This was just a little get away, staff pleasant, place colorful and clean, beds comfortable, breakfast simple, no meat no waffles, location nice for shopping and Savannah Riverfront only 19min away, one thing, I wish they had a microwave in the room to warm up things

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean but could use some repairs. Lots of things were broken, like lights, shower head, door handles, ect. Beds were comfortable. Tiny refrigerator and no microwave or coffee pot in room. Breakfast is a disappointment, just bagels and coffee/juice. Ok for a night or so but I wouldn't want to stay much longer. Really doesn't offer anything more than a cheap Motel 6 for the price.

The hotel is clean and quiet, but the rooms and hallways need some upgrades. The breakfast was very minimal with no eggs or waffles. Location was convenient.

The room was clean and comfortable. No coffee machine in room. The breakfast was lacking a protein, such as eggs. The yogurt machine was not working. The pet fee was $75, a bit high for one night.

First room had cat pee on the mattress, sign on mirror said housekeeping was every other day but came back from the beach to no clean towels and housekeeping said you had to request your room to be cleaned. Not one single person smiled or seemed happy.

The staff was semi helpful. I had called ahead and asked about their shuttle services, i was told it ran every 15 min starting at 5 am. Came down to go to the airport and was told that shuttle had to be requested ahead of time in the morning. We ended up having to pay for uber because they could bot locate a driver.

The only real positive thing i can say about this place was the bed was comfortable. I was extremely thrown off by the lack of hospitality from the start we weren't even told where the elevator was we had to find ot on our own. Then when we got to our room the bathroom stuff hadn't even been refilled which wasn't such a big deal sense i always bring our own from home on work trips. But the two biggest kickers in my opinion was the so called breakfast buffet. Which was not any thing but bagels and cereal n some tiny muffins that tasted like artificial sweeteners and the lack of room adminitys like a microwave and a working mini fridge. Couldn't keep any drinks cold and couldn't even heat up food when we were hungry. The weekend staff definitely seemed more hospitable then the week day staff but my over all opinion wasn't satisfied at all. If you need a quick nights sleep this place is great for that. The bed was definitely comfortable. But if you gotta stay for 3 4 night + work a work trip id definitely suggest a different location.

The AC did not work properly. The room was so noisy all night. The walls are so thin. I could hear snoring, talking and even the tv upstairs. I barely got any sleep. Breakfast was cereal and bagels.

This was a lovely new hotel close to the airport. I didn't get to experience the breakfast because we had a 6 am flight to catch. The driver came early to accommodate us.

Absolutely the best location!!! 20 minutes from River Street, which was amazing. 45 minutes to Tybee Island beach. Hotel was beautiful and staff was very friendly. I am definitely recommending this hotel to everyone!!! The only thing i didn't like was breakfast. No hot meal served, but what they did have was good.

Overall, you get what you pay for. However, I feel like I was duped in that this hotel is a refurbished Comfort Inn and, while furnishings seem to be updated, flooring and original building structures are dated. The A/C seemed to have a hard time maintaining temperature the first night and stayed very cold the remainder of the stay. Breakfast is very lacking. It's possible the Spark brand by Hilton encompasses a lower level of comfort, aesthetics and accommodations. As for staff, I visited during the technical outage with Microsoft and I appreciated how hard staff members worked to accommodate guests who were not able to properly check in and get into their rooms.

Staff was nice, but - Breakfast was truly a disappointment for an expensive night at a hotel and I did not get the type of room I reserved nor did I get picked up at the hotel after a flight delay. Hilton should rethink its strategy with this type of hotel and it does not bode well for this brand. I am rethinking my loyalty to Hilton after this. Please try harder next time without cutting corners.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The beds were very comfy I was disappointed with the gym. It was not the cleanest and it was missing half the free weights.

The hotel had a smell. The carpet in the elevator was filthy. In the room, tje bathroom had a ring around the toilet, the tub had some sort of stain under the facet, and the water was very slow to drain while showering, have the water over ankle high.

Loved the property… staff was friendly and very helpful.The only issues we had was that the air conditioner had to be reset,but the fd manager Tee was very helpful.. she reset unit for us very satified.The other issue was that we stayed 3 days and was told that housekeeping comes every three days.On the mirror in restroom it says every other day. So we never had our room cleaned. So thats why i gave 4 stars.. Other than that it would have been 5 stars. I will stay at property again.

We asked for a handicap room and were given a room on the third floor all the way to the end of the hall when my husband has limited ability to walk. The only thing that made the room handicap accessible was the hand bar inside the tub. The person who greeted me had the attitude that he could care less.

The hotel was clean and had a fresh, modern look. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and the dining area was attractive. Breakfast was included. It was a "bagle bar" with a variety of bagels and jams, peanut butter, butter, and cream cheese for toppings. I toasted a cinnamon raison bagle and topped it with cream cheese. I also had coffee with honey and half and half, and orange juice before my very short shuttle ride to the airport. The hotel staff and shuttle driver were polite and pleasant.
