Very convenient to the airport. Nice rooftop restaurant, though the music was a bit louder than needed. Nice to have the shuttle bus, but their timing was not actually in line with their postings on the morning I needed it. Very helpful staff. The meal I had was fabulous.

I had reviews about no air conditioning in this room but figured that mid-October it would be fine to open a window instead. I would have been right about that if the planes didn't take of an land right by the hotel and they start at in the middle of the night and it is one about every 90 seconds. The room was hot, noisy, and as other reviewers have said the double bed was small and you rolled to the middle. On top of that, we waited for the shuttle van at the correct location for nearly 30 minutes (we were 10min early). Eventually we gave up and took a taxi for 10 euros. I was going to bring it up with reception, but frankly the guy at the counter didn't appear the type to want to know. I had two rooms, the other room was exactly the same, we all slept terribly. Regarding the food, please read the reviews on Google etc. It is terrible and so very expensive. We ended up getting pizza delivered.

We stayed at the Hotel and had a major issue in the Restaurant when we found fruit flies in the vinegar bottle, we mentioned it to the hotel manager who said when we returned in 2 weeks he would upgrade our room as an apology, when we arrived not actioned by the manager, blamed the receptionist staff. Terrible management.

All of the countries we visited 9 in all had hard hard did I say HARD beds. And the pillows from hell. At the Carlton where we stayed 3 nights paying for the breakfast extra was a royal pain in the ??? I feel I paid 2 times extra. And it’s expensive. Either include it or pay at the entrance of the Resturant.

Booked for it's convenience to the airport; paid a bit more than we normally due to an early flight. First appearance the room seemed great, then noticed the beat up woodwork, the very outdated and impractical headboard, no toilet paper holder. The MAJOR issue was that the bed was HORRIBLE!! Huge divit in the middle of the mattress. Extremely uncomfortable, we fell inward towards each other all night long, also found it hard to climb out of the "pit". Worst sleep ever. Spoke with mgmt, told they were remodeling. Not soon enough. Terrible experience!!

Our stay started out well with a front desk employee who was efficient and professional. Things started going downhill in the evening. Our room A/C was not functioning, and repeated calls to the front desk were unanswered. My husband finally went to speak to the desk agent, who said it should be working fine and they apparently adjusted things in the computer. We were ready to go to bed and requested a fan just in case, which was promptly delivered. When we woke up this morning the room temperature was exactly the same as when we went to bed. The airport shuttle dropped us off at the wrong terminal which added some stress to our airport check-in. It would be great if drivers had a list of airlines at each terminal. The room was good other than the A/C problem.

It was very easy to get the airport shuttle. The room was excellent, but it would be nice if it had a couple drawers for clothes. The restaurant on third floor was fine if not a little expensive. Finally, although the price is similar to other airport hotels, 330 Euros for one night is outrageous.

This is a really lovely hotel. Everything was clean and new. The check in desk was friendly. There cookies and hot chocolate in the room when we arrived. We even had a view of some trees! Our last "4 star" hotel in Dublin was terrible, so we really appreciated that this hotel had all the little touches that make guests feel relaxed and welcomed.

A bit disappointed at restaurant menu. My sister is gluten free, very limited in that area. No gluten free bread available. Manager said they 'ran out'.. very condensending attitude & no offer for compensation. The rest of the stay was fine. Handy free shuttle to airport.

Really nice hotel, clean and comfortable. only drawback is lack of air-conditioning, but we knew that coming in. great location, basically on the airport property, in fact one of the restaurants overlooks the runways and you can go to the rooftop bar and dine and watch planes. we picked it because we could return the rental car the night before and walk 15 minutes to the hotel.

The hotel was nice but I had higher expectations for a 4 star hotel. The shower is a floor shower which I didn’t like because it gets the surrounding floor wet. It also doesn’t have central air so if you like the room really cold, like us, you might be a little warm while sleeping. In addition, the “nice” restaurant was very disappointing. I had the short rib with mac and cheese and it was not good at all. My boyfriend got the wagyu beef burger and asked for it medium and they said they could only do well done. We were very disappointed with the restaurant, especially because it was so highly advertised. Overall, our stay was okay but it definitely could have been better.

Convenient location to the airport and very good shuttle service to the terminal locations. Restaurants operation times were not updated. What was displayed at the service desk and on the doors of the restaurants were incorrect. Lastly, rooms were very warm. They lack any air movement (air conditioning) with the exception of a desktop fan.

I really liked the hotel but I had a few issues. Our room felt like a sauna as the window didn’t open and there was only a small desk fan available. I understand they weren’t prepared for the heat but the hallways were cool & there was no way to prop the door for some circulation. I also had issues using the pay parking machine. It stole my coins but didn’t credit me. Both times I left I had to go to the front desk to get them to approve my departure. The hotel overall was very beautiful & close to the airport. The staff was kind. But it was incredibly expensive for such discomfort with the bedroom temperature.

Efficient and friendly check-in. I had requested a room with airport view and was very happy with the room allocated. We found that the rooftop restaurant was fully booked, but were happy with the menu offered in the ground floor restaurant (Kittyhawks). The buffet breakfast was good too, and checking out was quick and easy.

Hotel was conveniently located to the airport, which is what we wanted. The staff was very friendly. Our room was OK, not great. The shower curtain was cheap plastic, the kind that sticks to you when you’re showering, which is bothersome. There was no central air, so the room felt horribly stuffy, leaving four tired travelers without a goodnight’s rest before heading out on a long international day of travel. The gym wasn’t well lit, down in the basement, next to discarded furniture. Our dinner took almost a hour to receive in a half empty restaurant. Would not stay again. Worst $500 we spent for accommodations on a 3 week trip.

Great location close to airport, shuttle was easy to find, good signage. From the exterior hotel looks very dated, but my room was great with Reno’s and nice interior, eating choices were good however portions were smaller than I expected for the price.

This hotel exuded a premium atmosphere, with courteous staff and excellent food. However, my stay was marred with a couple of drawbacks. It was a hot day when I checked in, and I was surprised to discover there was no air conditioning. Naturally, I had to keep the window open, but my night took an unexpected turn when, around 02:45, a hotel-branded van was parked below my window at the entrance to the hotel. The driver was loudly clattering items in / out of the van. This disruption persisted until approximately 04:30, leaving me without any restful sleep. Given the €220 I had paid for the room, I expected a more comfortable and peaceful experience. The necessity of keeping the window open due to the lack of air conditioning, combined with the disturbance from the early morning setup, had a significant impact on my stay. Regrettably, due to these two factors, I am not likely to stay at this establishment again, or recommend this place to others.
