This is a new hotel so it is in excellent condition. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. However, something in the room caused my allergies to bother me all night.

Check in took about 20 minutes as there is a new system in place, check out was less than a minute. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, lots of parking, no complaints!

We stayed four nights and are very happy with our stay! The only thing was that we didn't get room service every day, at least to get clean towels and take the dirty ones. With six people in one room and one hook to hang towels on just didn't work out well. We didn't have a place to hang the towels so they can dry to be reused.
Breakfast every day was different egg/meat combination and was hot and delicious.
Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean when we arrived.
The staff was quick to resolve any issues and were very friendly. We will definitely stay there again!

I booked 2 rooms here last minute as we were traveling from Oaklahoma to Illinois and got tired. No exaggeration, this is the best hotel weve ever stayed in. It was modern & clean. Our rooms were spacious. The hotel staff, down to the handyman were very friendly. The breakfast bar had a nice selection. This family goves it an A+!

Not horrible, building is in good shape and not in a bad area, easy access to hwy. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. great TV
the bad, shower leaked onto bathroom floor and you could see where they tried to fix this but it was bad. room had a damp smell, this went away for the most part as the AC ran but I suspect the leaking shower had to do with this.

Not sure who to give the bad report to. Hotels said separate bedroom. La Quinta doesn’t have that
First room we checked into smelled like a locker room.

Once the guy next door quit talking so loudly it was a nice stay. The only thing I HATE are the square pillows.

Hotel is going under renovation. Downstairs lobby area was very messy with uneven tile and dirt. Snack area was not stocked except for very few items. Walls were thin so I got woke up to ppl next door doing their "thing".
Room was a good size and bed was comfortable.
Most staff I encountered were nice.
I took the shuttle from the airport to hotel and was taken to hotel a very indirect way that took twice as long as it should have. After a VERY long flight and dealing with airport, was the last thing I would have expected.

Property is under renovation at the time of our visit. Our room had been recently updated and was clean and modernized.
Waited for the shuttle a half hour despite the hotel being just 4 miles from the airport.
Breakfast options were meh.

Beds and pillows in severe need of replacement

About half of the hotel was under construction. Nothing on the App saying that. Have to walk all he way from the front to the back because the front lobby doors are locked due to the front lobby being under construction, and there is very limited parking around back (which was constantly full, being used by construction workers staying on site). They worked up til 7 pm, and then cleaned up and most went out. A large group of them came back about 12:30 and then got loud and rowdy, running up and down the halls. Did this until about 3:30 in the morning. The hotel did nothing to try and control/stop it.
Thought my room would be in the non-construction area. It was not. It was right in the middle of the construction actually. Room smelled of paint and burnt dust fumes,. The shower had some type of like wet plaster bits, or wet wood dust in it. The toilet wasn't flushing right every time... had to flush 2 or 3 times. And the room heater was not working with the thermostat. Had to turn it on manually, and then it kept overheating the room. Got up twice to turn it off, and then back on, later.

Even though the property is doing some upgrades to the hotel, it did not affect our stay at all. Our room was recently updated. Clean and comfortable for a family of 6. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Early hours construction was taken place next to the lounges and was not a pleasant breakfast to have.

This hotel is under construction right now, so it looks like it's on its way to being nicer but right now it's a mess. Parking is a pain & you are checking in via a makeshift office in the back of the hotel because the main entrance is closed. The whole place stinks of sheetrock powder and other construction materials. During breakfast all of us guests were listening to power tools and construction right next to us. Worst of all there's no plastic hung between the work they are doing and the breakfast area so all that construction dust is just floating around. All that being said this does look like it will be nice when it's done and the desk staff have been very nice. The pool and hot tub were nice and the breakfast wasn't bad. The other criticism I have is a weird one, it's the toilet of all things, it is a terrible design and doesn't flush everything down. It forcefully shoots water into the back of the bowl and leaves everything at the front of the bowl sitting there. Overall I think this will be a decent stay once the remodel is done, but I would pass on it until the construction is done.

Property was under construction, no notification at time of booking. Main entrance/front desk closed, had to drive to back of building to check in. Arrived at 10pm, did not seem like the safest area. Rooms have construction dust all over. Went to the free breakfast, bread was dated 'best by 12/23/23'. Today is 2/16/24. Would not stay here again.

They are undergoing renovations which is a good thing. My room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the toilet. When it flushed, it sounded like a jet engine. I could hear toilets in other rooms flush as well. I'm guessing they're water savers but would not have been my choice.

Flying out of Springfield was easy and being able to leave my car at La Quinta was great. I didn’t worry about my car. Having me dropped off and picked up at airport was great.

Screaming and yelling in the hallway all night. Felt unsafe. Will NEVER stay there again. Staff did not do anything about it. Police should have been called.
