Facility was in good condition. Food prep staff ran out of breakfast at 9:00am. When asked to cook more by several occupants, she ignored us and did not restock eggs or sausage for complementary breakfast. Next morning we did not run out, after complaint was addressed with check in staff the day before.

Put fellow traveler in wrong, took out his bags while we were gone and disabled his key, reissued his key, then 30 minutes later, came up and moved him to another room, and said they couldn't give him a key, so don't leave room? Strange

We enjoyed our stay and there wasn’t anything so bad I wouldn’t go back. Could it have been cleaner? Yes. There was hair on the sink and toilet when we first got there. There is lots of rust on the metal in the bathroom from the showers I assume. The pillows were square and small so I would suggest to bring your own. My biggest issue was our room key! Every time we left we had to go back to the front desk to have our key reset. Every single time! It was like a 1 use only on the key cards. So that was very frustrating. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

They were wonderful from check in to check out. There breakfast was good alot to pick from. Wonderful stay.

My wife likes a cooler room. We tried to turn the temperature down to 68 degrees. It didn't seem to go below 72. She was hot and wasn't able to sleep very well. Breakfast was just ok. Improvement suggestions: Change the whole waffle maker. The whole waffle maker leaves the waffle undone in the middle. The waffle maker that makes 4 small waffles works great. Also, keep the waffle batter filled. Ran out of strawberry one day, then apple cinnamon the next day. Don't serve the egg omelet item filled with ham or whatever the meat is any more. Not popular. The scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs are better. Most of the bananas were soft , browning and over ripe as well. My sister was traveling with us as well and checked in through the hotel app. She went straight to her room upon our arrival but came back down while we were checking in. The digital key didn't work so she had to be issued a regular key like us.

Everything about this establishment was excellent. The room and everything in it was very clean, the lighting was bright in the sink area, and the mini fridge/freezer was defrosted, usable. Enjoyed the stay and satisfied with the safety of the facility.

It was clean fresh, breakfast was awesome coffee at all times , ice available at all times! Staff was good!

Our room was available for a very last minute stay due to a power outage at home. Because it was last minute, we were able to get a much larger room at a large discount. It was greatly appreciated!

Very friendly folks. Room was exceptionally clean, with no odd odors. Bed was firm and comfortable.

My room was not 2 queen beds as requested, as it was probably rented by a walk in and given away to another customer as we did not arrive until late, even though we called earlier to warn that we would be arriving late. Even though I reserved it in January 20 so two months in advance, and on top of that the staff concierge clerk was mean and very rude when I asked him why y’all had given my room away all he said was, I don’t have to let you stay here. And I honestly was very soft-spoken, so I also feel like I have every right to ask why my room is not as I requested without being threatened that I won’t be able to stay put my head on the bed. I’m 54 year old woman and being told that 11 PM was a very rude thing for your employee to do and I will never be staying here again. We stay at Hilton all the time we probably have Hilton point in honors programs. I don’t know I’m not a points person, but I can tell you I’ve stated it dozens and dozens of Hampton Inn and now I might not because your clerk was a jerk , completely rude. I could tell he acted that way because he’s a butt.

Checked in after 9 PM, it was over 90 degrees outside and in side the room was the same because the AC was off! Took all night for the room to cool off

we just pass this hotel on our way home. we stayed here with my family with 2 toddlers because of the bad weather and there’s tornado warning in the area. The property was nice it’s just that they need to vacuum the carpet and do some dusting also the bath tub has some patches though we didn’t use it because we left early in the morning. overall it was pretty good stay.

People screaming until 1am and manager did nothing to stop on third floor, kids running up and down the halls till midnight, breakfast not served until 7am. Some people have to be on the road before that. Bed so hard and springy felt like a trampoline. I’ll never stay at a Hampton in again. Horrible!
