The bed was dirty the sheets were not clean with stains. Could not sleep the heater was making loud noise it would turn off and on. Other then that it was ok. Great location.

A very comfortable stay. Great value for your money. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your hotel. If you are looking to get your money’s worth and staying in a clean, nice hotel, look no further. Remember, we don’t live in hotels, it’s a place to be safe, take a shower and sleep in a clean and comfortable space. I will stay at Nikki again on my next trip to Curitiba!!!!! Thank you

The hotel is fine, people do their jobs, the breakfast is fine, its near things to see. The only thing bad is that it have fried food smell, I think it was chinesse food or something like that. One day we had to call because the hot water was not active. They have a lot of energy saving things that are annoying.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, working A/C and Wifi. Hotel staff is welcoming and helpful. Excellent breakfast selection. We stayed 4 nights total and very happy with this hotel.

Had to move to another room as the first one was too small and didnt have the number of beds booked. We moved to the second room only to find that it only had 1 power socket for three people who needed to work. Hotel is dated and in desperate need of an upgrade. Hotel staff are super friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure you have a smooth stay. The car park is across the road the hotel staff will be happy to valet your car for you. Breakfast was good. The wifi was also good.

Amazing and incredibly helpful staff, can't praise them enough. Beautiful lobby and decent breakfast. Location is close to some tourist spots and convenient to the tourist bus. Don't expect too many options in terms of good restaurants close by, however there are a couple.

You enter into an old fashioned reception area and are greeted by really attentive staff. The hotels deceptive. It looks really small From the outside but there's a high rise building at the back which is where the rooms are. You can't see it from the road, we had the 13th floor. Breakfast is really good. We didn't eat in the restaurant although we did buy a couple of bottles of wine. We felt the area to be very safe. The executive bus from the airport stops around a 5 min walk from the hotel as does the Turismo bus. There's a shopping mall a 5 min walk away too with lots of eating options. The busy station is probably a good 10/15 mins walk; it's there you get the Serra Verde train,

Staff was geat! Valet parking for additional fee. Safe. Very clean. Rooms are a little small if you have large luggage. Air conditioning in our room dripped on bed at night. Beautiful hotel. We were there on Christmas and they brought a box of gingerbread cookies to our room

This hotel is definitely value for money. It looks small from the outside but opens out into a great space. Only two very minor complaints. The bed is too hard and the tiny little step within the bedroom. I stubbed my toes more than once!

I spent 9 days at the Nikko on business just around the corner from the office. This is a good value hotel in Curitiba. During busy times in the mid evening the free Internet Access is slow and overloaded but everything else worked just fine. The morning breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice for both hot and cold food, fruit, different types of bread, sweet cakes and if you knew to ask there were fresh made crapes and waffles. Very good coffee from an automated machines with warm or cold milk too. The restaurant was not so good for dinner. I tried once ordering a pizza which was poor - no very poor! Eat elsewhere. Good A/C in the rooms.The grey bathroom suite with bidet showed signs of lime scale and the sink had no plug but neither were a great problem to me. To find places to eat just turn right out of the hotel and 2 blocks down (about 300 yards) is the Mall with its own railway train museum with lots of places inside to eat, many at low cost. There is an upstairs floor as well which I did not realise until my 3rd visit with a good hamburger restaurant (if there can be such thin) but the two steak places on the ground floor we better. For fast food there is perhaps 20 places. It seems to be open almost any time. From the Nikko Hotel turn left and 200 yards up on the left is an excellent if little expensive restaurant called Zea Mais which is outstanding. If I was in that part of town I would use the Nikko again.

Close to the Serra Verde Express station, shopping areas and restaurants. Good buffet breakfast, comfortable quiet room-but very poor cold water pressure in the shower,helpful reception staff and also in the restaurant, good free Wi fi in the room, no free parking, tiny unattractive indoor swimming "pond" that was not worth getting into. Supermarket three blocks away.

Arrived on the eve of a public holiday. Warm and cheerful welcome. Personnel were thoughful and a lot of extra services were included for free and with a smile. The guests looked happy to be there and the restaurant had a wonderful buffet with fresh tropical fruits, lots of delicious buns and cakes, milk products and several types of hot drinks, like cafe or chocolate, to name just a few.

The Nikko Hotel is indeed a great hotel. Beautiful, cozy, with amenities to rival any big hotel chain. Desk staff speaks English and is really helpful. However, the neighbourhood (city center) is sketchy and can be considered dangerous at night time. This Great hotel could be considered even better if only located in a better neighbourhood.
