Very unique place with huge front and back yard filled with flowers and palm trees, a small oasis. The breakfast is really nice, fresh baked with muffin, fresh cut fruits, coffee and tea, the the entry was two soft egg on ham served on top of lattice and a piece of bread toasted on the side, elegant and nutritious.

Lisa was a very nice host and served a great breakfast. The property has a nice setting. The room we stayed in could use items for convenience like a dresser to keep clothes in - which would have made our stay more comfortable. Lisa also made great suggestions for dining in nearby towns. All in all a good experience

This place was a tropical oasis in the middle of the desert! The grounds were emaculate! Lisa ans Allen were wonderful! They knew all the best local places to visit. Lisa's food and hospitality are top notch! The bed was comfortable and the view is wonderful! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed here because we were attending the World Ag Expo in Tulare, and didn't realize how quickly the hotels filled up. It seemed like we got there late (by B&B standards, not hotel standards), but found the room clean and comfortable. Of particular note, it was the first time my wife and I remember not waking up with back issues from the bed. We were offered the use of the TV in the living room, but we tend to be night owls and didn't want to disturb anyone. Besides, we had to map out or next day at the show anyway. I took my shower at night (as is my custom) and found it ease to turn on and adjust. However, when I went to turn it off, the handle just kept turning but not shutting off the water. I turned it at least 3 times, to no avail. I was afraid I was going to have to leave it running, get out and dry off and call the owner. But, I finally got it off - I don't really know how. Turns out, my wife had the same experience in the morning. The only other complaint was that, out of 6-8 electrical sockets in the room, only 1 would hold a plug, so charging cell phones, computers, etc was a challenge. Let me end on a high note. Breakfast was WONDERFUL. First course was huge plate of fruit that was delicious. That was followed by a chocolate crepe. Again, wonderful. And the final course was a bell pepper stuffed with a whipped egg mixture. We pretty much left in a food coma it was so good. Checkin, checkout - all uneventful. Overall, a great place to stay.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff was accommodating and personable, but also very professional. Unfortunately, the things WE find most important is where this stay fell short. These scents in the room were much to strong, the bed wasn’t super comfortable, it wasn’t as clean as I like, and the shower had poor water pressure and inconsistent temperature. We chose this B&B because it had 10 out of 10 stars. I wish our experience had been a 10.

We only stayed for one night on a weekend trip to Sequoia but we really enjoyed it. This was our first time at a real, true-to-its-name bed and breakfast and now I regret not having tried it before. Lisa (the innkeeper) is a gracious host and showed us the grounds when we checked in, and she made sure to ask if we had any dietary restrictions or preferences - I thought that was really considerate. She has her artwork hanging in the hallways - that's really lovely and it added to the homey, charming feel of this whole place. Although the room we chose was a bit on the smaller side, the bed was comfy, and we slept well. The walls and doors were also kind of thin, so we heard our fellow guests coming and going in the hallway, but not much more than you might experience at a big chain hotel. As for amenities, they do have free parking, wi-fi, a pool and hot tub, and beautiful landscaped grounds and of course, amazing and delicious breakfast from Lisa who is culinary trained. Truly a great experience, I highly recommend.

We loved this bed and breakfast property! Breakfast was fantastic and the grounds were peaceful. Our only regret was we weren't there longer. Due to unforseen circumstances we arrived later than usual and the host was gracious and worked with us. It was refreshing to stay somewhere that felt like a home and where guests greet each other in the morning before setting out on their individual journeys!

Such a hidden gem. Sit in the hot tub and look at the stars. Also get food at the taco truck near gas station heading west its so and affordable!

Older property but well maintained. Lovely grounds, sitting porches, and breakfast patio. Staff/owner was very gracious... even when we forgot to call ahead to inform about a late check-in. Perfect location before heading for Sequoia. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Great place to stay if your visiting Sequoia. Pool is great and breakfast was wonderful. Dora’s restaurant is great, good food and service. Take the shuttle service to the park and save your car!

Lovely B&B in Lemon Cove. Nice room (although bathroom very small). Good sized pool with towels provided.
The host is trained in the culinary arts which is ably demonstrated each morning at breakfast.
It is a bit of a drive into the park, but on the plus side, isn't that far from Visalia if you want a choice of restaurants or more supplies.
If you are looking for somewhere to stay while visiting Sequoia NP, you willbe hard pressed to find somewhere better.

Amazing!!!! We always enjoy a Bed & Breakfast over a standard hotel, but this one is especially great! Lisa has decorated her place beautifully. She has provided so many options of things to do ceom board games to the pool, hottub, large exterior space for star gazing, grilling and more.
Breakfast was fabulous as well!

My best friend and I had just left a fancy hotel to come to this very homey experience. We loved it! Absolutely loved it! From the outset I felt like I was staying with family (except my family's kinda mean...the people at the Parks are super lovely). It was just wonderful to meet people who are so open and engaging and humble. You should ask Allan to tell you the story of Kona the dolphin. It is beautiful and heart warming. He is very knowledgeable! If you long to meet unpretentious people who keep a tidy, clean, and comfortable home with wonderful cooking...seriously, look no further. Oh, and the 2 dogs are just perfect. I enjoyed meeting this couple more than the actual Sequoia trees we went to visit. The Sequoia park is very close by as is Exeter, the town. We purposefully chose not to stay at a chain hotel because we wanted to really experience the place...we did good.

Lisa the proprietor was very informative and friendly. Her breakfasts were exceptional! The amenities of a Jacuzzi and a pool were unexpected. We found the facility warm and friendly. We would highly recommend Lisa and her facility.

The bed mattress was too old, and the bathtub was too small

We could not stay at the parks inn bed and breakfast in Lemon Cove. It was so outdated and furnished with very old furniture, very poorly decorated. There was no tv, fridge or microwave. I've stayed at other bnb that had everything! The rooms were so close together. We felt very uncomfortable and had to leave. The pictures on line were not good. And I think the reviews were VERY misleading. I will go the every travel site to warn other travelers. I could not get a refund.....it was so overpriced also. Hotels.com was not helpful in my situation and I will not use that again.

Charming B&B with personality. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The staff was helpful and friendly. There were a lot of amenities as was included on the listing, but the description was slightly off. We stayed in the Zion room and although there is a fireplace, it has an electric furnace insert that puts out heat. It is not a functioning fireplace.
We enjoyed the jacuzzi the first night, but the second night it had not been warmed up yet.
Breakfast was served every morning on time. Lisa clearly put in effort, but it was an acquired taste. Not a traditional breakfast.

It was our 1st B&B so we did not know what to expect. It was warm, inviting, clean, and friendly. The building was old but maintained well. The breakfast was excellent as was service. We would definitely stay again.
