couldn't find it ....even with my gps. odd compound. front desk person over the phone finally got me there. terrible coffee in the room. required to buy coffee from small cafe. the cafe didn't remotely resemble the photos on their website. My room tv didn't work.

Was there for a meeting in Redmond nice clean room. Easy access from parking lot. Comfortable bed and quiet floor had a great night sleep.

The staff was very friendly and informative. The bed was comfortable with a variety of pillows to choose from. While a keurig coffee maker is convenient for one cup of coffee at a time, it is not very eco friendly, just a thought. My one complaint is the mold in the bathroom tiles. It could be easily controlled with Tilex or some other bleachy formula.

Our room was very spacious, and the view from the room was awesome! We watched the sunrise every morning. There were three sinks which was great. One of the lamp was broken, so we had to exchange. And I wished there was a light fixture over the tall mirror, so I could see my eyeballs better. Otherwise, it was excellent!

I called from my cell phone since I didn’t know what button was for receptionist, button might have not even been on for me to call. Light bulb on the desk lamp was not working. No extension cord to plug phone near nightstand, Vent dusty, I forgot to take picture of bathroom sink which was dirty. Even lights in hallway were broken/missing. I was advised issue would be fixed next morning. No one fixed anything. The only great thing was the breakfast I had at their breakfast area.

This was a disappointment. You always expect slight discrepancies between the online photos and the real thing, but this was ridiculous. No pictures on the walls. No lamp in the sitting room. The curtains were ripped. Furniture stained. Very underwhelmed with Eagle Crest Lodge which is supposed to be a nice place to stay. The staff were wonderful! Too bad the accommodations were not.

The room was super outdated. Didnt really look like the photos. The shower had a nasty gross shower head that barley let any water out of it. We were only in our hotel for the night so we didnt wanna complain about anything. The staff was super nice during check in. Just not at all what we expected from photos.

I have always loved this hotel. I love the location, the Christmas light display this time of year, and the vast amount of walking trails around the property. However, it would be nice to see some updates with the rooms in the lodge. Also, attention to items not working in the room would be appreciated. The light on our porch was out and the phone in the room was not working. Just small details that seem to be overlooked the past few times we have stayed.

Got to the hotel very nice they allowed us to check in early. The room was dated. very nice views of the golf course. Took a shower water went everywhere out shower. Head was clogged up. Tile floor though out was sticky. No store to buy drinks, snacks. No breakfast except a the restaurant paid for kid's meal at 8 dollars I purchased a regular breakfast and got 1 extra egg it cost me 6 dollars more than the kids breakfast with 2 strips of bacon hash browns toast was the deal. Have a great day.

This resort wouldn’t seem to be outdated from the outside. The golf resort and surrounding landscape are a very eastern Oregon/Sunriver vibe but inside is another story. It feels like the lodge portion hasn’t been updated since maybe the 80s or 90s which would be fine if things looked consistently outdated and not patch worked just to keep functioning. As an example, our bathroom fan sounded like a car engine when tuned on and there were two surge protectors so that you don’t notice the limited outlets in the room. It was overall a comfortable experience and the price was great but the hotel could use a major upgrade.

We have stayed here multiple times and always have a great experience. The rooms are clean, nice size and quiet. We enjoy walking the area and visiting the lounge a short distance by foot from the lodge.

Our room was located next to a service door that was used frequently and made for sleepless nights and mornings. Considering the hotel was a ghost town it made NO sense to place us there. We also had a set of friends who left a Sat early because their stay was also compromised. We do not plan on staying her again. We would appreciate some compensation for their lack of value. Very disappointed.

Great location. When we checked in there was a missing lightbulb in the bedroom lamp, no bar soap, no sugar for in room coffee, and the heater didn’t work. Very poor A/C.

Nice resort for hiking and golf. Really not a good place for food. nothing available. Breakfast not free, Buy food at market you won’t regret it. Rooms ok, outdated a bit! Overall stay just ok!

This place was great but the only issue in the room was that the AC was blasting directly at the bed and it made it uncomfortable to be anywhere near it due to the direct blast of constant wind

Our stay was sufficient for what we needed but the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. There was a buzzing/ringing noise coming from the fridge that made sleep hard to get. Hotels.com didn’t relay the $60 pet fee. And really overall for the price it wasn’t great.

The beds are very comfortable. The restaurant food was excellent and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get a chance to see most of the resort because the business trip and a one night stay definitely stay here.

The fact this was a resort lodge, (supposedly the customer centered cornerstone of the resort complex), I expected (and felt the $160.00 per night rate would guarantee) a lot better room than we received. The formica counter top in the "kitchen" area was peeled up, the couch had a tear in it, the coffee table had "bubbles" in the top, the carpet was stained and I was afraid to sit on the bed. It was unacceptable for us. I'll let you decide if you want to stay in these "resort" conditions. There should not have been any excuses. Note: This condition was not due to staff on site, but an overall property management failure that this room was still in the inventory. This was my only experience with this property so I cannot compare to others experiences. Disappointed
