We have stayed at your hotel several times before and your service has declined drastically. No room service at all, you are very short staffed, they wanted to be helpful but not enough employees to service your guests. We wanted our laundry done and was told to fill out the form and bring our items to the front desk, we did so.and told they would be returned in the afternoon next day. They remained at the front desk unwashed, when I went down to pick the cleaned , supposedly cleaned laundry I was told that I had requested for them not to be cleaned. Which was a lie, I filled out the laundry form delivered them to the front desk as instructed and they just sat there. Breakfast wasn’t what we had experienced in previous stays. You need to improve it. Room service non exsistant, too short staffed in all departments. We will no longer be staying at the EuroStarr Aqueducto. Terribly disappointed with what management has done to your hotel

It’s all about location (although they are doing construction in front of the hotel). Close to everything, clean rooms, everything you need. Breakfast was good and fairly priced. employees were ok but not overly helpful as I had seen elsewhere. A good solid option if you are willing to forgo charm

Our room looked right at the aqueduct and some of the old city. If you want that for a view, pick this hotel. It’s simply beautiful to look at! Otherwise, the hotel is good. Nothing fancy, but a well-priced hotel for what you get. It’s located at the bottom of the slopes of the city, so when you are done exploring around, you get to slowly walk back down toward the hotel.

Amazing location. I asked for a room with a view of the acqueduct and got exactly that,well done to the allocator. Facilities were more than adequate, and secure underground parking was a real bonus. Plenty of restaurants available locally. Excellent selection for breakfast.

Excellent location and room comfortable and clean. The shower floor was very slippery and they should put down rubber strips or a mat and a handle to hold on to. We are senio citizens and we saw many people our age travelling. Also the sign for their parking said full and we were later told we had t request for it to be open. THey should of told us that in the reservation we had to pay much more outside.

Excellent staff members. Everyone was polite and courteous at all times and were more than willing to provide good service and suggestions. The rooms were normal size but comfortable. Our bathroom was roomy but the shower was tiny. Other than that, the hotel worked perfectly and it is located in a very safe touristy area with many great restaurant options and the acueducto which is one of the main sight seeing attractions. Easy walk to the Cathedral (10 mins) and another 10 / 15 mins to the Alcazar. Parking on premise was a plus. I’d stay here again.

Location is great, close to main attractions. The one staff member who was left to handle check in at the busiest time did very well and maintained her composure and sense of humour. Air conditioning was out of order which made for a poor nights sleep.

It is a good place to stay, it is close to everything. From the hotel you can walk around the historic center of the city. The staff is very friendly and guides you on what to do in the city. Overall it is a good place to stay.

The hotel is in walking distance to all tourist destinations in Segovia. The bus stop is right opposite to the hotel (bus #11 goes to train station -15 min trip). Hotel staff is very friendly and room is very confortable. I’ll definitelly stay in it again when visiting Segovia.

My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel. It's location is perfect for sightseeing in the historic area, shopping and there are lots of restaurants very close by. Our room was comfortable and very clean. I would recommend this hotel.

I was given a room good for 3 to 4 people with extra bed while my reservation is only me (1). The location is also bad and when I asked for a better one they lied saying it’s booked. When I return from dinner since I checked in at night and gave the staff some dinner they changed me to good room with a view. Why does it have to be this way? I always reserve my hotel through Expedia and for hotels they don’t like Expedia.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel , not even close. Staff was very helpful but hotel is tired..very tired. One suggestions for travelers, avoid rooms facing aqueduct because they are above Burger King/Ms Donald's ...you can hear kids all night....if you are staying one night, its ok otherwise look somewhere else....also parking is really narrow and dark.

Nice hotel by the aqueduct and Segovia's downtown/ old city. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff always at service and kind. Easy parking and convenient location to drive in and out of the city. Minimalist lobby with no bar alternative (but plenty of places outside the hotel).

Overall stay was great due to close distance to the town. Room didn’t really have the city view we expected and very small window. Coffee station was not working for over 24hours so we needed to go back out for coffee. Breakfast was good.
