The room was large. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The bedding was so cozy. Great water pressure. There were dispensers with shampoo and conditioner. The Staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. I didn't require cleaning for the 2 night stay but I was given plenty of coffee and supplies. There was also GREAT coffee available in the lobby. Breakfast was available, but who really gets up between 6-9 am on a "vacation"?

Close proximity to Lake George Village. Asked for full-service housekeeping (left a $5 tip in advance) and came back to find towels replaced but bed not made. Complained to desk clerk the next AM and came back that night to find fresh towels and a made-up bed that looked like it was done by an angry teenager.

I stayed here for about 5 days with my children and the staff was very helpful with finding things to do with the kids. Very friendly. The 2 pool option was a nice touch. Over all our stay here was great no complaints.

Well lets say Kelly was awsome she helped with everything we needed and then some . Breakfast was also very good clean and nice was just missing some peanut butter lol. Housekeeping was terrible we were there 2 days and not once did someone come to clean our rooms all they did was hang out in the halls very disappointed with housekeeping i also have to say i had 2 rooms 1 on the first fl. The other on the 2nd and neither of the rooms were clean .

Our first time at this hotel and really enjoyed it. The pool area is really nice, full hot breakfast included as well. It was quiet. You also have a coffe/tea/hot chocolate corner open 24/7 for guests to serve yourself. Very clean and very efficient. Would recommend and stay again.

We asked to have our room cleaned at the front desk in the morning. That evening the towels were changed but the bathroom wasn’t cleaned the rug wasn’t vacuumed and the bed wasn’t made. They took the garbage from one can and forgot the other. They did remember to take the tip we left in the morning. The hotel itself was very nice and when we complained they tried to help. Housekeeping though needs an overhaul.

The hotel was fine but the space needs renovating and updating and that would make the appearance a lot better. The breakfast is terrible, while free it does not offer anything in value.

Good location, nice hotel, excellent service and staff. The issue is that beds are very high in adapted/accessible rooms for wheelchair users and even for short people; but unfortunately this similar to most hotels. No lift in the pool for accessibility.

This was an average stay. Positives: Breakfast included was as expected 2 pools and hot tub were great Beds decently comfortable Close proximity to everything with the trolley stops just across the street. Negatives: The breakfast host was very grouchy snapping at people for over filling the waffle cups and insisted to do it herself muttering under her breath about guests, holding up the breakfast line. The bathroom was not very clean with mold and hairs from previous guests around the tub. There was no hair dryer. The coffee was terrible. Being on the first floor we heard everything in the room above us.

Stayed for one night. There was an ant and spiders in the room. Big spider web on windows, looks like room hasn’t been cleaned for a while. Room AC is not working well. It will run for a few minutes and stopped for an hour. Room was getting hot and window were stuck. We didn’t sleep well. On the website, they said they have rollover bed for $25 a night but there is none when I check with the front desk. Incorrect information. The staff outside who were cleaning the parking lot fighting over something. One was saying “you are not my boss.” Unprofessional staff. For us, one night stay, was very unpleasant for a $350 a night.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. My room was super clean, breakfast was great and the staff at the kitchen were great! The only complaint that I have was some noise during night hours, they were slamming doors and running back and forth around 1 am but, I know there were lots of tour buses coming in and out full of teenagers from different camps. Overall, I would stay here again.

We really liked the convenient location of this hotel, we liked that it was close to everything but not on the main road. The front desk were very nice. We only ran into a problem on the second night and it wasn't due to the staff, it was due to extremely loud guests next to us and above us and in the hallway. We did report it to the front desk and they were as helpful as they could be.

Found 2 bugs in bed making the bed unusable. . The indoor pool was unusable and we booked this hotel for the sole purpose to use the indoor pool. At night not able to sleep due to the noise above us. For these reasons we checked out early and would like a refund for the second night.
