the biggest issue was the headboards on the 2 queen beds had a fabric that was peeling off and hitting your pillows or you back if leaning back just old the toilet seat also needed replacing w a peeling on the seat it’s self clean but disturbing

It was nice but no early breakfast available and no restaurant in the evening. Closest one is 2-3 blocks away and closes at 8 pm.

Our stay was fine. Convenient to our local business, priced right. The property seems a little worn. But clean comfortable affordable in a great place. I would stay again.

The rooms at this resort that are given to 3rd party listings like hotels.com and expedia are the worst. Our room was on th bottom floor which was like a basement . Very dark and dingy. Musty smell. Window very dirty. Washroom fan not working. Made you not want to stay there. Beds were comfortable enough. Pay the extra 20 to stay on a higher floor.

We loved our stay at Eagle Crest! It was older, but well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There's an amazing trail around the property that winds next to a nature preserve. So many deer! The cafe for breakfast was really nice and good food. There's two other restaurants - a bar combo and a nice sit down restaurant. We didn't go to the bar since it was me and my 18yo son. But the main restaurant had excellent food and service. Highly recommend the place as a whole!

The lodge is big and has a nice golf courses. Hotel desperately needs to update everything! Need more outlet plugs. Carpets are circa 1980. Room was super quiet. When we checked in, found one bed had no fitted sheets. One comforter had large, noticeable stains.

Eagle Crest is a great option for many reasons; however, the price point is not really in line with the condition of the rooms. Refresh and updates in addition to repairing wear and tear is badly needed. Also, the entrances need to be handicapped accessible, as the door jams are very bumpy and uneven and the heavy doors are difficult to manage. I’m especially surprised by the entrance closest to the handicapped parking- as the sidewalk has chunks broken out of it and is in ill repair.

Property is just so old and outdated. It desperately needs an update. Everything about the lodge is so old and worn down. On the positive side, the view was nice and the beds were clean.

The check-in process was great. We arrived at a room. It was warm and did the air conditioning did not get it cold enough. We found an earring on the ground. They just wasn’t very clean. The TV Internet was out, couch was ripped and just a little worn down. We enjoyed our stay both restaurants were wonderful golf. The first day was met with friendly staff, but the second day was kind of unfriendly.

The property was great as usual. My only complaint is that I reserved a King Suite through Expedia and when we arrived that type of room was unavailable. The staff found us another room that would fit our family but it was a very small basic room. It’s frustrating paying for a suite and then only getting a basic room and having been charged the same price. Currently working with complaint department to get a partial refund.

Gorgeous grounds/surrounding area, staff were exceptionally friendly. Pool and hot tub were very enjoyable and well maintained. Bedding was nice and mattress pretty decent. The rooms are a little bit dated but very clean and spacious, had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely come here again!

Good - the resort is very nice, the golf courses looked to be in great shape, and lots of options for family activities. The not-so-good - the WiFi in our room was unusable, some repairs can be done (saggy carpeting in hallways, etc.), and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Our room was....well ...it hadn't been vacuumed, there was dust balls all over the head boards, the headboards themselves were all scratched and ripped and there was a used water bottle under the bed when we got there. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the AC was making a weird noise. So the room wasn't as clean as we would hope. However, the property is amazing, tons of things to do, the restaurants are awesome and it's a nice short drive from Redmond and the surrounding area is lovely.

we went to crater lake and smith rock state park, i wished we stayed 2 nights instead of just one. Its so peaceful and relaxing. Love all the amenities , the pool, the sports facilities, the customer service was great at the front desk.

This place is disgusting. None of the bathrooms have a fan. They do, however, have an enormous, unadjustable shower head that blasts needle-like spray in every direction, soaking your floor because the shower curtain isn't long enough in any direction. All this moisture then seeps into the ancient moldy carpet of your room. You'll smell it the moment you walk in and wonder. There's nowhere to charge your phone near the bed. None of the lamps have a USB and all the outlets are located in odd places, like next to the door. In the bathroom, be sure you have a long cord for any kind electronic because the outlet is a solid four feet from the counter. This is also how long of a stretch you'll take to reach the toilet paper from the toilet. My bed sheet was inside out (maybe just flipped it over? Who knows?) and there were long curled hairs just beneath it. Everything was stained - towels, covers, comforter. All the furniture is chipped, cracked, or bent. Pillows are stuffed with batting used for quilts (literally - same material), so you have pockets of 'fluff' in all the pillows. Went to the front desk for more and it took 10 minutes for someone to round up just 2 - which she promptly rubbed her hands all over right in front of me after setting them on the dirty counter. None of the pathways around here make sense, restaurant was gross and literally 94 degrees inside, and the mini mart is a scam. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The owner should be ashamed to call this a resort or a lodge.

Lodge is very outdated. Had a 1 bedroom suite with couch that was supposed to turn into a bed. No lights in living room area. AC was loud and blows directly on person in the bed. TVs super outdated no access to streaming services.

Enjoyed the proximity to Sisters,OR for our stay during the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show. Best amenity was having the convenience of breakfast on site. The cafe staff was super friendly and prices were right! Next time we’ll be back for golf!

I travelled on a friends trip and we enjoyed our stay—especially time by the pool. However, I was a bit disappointed by the condition of the hotel. The pillows were terrible. The bed was okay, but the room seemed worn and in need of updating. The key cards had an issue with demagnetizing. The front desk staff warned not to keep it with our cell phones as that would demagnetize them. However, even keeping the key cards and my cell phone in different areas of my large purse was enough to cause this to occur. I had to visit the front desk 3 different times to get replacement key cards. The fire alarms also went off several times during our stay without communication from the hotel staff about whether there truly was a fire. The first time was around dinner time, so we left the hotel to eat in town. The second time was around 6:00 am on the day we were leaving and was a very unpleasant way to wake up. On the other hand, the service at the breakfast restaurant and at the front desk was very good. I have stayed at the resort in the past in a house and had a lovely experience. Staying at the lodge was disappointing.

The bathroom was not clean. It still had soap from previous customer. Bedsheets had stains. We were there for 2 nights and noticed those on the last day so we did not tell hotel. Service was ok as we did not have to use it much. They could put some more sports in arcade.

The big issue was there was no comfortable chair or seat in the living room. The couch was just awful and the chairs were not much better. The bed was fantastic but honestly get new couch chairs asap room 116.

I wasn't overly impressed. The hotel room was older. No microwave. No frills. I liked the little breakfast restaurant in the lodge, very friendly servers, nice little coffee bar too. I wouldn't stay thwre again.

Our room was in an unacceptable condition.. broken toilet paper holder, the parts were on the back of the toilet. Stains on the wall in bathroom. The AC was not working and there were no lamps or lighting in the living room area..only light was from the kitchen area. Spoiled food left in the mini fridge. The check in staff were professional and nice. We had an even to attend, so had no time to change rooms.. but we reached out to management when we arrived home via email…and have not received a response to date.
