It was nice but the only thing was the bath tub did not drain well. It would fill up as you shower. Also the coffee maker and coffee items are in the bathroom which really turns me off. It seems unsanitary. Most people come out to Paso Robles for the wine. It would be nice if the had wine glasses in the rooms. (Not bathroom)

We stayed here for 3 nights and found it quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast included eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon, a waffle maker, pancake maker, bread for toast, muffins, delicious coffee, yogurt, cereal and fresh fruit. For the most part, breakfast area was roomy; only one day we had trouble finding a table for 4. We definitely would recommend staying here. An added bonus is that it is a 6-minute drive to Sensorio. It's 10 or 12 minutes to downtown, but that kept it nice and quiet.

I really it was great, the only con would be the doors are extremely heavy and super loud. We could hear every time the neighbors left their room because the doors would smack shut. Even then overall enjoyed our stay.

I need to contact the hotel, because while everyone was very kind and helpful and the property appeared clean, we got bedbugs. Like bad. I thought we were having mosquitoes bites since we had been at an outdoor wedding, but it was definitely bed bugs. It was very disappointing for the cost of the hotel.

Everything was great except that there was no ice machine on the first floor(the floor we were on) and my wife's back was acting up. Had to go to the second floor to get ice after searching around the kitchen and all of the halls on the 1st floor..

Nancy at front desk went over and above to take care of an issue, because of her effort the issue was resolved extremely quick. Big shout out to her. The property was very good, will definitely return.

The stay was very nice, as in past visits. The staff is attentive, and the breakfast very good. The halls, rooms, bathrooms, etc. do need some updating, as they are getting a bit worn over time.

We had a very lovely stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites. Housekeeping cleaned rooms every day as a matter of policy, thank goodness. SOMEBODY is FINALLY going back to pre-Covid service!! The beds were quite comfortable and there was a sink in the bathroom and one outside, which is always helpful. We will return to this hotel when we're back in Paso.

The hotel can use some freshening up. The bench and chair in the room were dirty. I wouldn’t consider sitting on them without a towel. It made me wonder how clean the beds were.

I requested adjoining rooms, and the hotel was very good about ensuring that our rooms were connected! The breakfast was perfect, some hot food, really nice for our family! Receptionists were very nice and professional.

This was a great place to stay with the kids. I Just wish they had come in and clean the room During the day we stayed three days and they never came in and cleaned and we had to call to get towels and toiletries. The AC unit in the room was falling apart, but worked so there’s that .it’s a great location close to some really cool shops .

It was an excellent overnight stay. Everything in the room works perfectly. I should have given the perfect score but when I requested for the extra set of towels. I was informed that it will be delivered but it didn’t get it. Also the guy in the receptionist didn’t really go through the breakfast hours and he seems to be not interested with the costumer. He lacks energy. Don’t really welcomed us when we first got there. Instructed me to go mount of the main lobby to get to My room. It was really hot. He could have told Us that there was a way to get to My Room without going out of the main lobby. The people in the reception area are not friendly. Good thing the room condition covers for their shortcomings.

The overall stay was great. I knocked off stars due to the initial contact with the front desk. We arrived 2 hours early and asked if there was anything available. Unfortunately there was not any rooms ready at the time which is fine, but the person working the front desk said that she will call me when our room is ready. I never received a call or an apology when we checked in for not reaching out. This rating could have been excellent service but instead it was just average.

The hotel upon entry is more than I expected. The room appeared pretty large but then I noticed some things that didn’t have me feeling like I would go there again. The room had an adjoining room door, and when I went to bed and turned off the lights I could see light from under the door. It was a little unnerving and I didn’t sleep very comfortably all night. The bathroom gets very steamy and there is no fan in the bathroom and no counter space at all. The walls are super thin. We could totally hear the people on both sides, including the bathroom area. The continental breakfast fine and sufficient but maybe service until 10 would be better.

This was our second time staying here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond for a couple requests we had made and fulfilled them without hesitation. Convenient location, great pool for kids, lobby and breakfast area beautifully renovated. We will definitely stay again.
