Initially I was very happy with this hotel because all of the basics check off just fine. My disappointment came when I went to bed at 10:30pm and realized how noisy my room was. I was on the 4th floor so thank goodness no footsteps above because it was bad enough that my neighbors and people walking on the corridor sounded like a heard of elephants. Voices also sounded amplified. The worst part was the noise of the cars, trucks, 18 wheelers, and occasional fast and the furious on the adjacent highway. This was an all night thing. And to take the cake, at around 10:30ish the train came through blasting its horn! So bring ear plugs and you should be fine!

The hotel was very nice and clean. Hotel staff were extremely nice. I enjoyed my stay here.

The staff was excellent even when I had to check out earlier because the bed was to hard for my back they say I would get a refund for the night I would not stay the whole weekend I didn’t receive it but hopefully I will but overall will stay again they even let me check in still waiting on my refund

Beware of this place they are crooks, they look for everything to keep your deposits on the rooms. They had very thin covers on the beds thin like it was a curtain, the thin covering they had on the bed got a little blood just a small dot from my sons nose, that could be washed out they lady starting saying the deposit is a no because the cover is 98.00 alone, not to say the rooms was very hot i had to adjust the air several times, I normally pay my pet fee after i bring my pets in from walking them, I went to the store without paying my pet fee , they locked me out of the building one time then the next day, I went out they locked me out of room this time, kept locking me out of the room with my animals it was embarrassing. The covering was trash in the first place so thin you could see through it. Becareful going here the new owners are crooks and treat blacks different than others. Im not racist at all i love everybody no matter your culture, but some indian people treat blacks like they are beneath them when yall are Drug lords anyway trafficking Drugs and snatching our kids to sell. Crooks, Liars and staying a float by taking from your customers. Beware of yhis place new owners are crooks.

Easy and convenient. Comfortable bed and good shower. Nothing fancy, but efficient.

We had a beautiful room, but the dining options were incredibly limited and the market in the lobby was very expensive. Definitely will plan another stay here!

Cleanliness was ok…the room could use some updating.. our shower bar was broke.. the water pressure sucked.. the bed was not comfortable.. it was hitting too many pressure points in my back .. and pillow were terrible.. staff was very friendly and responsive to anything we needed.. over all the amenities were not good…

Went for a small trip with family. The hotel was good. I would've just appreciated some sort of notice for an early check in fee of $50. The ac smell weird when turned on. Other then that everything was great

Pleasantly surprised by the modern updates at the hotel.

The staff was super friendly, they were constantly cleaning. Every room smelled so clean and fragrant. Went out for the day came back, room cleaned, beds made, fresh towels and wash clothes. I would definitely stay here again.

I would not recommend this hotel to stay as my life was put in jeopardy by another person stating when I simply asked what time is check out while he was trying to find a credit card that worked to check in. I will say TY to Covington Police for coming very quickly.

Manager charged me an extra day and said because they gave me an early check in I had to leave early. I’m a night shift healthcare worker and even my receipt said my check out day and was still forced to pay another night. All in all I paid 650$ to not even stay three nights. The manager is a liar and thief. My check out was supposed to be 10/14 and he said it was 10/13.

Clean well maintained and quiet property, staff was super friendly and helpful.

The only complaint I have is the breakfast. The two times I have stayed at this particular property, the biscuits have been hard as rock (literally). Very disappointing.

Thr room had an odor to it. We bought some room spray bc we stayed for 4 days and it was fine after. It used to be one of the nicest hotels in the area but isn’t so much anymore.
