there no clean room every day , room smell bad maybe carpet dirty, mattress sheets still wet ,curtains can not cover lights at night.

There was no microwave. And though the room had a stove / oven range there was no baking sheet or any oven cookware at all. We had visited HEB to cook so this did not work out at all. Service said we could go downstairs and ask to use their microwave but who wants to do that? Neither phone worked to try and call front desk I’m not sure why they’re In there. And I had to ask for a remote control for the second room TV for which they provided. The bottom line…. This place is cheap & affordable for good reason. You gotta consider what you’re saving I suppose. The walls are also very thin; and on our first day just opening my door; I could hear the neighbors having hanky panky time with heavy breathing & moaning, and it’s not like they were real loud about it; it’s just VERY intimate audibility; EVERYTHING is heard. I’m glad my child is still a baby. Smh. The room was large and accommodating.

We checked out the hotel around 9:30am today and the front desk refused to print the receipt stating they will email us the receipt. However, we have not received any email from them as of 5 pm today
Couldn't sleep because the bar next door was playing loud music till 1 am on 4-28-2024.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a room that had a separate bedroom from the main room. We enjoyed that feature. Our room was big and had a small kitchen with a full stove, microwave and fridge. We liked we could make our own meals in place of eating out .

This place was amazing! We would 100% stay here again. The suite was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was convenient to the beach, food, and was quiet.

It’s a nice family friendly hotel. Service was really good, Jay at front desk was extremely helpful. It looked that hotel was understaffed at time we were there. They should take little more care about cleanliness. Overall we Enjoyed our stay.

A little dated, but in a great location. Love the separate bedroom & kitchenette. Seems that servicing the room went away with Covid, but that only meant having to ask for more coffee packets. Love the little dolphin bar & a quick walk to the beach.

the room doors slams loudly all hours of the night and day.. Just kept me up. They were in the process of painting so the lobby and hallways were littered with stuff.

We have been here a month for my husbands job. This is the only hotel with an Oven so that is why we chose it! Bodybuilders have to cook meals. This place is "cheap" on cost but shockingly nice and an excellent location to the beach! Staff is very helpful and excellent customer service. We enjoyed our stay!

No Wifi in room. Would only connect for 5 minutes. Manager said because he could connect in the lobby it was too bad for us. Never got hot water. Was told to run the shower for 15 minutes and it was still lukewarm.
This was an awful stay…. Please not give your money to this place

Second time staying here and am impressed with the location, cleanliness and most importantly the staff. Samantha was great when we stayed here first and today the couple at the front desk were wonderful. Won’t be the last time we stay here…coming back soon.

I am disabled and ths hotel was phenomenal. Gift shop, close to white cap beach. Delicious free breakfast. Best kept secret.

Good location by the beach. The free breakfast was disappointing as the scrambled eggs were pasty as if made from powder and the rest of the selection was limited.

Our accommodations were great. 2 things we were confused about. The entrance is not clearly marked and there is a bar on property which limits parking for customers staying at the hotel.

Catfish. Pictures do not reflect the room you'll be staying in. This is more of an "extended stay" place. Beds are extremely small; more than likely a Full size instead of a Queen, as advertised. Kitchen cabinets were broken and busted. Curved shower curtain pole with a square bathtub (?) created huge water puddles whenever you use the shower.

Front desk employee was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and the room was very large and well equipped. We came to watch the eclipse. The area was very crowded but we managed to make it and even watched the eclipse from the parking lot.

Hotel was across the street from beach access. Room was clean and comfortable and loved having a full kitchen. Great place for the price.

The hotel was great. Large clean rooms. The best part was breakfast friday morning. The person on duty was Sid. Sid was very nice and accommodating to my kids as well as to all the other customers eating. It was a refreshing island vibe and great customer service to the point of “we would stay there again just because of Sid”!!!

Checked in to an extremely friendly host. Sid had a smile on his face and treated us like we were long lost friends... Gave us the run down on the morning breakfast and the good spots to eat around the area. He was there in the morning to greet the guests to make sure everything was good.. Room was clean and cool when we arrived and the service was excellent! Even had a good lineup on the TV... Just a short walk to the beach and a great spot to nest while exploring the area!!

Even though on my.preferences i put swimming pool and spa, they put me in a motel with no pool or a spa. Disappointed but not the fault of the motel. The room and staff were very helpful and great. The only.problem was nobody had taken the time to raise the commode seat and clean properly. Otherwise nice rooms and comfortable beds.

Close to Padre Island Nat seashore and the Island Market grocery store. Walk across the street and your on the beach!

My wife and I stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed the experience! The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing! A special shout out to the manager Jay who went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!

Stayed here plenty of times in the past few years and always without any issues. However it looks like parking is now limited due to them not sharing the lot with the Holiday Inn. Bed was not the most comfortable. And there was small point in time in which there was no water due to a repair. That should have been something that was communicated but had to find out when trying to wash my hands.
The bar at the property is also annoying, with people’s carts taking up the already limited parking spaces.
