rate.

The hot tub, the only reason I chose this property was broken. I tried to cancel on day of my trip two days before the cancellation deadline and the hotel would not refund my money. Also, the breakfast was terrible.

No blankets for the all the beds and couch Found underwear under bathroom sink. Lots of rust in bathroom. And missing kitchenet all together only one trash can Only one light worked in room . Shower would go from hot to cold and back to hot.

The area was not safe. Transients roaming around. Shade's were broken, water dripping from the bathroom fan constantly. Floors were not clean. Short on towels and no washcloth at all

Would not stay here again. Not what I would call super clean and my shower could not maintain temp. It would alternate from hot to cold for maybe 5 second each. I asked the front desk if there was issue with the building or just my room and they played dumb about it.

Genuinely one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. No hot water. Cockroach in shower. Noisy. Door key had to be reset every time we left the room. Breakfast was poor. I don’t take pleasure in saying this, but truly awful.

The room was not in great shape. Burn holes in the carpet, burn marks on the furniture from cigarettes, the shower was clogged, lamp flickered even when turned off. The room was humid and musty. Woke up to clothes literally damp. When I went down for breakfast at 9:15, almost everything was out of stock already; no waffle mix or coffee left.

This hotel was not what I expected. Check in was very very slow. The entire building smelled like weed, it was quite overwhelming. The room was dirty and the towels were stained. We chose this hotel because it was supposed to have rooms big enough to sleep 5 but when we asked for sheets for the fold out couch we were told they did not have any. If you’re going to a bucs game and want to be close to the stadium then this is a good option but I would pass otherwise.

Horrible. Do not recommend it to anyone. Smelled, old furniture, cracks and leaks in the ceiling. Water leak falling on the AC unit making it a fire hazard. No one seemed to be able to do anything. This was before, during and after the storm.

Very bad service. You asked for them to take the garbage out politely and a need for another sleeping pillow they never did what we asked for. Spoke to the manager about it upon checkout. I don’t think they care about foreigners. Don’t stay here. At night it’s full of locals that are hanging out at the lobby. From what I heard the area is surrounded by low level strip joints.

Room not ready until after 4:30pm, first room had soaked carpet from AC leak (and mildew every where, probably from extended moisture). second room smelled like cigarette smoke and was missing every light bulb but one (not kidding). Not enough terry in room for my party size (4). On a positive staff was welcoming and very nice at the desk.

Very outdated and dirty. The TV was so outdated so you get minimal channels. For a couple hundred dollars, I would have much rather stayed somewhere else! This was a getaway for my Husband and I (which we never get). Highly disappointed ☹️

Terrible, had to move room 3 times because of an overhead bathroom leak that could not be fixed and 2nd room with a door lock problem! TV in all 3 rooms had no signal and did not work. Could not get a receipt for my charges upon check out; had to be e-mailed to me which I have not received would not print one out! Horrible hotel experience!!!

Rooms were very moist, bedding, our clothing, carpet. Rooms need a dehumidifier. Had to ask to have room cleaned and towels replaced and when they did they did not empty the trash cans. Location is sketchy but convenient to most highways.

1/ third of the floor was soaking wet from the air conditioning system condensation I think it was and the room had a very strong smell of mildew. There were also no cost in the bathroom. And the refrigerator did not work. Only one plug on each bed they have set up outlets worked

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to make trip due a lack of flights the hotel was unable to cancel or transfer the room. It was Labor Day weekend so I find it hard to believe they couldn’t work w/ me.

The staff was ok, but the manager was rude. She even got into an argument with one of her staff members as I was checking in. The blinds in my room did not work; they were broken. I told the manager about it, and she said maintenance would show up to fix the blinds. After asking the front desk twice about this, maintenance never showed up during our four-day stay. We asked for towels a few times, and the manager said they would be delivered to our rooms. We never received the towels. When I returned to the front desk, a different employee was there. She was able to give me the towels I requested. I told her that the manager had never sent me any towels earlier, and her reply was, "That's not surprising; she doesn't help anyone around here." I told the manager that our room key didn't work after three attempts. She scolded me in front of my child, telling me to keep the room key away from my phone and wallet. After telling her I didn't even have my phone and wallet near me and the key still didn't work, she got quiet, ignored me, and finally gave me a new key. If you want to stay at a hotel where the manager gets a kick out of being in control and rude to customers, this is your place to stay!

Check in was great. Problem with the room keys. Never worked had to go down and get new ones every time and even had to have someone come up and reset the door pad. Very inconvenient Also no hot water in the shower. Tried backwards and still nothing. The lady at check out was rude and said that I did not know how to turn the water on properly. I felt that she should not have any contact with customers.

Could not get towels, had to ask for towels and wash rags 8 times. Got from front desk but on one seems to know what a wash rags is they wanted to keep giving hand towels. When husband brought the set up from down stairs. I had to take the one dirty one they that was in room when we checked in downstairs and explain the difference between a wash ran and a hand towel then asked if I can get the rags. Poor excuse for a company to not supply correct items in a room as well having to go to Extremes to get rag to shower with. I will never book to stay in this place again.

For one night, after a college football game (muggy night too). Room was fine but there was a musty odor and dampness in air- at first I didn't notice because I was so tired and had been in a very muggy atmosphere. They could really use some damp rid!

The hotel has an old smell. Our first room was on the 4th floor and it was extremely smelly. The hotel staff changed our room to the first floor. The smell was less but not gone. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was really good.

Came in town for a football game. Raymond James Stadium is within walking distance. Perfect. Price was a little high for the room, probably due to the event. The room was clean, bed comfy, soft towels. I did not try the complimentary breakfast. The only negatives about my stay were the front desk clerk blurting out my room number and confirming my address and phone number out loud while others were in the lobby. The check-in screen was set up on the counter so that others could see my info over my shoulder. Also, the bathroom needed a few cosmetic fixes. Overall, if attending another game, I’d probably stay here again.
