Only one luggage cart for entire hotel. There should not be a charge for Parking when you are staying at the hotel. Beds are doubles not queens but they were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Bottles of waters or some sort of beverage upon checking in would be nice, however, there is a Circle K directly beside the hotel that we walked over to for drinks and food. Nice walking distance to the beach. The lighthouse nearby is only open one day a week so we weren’t able to tour or go on the grounds.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was perfect! About a block from the beach and next to a wonderful restaurant with outdoor seating. Right next to Fort Clinch State Park (loved it!). It was off season, so the price was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The parking situation was DISHONEST. It was NEVER mentioned that parking was not free. I did not realize this until I received my bill. It's a nice tactic though when trying to deceive people who are booking online... I definitely will not be staying here again... This was for a business trip.

We booked this room during Hurricane Milton. What a relief! It was like being in another world. Right on the beach, very clean room! Staff was kind and very attentive. Will absolutely stay again!!

This was a good stay. Super cute and I know they are in the works of some remodeling since it sold and rebranded. Unfortunately the elevator was so sketchy and we were nervous every time we had to use it. The room was great except it looked like the fridge leaked at one point and it deteriorated the wood underneath where it was sitting on. The staff at the desk was great, but we tried to relax by the pool and heard two employees get into it. Yes, the employees was flaky, however they knew we were by the pool and continued the loud and awkward unprofessional conversation in front of us so we left.

Overall not bad. I was not impressed by the high pet fee compared to other properties and the parking fee is something that was not listed when I booked or I would not have chosen this hotel. A similar hotel right down the beach does not charge a parking fee and their pet fee was $25 per night making it half what this one was for a small dog. Overall it worked for our stay but unfortunately due to the cost for what it is we will not choose it again. Also we checked the breakfast photos online to be sure our children had something they would eat only to go out both days and see the pancake machine not stocked to use which was the only item our littlest would have eaten. Also disappointing.

Everything was perfect….only thing I found disappointing was breakfast. It ends at 9:30 which is a little too early for people on vacation who would like to sleep in. I did go eat this morning but it was not the best. Sausage patties were disgusting honestly. I did still appreciate having something available though. Overall, lovely hotel & would stay again.

Property said it was pet friendly but when I arrived they told me there was a weight limit Of 35 pounds and charged me extra $50. Not cool. Weight limit should have been on the website. Will not be staying here ever again.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. There was a dirty wash cloth left on the rod in the bathroom. However, I can see how it got left. I actually had went in the bathroom twice before I seen it. I called down stairs the guy quickly came and got it. People are human we all mistakes, I wasn’t mad. One of their amenities was bicycles….. oh I loved that! I’d stay again.

A clean place. Friendly staff. The parking fee for paying guests is pathetic. If I was not a guest, I would have no problem with a parking fee, but being a paying guests, any parking fee is just an easy money grab, that also WAS NOT DISCLOSED IN THE BOOKING.

The hotel was fine. I would stay there again. The breakfast was not good at all. Bacon half done. Eggs 4 out of 10. Second morning the sausage tasted like paper and just as dry. Eggs the same as previous day.

I liked that it was across the street from the beach. A restaurant within walking distance. Room has two queens and a sofa bed. What we needed. Breakfast foods need to be better. Cleanliness needs to be better.

We arrived around 7pm and waited a half hour to get checked in because the only staff member was on the phone with someone. The lobby had a very overpowering perfume smell. We got to our room and it was dirty. The luster has worn off the renovation. We were not told when making the reservations that there was a parking fee. We had two vehicles so it cost us nearly fifty dollars to park for two days. When we left we were not able to drive our cars out of the back entrance to the parking lot because the manager had blocked the exit with her car then left the site for hours. We had to exit through the front entrance way which was very steep and we were concerned it might damage one of our vehicles. They basically forced us to leave that way and said they were not liable for any damage to our vehicle. The weekend was enjoyable but the service was terrible. I would not recommend staying there.

Or stay was great! This hotel is only a few minutes walk to the beach and right next door to Fort Clinch, which has a couple more nice beaches. The room was nice and comfortable.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing we didnt enjoy was the pool area. It is very small and a little dirty. There were also ants around the area making it impossible to sit for a long time. It would also be nice to have a 2nd elevator because many times the wait was very long. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again!

Expedia SUCKS. I tried to get ahold of you once I saw the hotel in person so I could cancel and I couldn’t get ANYONE on the phone. Across the street was a MUCH nicer hotel and we had to stay at a dirty hotel because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone at Expedia to cancel for a refund. It ruined our trip, thanks to Expedia.
