Everything was wonderful. Except the rude receptionist that helped us check in. She was extremely rude like she didnt want to do her job and the fact that you have to pay 20 dollars per night for parking is absolutely ridiculous. We have been to many hotels in niagara and none of the have charged for parking its always been included in the reservation. You get 20 minutes to eat you breakfast so you feel rushed eating. The jacuzzi wasnt even that hot. But if you over pass all that its ok

We went to the Falls for a family trip. It was the ending to our Canada stay. The Falls area and amenities were lovely but the hotel was shabby, the front entrance was broken, $30 per day for parking (when there was no shortage of space) and the staff wasn't super friendly. The only big bonus was the location for walking to the Falls and the elevator that you can ride down to the Falls and shopping area.

Overall, we had a good experience. However, there were some issues during the booking process. The clerk was unable to locate our reservation for an extended period, which caused delays. Additionally, when we checked out, we were charged extra for parking. This charge was supposed to be covered by our hockey team, but due to the delays at check-in, it was not processed correctly.

We left a couple hours after we got there. We did not spend the night. My husband said he did not feel comfortable the room was too small. I wasnt impressed with the hot tub. It was weak and very dirty. The room was clean but i didnt like that we were on the 1st floor 5 feet from our car. I was very disappointed.

We were put on the basement floor with the stench of chlorine permediating all on this floor.when booking I bookied purposely asked for a balcony room which obviously I did not get

Good, clean, decent hotel. Walks not quite sound-proof but this can be too at a more expensive hotel. Elevator may need a minor revamp (it was showing wear)

The sound of heat was like the sound of waterfalls. I thought I heard Niagara falls just beside me. That’s ridiculously loud and made me awake several times at night. I was with my parents and it was my mom’s 70 birthday but it was not a happy birthday and the Comfort Inn was not comfort at all.

Lot of hidden fees and they take money out days before you arrive without notice. It all on their website apparently but not hotel.com . Travelled all over the world and only had this with an actually notice at booking not just happening Recommend try else where . They also charge $30 for parking where everywhere you can find $20. Breakfast is good but they make you leave after 15 min even tho it takes 7 to line up and get it

We went for the weekend after Labor Day. The room was clean. The staff was great. Breakfast a little chaotic as the food room is too small. I would knock down the wall and expand. Or put the drinks in a different place

Loved our Stay in Niagara. The hotel staff were very kind, location was excellent. Both rooms were quiet and clean, however we felt that all 4 beds were too soft.

Very near to the incline railway , leading to the Falls. WEGO bus stop just nearby. Also walking distance to many restaurants and the Casino. A great 2 night stay at Niagara Falls.

Was there for a family getaway and everyone enjoyed themselves. Everything was super! Just wished the outdoor pool wasn’t located on the parking lot.

We had a wonderdul stay. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and comfortable. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The pool and hot tub were a nice comfort at the end of our day. We found the buffet breakfast very filling and delicious. We definitely will stay again when we return to Niagara Falls.

It was good enough. The cost was reasonable though breakfast was madcap city! The night before I stayed at Doubletree Hotel so it’s unfair to compare the two establishments.

This iis my second time in two months to stay in this hotel, the first being in a two-bedroom suite in July. The hotel is conveniently located -- it feels to be almost across the incline railway, Journey Behind the Falls, the Green Line bus stop, and near the Niagara Power Station Tunnel. Parking fee seems to be the lowest that I've seen in the area. A security person roams around the parking area which makes us feel safe. The hotel has an indoor and an outdoor pool. Restaurants such as Applebee's surround the hotel and they give a discount voucher for My Cousin Vinny's All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast. This may be because if you stay in the hotel for more than a night like we did, you will see the same breakfast menu daily unlike in other hotels that rotate sausage, bacon, and ham or the muffins that they serve. Cleanliness is something that can be improved. We arrived late in the night, so after unpacking and hanging our clothes for the next three days and it was time to shower, it freaked me out to see a mark of a shoe's upper sole. It didn't have the same print as my husband's shoes (nor slippers). Besides, we don't bring our shoes inside the bathroom. It was like a horror movie where footprints slowly become visible. The hotel staff addressed this promptly when reported. Staff are very friendly and accommodating; so is the cleaner assigned to our room.
