i was being discriminated against and i didn’t check in wasnt able to stay owner didnt want me staying there after i already paid for the room. i would like a refund.

First of all, got there early and there wasnt one car in the parking lot yet the guy would've let us check in even when i offered to pay. Second, although i booked the room under my name, when we arrived, he asked for both our id's which i understand, but my friends id was expired and he threatened not to rent us the room. Im sorry, but thats ridiculous. Then, he wanted a $20 cash only deposit to make sure he got keys back which again unheard of not to mention, the keys are reprogrammed whenever you give the guest their room keys anyway. The guy was a complete d***!!! The room was absolutely disgusting that we left a few hours after checking in. This place should just be burned to the ground with that dude in it! Why do we allow these people to keep taking our businesses especially when obviously their not even grateful to be in our country. Vote Trump, and get that wall up!

It never happened. They had a ton of requirements even after paying for the room in advanced. Cash deposit, card on file, every adult needs an id. They denied myself and children access at 11:30pm and we had to find somewhere else. On top of it all hotels.com was horrible and would not issue a refund. Definitely a scam setup between the hotel and hotels.com after googling I am seeing this is reoccurring for this company on lower budget stays.

The hotel isnt the best but hey u get what u pay for💯💯💯 The worker named Ali is always so helpful and goes out of his way for u👍👍👍 Yes the rooms could be cleaner but as long my sheets clean thats fine because i never use comforter in a motel anyways👍👍👍 Just wish the chairs didnt have stains in them but the last room i stayed recently was the best out of all the ones i have stayed😍😍😍 Will definitely be back because the prices are reasonable 9/10 and the bus is right in front of the motel to go back to AC and across street coming from AC and many stores and food places in area

If you need a quick place to stay and sleep AND there is no other available lodging nearby, take your chances and book it. Let's begin with the carpet that looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days/weeks, with trash under the bed and bits of trash all over the carpet. The A/C unit worked but is noisy and loud. The TV only showed 1 station...the food channel. The front desk clerk did come to the room and assist connecting to Comcast....thank you, but only 1 station came through. When I checked out the next morning, the same desk clerk was on duty. I told him only 1 channel came through and he went on to say, I should have pressed the down buttons on the remote and this and that and whatever. The hotel is OLD and the rooms reveal it. The bedspreads were at least 20 years old, with a number of cigarette burns/holes in it, strings hanging off of it everywhere, and construction paper thin. The bed sheets were old, but looked clean. The bath towels were old, with holes and strings. The toilet seat had been burned, stained....horrible looking and feeling.....I had to cover with toilet paper just to sit down. It had a good shower, with hot water, but the tub was ancient. Cigarette burns covered the tub ledge. No hangers in closet. The curtains are thin, so car lights shine right into rooms on first floor. Although there were signs on the room door saying "NO SMOKING", they must have just stopped smoking in there last week, cause the stench was strong. NOT recommended!

The place is filthy dirty! They had no extra towels and did not give shampoo or anything. It was disgusting and I will never stay there again! Trash all outside also.

Definitely not a first choice, but it was available. Transient motel. Woman on second floor had mental health challenges and made low moaning and screaming noises through the night. Clerk/Owner is a thief. Insisted on a deposit for the electronic key. Said it would get returned when I returned the key. On checkout, went to the office to return key. No one there. Rang doorbell as sign directed. After ten minutes, no one there to take the key. Call motel phone number in attempt to get someone live. Ten minutes of unanswered calls. Came back later in the day around 5:30 pm to return key. Clerk/Owner says deposit forfeited because I didn't hand in the key; despite all attempts to remind him no one was available. Crooked. In the rooms, all furninshings were worn and unclear if they were clean. Half the electrical outlets didn't work.

