Staff was very friendly, room was clean. The only real issue was there was no hot water and the hallways reeked of pot coming from at least one of the room. I did not mention either to staff.

When we arrived they were unable to give us the two rooms we had already reserved and paid for. The first room was locked and they were unable to get it open. The front desk person stated she would have to get a maintenance person to reprogram the door or fix its lock but she did not offer to call them and expected us to cram our group of 8 into one room; she was not even willing to walk up to our room and confirm that none of us could open it though we tried with 3sets of reprogrammed keys for half an hour and the guests in the room next to us also tried with no success to help us. Despite initially telling us they had plenty of rooms when we came down to the desk after the third attempt to unlock our room,they stated they only had one other room to offer us and while the door was able to open on this room it was so full of cigarette smoke, despite being guaranteed to be 100 percent smoke free, that a member of our group with asthma began having difficulty breathing. The front desk person refused to reimburse us or give us a credit for another of their chain of hotels and refused to switch us to another room. They stated that because we had booked through hotels.com that we would lose both rooms and that there was no assistance that they could offer us other than to check us out. We ended up having to drive to another hotel and pay for two more rooms. The front desk person may not have been able to help us. But she should been willing to call a manager or a handyman.

The check in was easy and it was affordable. The lady at the front was nice. The cleaning lady never came to the room. The bed was soft and I had a great sleep both nights. The ceiling had some spots on it, maybe mold. And there was a yellow spot on the comforter.

The hotel is in the midst of several other hotels yet to me it far exceeded the other hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and the parking was excellent. The king size bed was very comfortable for my wife and me.

We were in town for a funeral and decided to stay somewhere we had stayed before. We thought it would still be a decent place to stay, but we were wrong. Staff was friendly but that’s one of the only positive things I can state for this stay. Our room was dark, outdated, and very dirty. Stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Carpet left our brand new socks black. Shower was stained and had hairs on the shower wall. Very strong smell of marijuana in the hall leading to our room. We had our 2 kids so all of these inconveniences were very aggravating. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.

During my stay we came out the room only to find a man sitting on the floor. He stayed there for awhile as I went to let front desk aware of situation seems gentleman was probably part of the major homeless community in that area. Also the chairs in rooms should be cleaned very well or replaced. All the stains and spots on the chair were overly disgusting.

Sheets were not change towels were a light beige, which makes me think that there not using a strong enough detergent. Staff were friendly and professional/ but there are two other hotels that share the same parking lot so there are people out in the parking lot alk night smoking outside. They don't allow smoking in the rooms which is great. AC was very cold there are plenty of shops and food 3 mins away wally world right next door. The room just was not clean clean.

The room had a smell to it. We had to get some Lysol and spray around the room. The sheets and pillow cases could have been cleaner, we just threw them on the floor. The tub was not clean. It was hair in the sink as well and the flooring could have been cleaned a lot better

The Hotel had a horrible odor(pot) in the hallways, and they didn't open the pool unless a guest asked them to because oft the other two properties beside it didn't have one. I asked waited over 30 mins and no one ever came.

I personally was not a fan but it did suffice my needs for the kiddos. I was able to get breakfast for them as well as in and out. Unfortunately, the keys I had couldn't sniff my cell phone (apparently) and it got decoded a few times. Overall I am grateful but I'm going to be a bit more selective with hotel stay (if the pool is a necessity as it was for this particular trip). #theshenaniganscontinues #onmuvahs #theyonyaNoDiddy
