No frig, no microwave, slow internet, bed was definitely mushie, stairs questionable and AC until made more noise than a tractor trailer using a jake-brake try sleeping through that. Finally tv was mounted so high up on the wall well my neck may never forgive me.

This hotel has good ownership. I do believe though for the price you pay you should have more amenities than what is offered. Microwave, coffee pot, etc... Plus they should have daily room service.

The room was almost as bare as possible. No carpet. A TV with numerous stations. A desk. Two night tables and a small chest of draws, with no draws, leaving shelves. The room was cool all night even with the heat set at 86 degrees. I would use this type of accommodation for one night only as a rest stop on a long journey.

Did a cat show in white plains I did not know the area so I choose something close which was motel 6 it was 2 miles from where the cat show was the water was hot and the mattress was good This place worked out good for me

The heat did not work it was terribly cold the entire time. I had to check out early because the staff did not offer ant resolution to this problem.

Shower was not working properly and there was not hot water for a while. Noisy trucks parked in front of my room and made so much noise early morning .

The best was uncomfortable, the blanket had burn holes all over it. This must have been the oldest most uncomfortable room in the place. I am familiar with the building and know that it has had renovations but this room must not have had any work done in years :-(

I needed to stay overnight to be close to a meeting the following day. Check in was quick and easy. However I found it ironic that I paid for a non smoking room and on the comforter was clearly a cigarette burn . It would have been nice to have had a fridge , but it was only overnight. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean .

I wish the checkin could be much faster especially when booked online. There were only two flat pillows, at least four pillow if they are going to be flat.

Very disappointed. The door lock was loose, I locked it with dead bold and couldn’t unlock it for 6-7 minutes. The blanket and the bed were terrible. The paint outside of the bathroom walls was buckled. The ceiling tiles were in stained ( like water leaks). No phone charger(s). The hearing was not so good. Wanted to take a nap but couldn’t b/c of construction trucks being unloaded in front of my room (#50). The floor tiles were in poor conditions. Thanks

A night stay is the same for several hotels in the area, was disappointed there was no microwave or refrigerator. I had an event and had to go buy a few bags of ice and put my food in the tub so it didn’t spoil. The room was clean, the shower could use some work, I saw a bug crawl out of the ceiling tops. I wouldn’t stay here again

Good point is the room size and facility to acces your car. However, I got surprised when I found out that the hotel does not have any fridge or microwave inside the room. Maybe it is common in the US but in Canada, even most of the cheapest motels have such facilities.
The bed and the upholstery were not in good condition. I could not feel the bed cover even the cussion covers were washed before we arrived. The TV remote would not work and the batteires kept falling
l out. Same in the bathroom I could not feel that it was full clean. There was no shampoo in the bathroom.

Feeling of safety with rooms surrounding central parking area with office next to and overseeing one side of the access drive to the parking area.

The property seemed clean, but rundown. Toilet paper holder was broken. No extra towels. No plug in bathroom. No hairdryer. Room wasn't ready when we arrived.

Staff was straightforward about your stay. This is an old school motel, so real basic, however the rooms have been updated and look great with comfy beds and overall clean rooms. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The property was clean however, the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. There were no tissues and no coffee maker. In fact, there was really nothing but the basics...a bed, a bathroom and a flat screen TV.

Parking lot is not accessible for bigger vehicles. Only small compact cars. The outlets were flimsy and hardly grabbed the prongs of our chargers for our phones. It was good for one night stay.