You can not add a day to your stay and not leave the hotel. If you add a day you have to check out at 11 am and return at 3 pm to use the extra day!
I just wanted more time in my room until my flight was ready at 5pm and check out early. But since I had to check out at 11 am I could not come back at 3pm because I had to be at airport at 3pm. I lost $90 because I didnt know the rules were different for SuperLodge than Expedia rules and there is a NO REFUND RULE also. The Expedia representstive tried to reason with SuperLodge front dèsk but they yelled at the representative and said no refund even though I could not stay for a third day and checked out at 10am on Friday.
If anyone could help me get my money back for Friday to Saturday that I paid for checkin Friday August 16th check out Saturday August 17th that I could not use I would be very happy
I should get a refund since I was not able to stay Friday night to Saturday.

Came in to the room with the AC completely off and the AC unit in the room probably took the full night of my stay to get to a livable temperature.
Make sure you bring slippers because it looked like the floors were never vacuumed. At least the sheets and the bathroom seemed clean.
Lights barely lit up the room but the light outside the room was so bright that it shone through the window shades. That didn't help with sleep. You'll also hear every bit of road noise so bring earplugs.
Overall, it could have been worse I guess.

My room 106 was disgusting. Mold on the bathroom curtain, the carpet was nasty with stains all over. The window curtain looks old no privacy. Trash all over on the side right next to my room. I got pictures to prove it. I don’t know why your company still using this place.

The pictures online are false when actually in the room. The door didnt work so had to wait for front desk person to take apart the key card reader and put it back together. Some of rhe lights didnt work. It was very hard to see. When my daughter went into the bathroom she was disgusted. The toilet had throw up in it. The tub was dirty and not clean. The amount of money paid for 1 night should've been discounted. I complained to the front desk and was lied too about only having 1 room left. There wasnt many cars in the lot maybe about 7 cars compared to the amount of rooms. I showed the front desk the picture of the toilet and he said to pee in the shower. DISGUSTING!! I asked for my money back and he couldnt refund me due to booking on expedia. I was moved to a different room and that room also was dingy. That bathroom was dingy and dirty. Some stains on the walls. My child and myself couldn't take a shower, had to use bottles water to brush our teeth, and slept on our beach towels on top of the bed because the room was dingy. The doors to both rooms could be kicked in with 1 kick. Not very safe. I apologized to my daughter over and over again to have her sleep in such a dirty place. The owners don't take proper care of the hotel. I should have read the reviews prior to booking. NEVER STAY THERE!!! ITS A WASTE OF MONEY!!! Ihave pictures but theres nowhere to upload them.

The room was not cleaned or vacuumed. There was food from the previous people all over the floor. The room stunk like marijuana heavily even though there is a no smoking sign on the door. The back of the door had some sticky brown substance all over it. The guy at the front desk is rude and overbearing. He called us even before the 11am checkout time giving us a hard time as to why we weren’t out of the room yet. They force a cash deposit when you get there, even though nothing is stated anywhere else about it and you cannot pay it with card. Overall it wasn’t a good experience.

Front desk guy was creepy. Ge sat outside our room for hours supposedly putting in a light outside so we could see when coming in. He was rude when I asked for fresh towels again after never receiving freash towels or anything for 3 DAYS never received towels stated he fidnt know where to get the towels. TV has a 4 step process before you can use it. It requires the desk guy to come in your room to turn your tv on. How you get angry when guest need towels? Make it make sense. Its a Dump

Post pandemic and this place was so horrible and disgusting.
The air conditioning ran on the carpet all day and Night,no phone in the room,the only outlet was working was the tv and refrigerator,it was dusty and smelled of mildew.
When mentioned to the manager he said,you can always stay somewhere else and I told him that the photos and description online was misleading and I was going to report and do a review.

I had no choice because I drove 7 n a half hrs for my original room to get cancelled so I went to hotels.com thinking I would get the best rates .No instead of a hotel it was a motel the prices online said $54.00 a night I stayed 2 nights and was charged $265.00 for 2 nights plus had to pay a $40.00 cash deposit.The room smelled mildew and there was mold on the ceiling I have photos of everything including the fire hazard.Please someone contact me about this matter .Very unpleasant trip.Also there was no breakfast as advertised n the internet was not working on top off only having 1 channel to watch.412 699 3277
