Me a my d my y wife enjoyed our stay and will be come back. but we really would like a room with a microwave in and a better view.we we're on the side of the hotel we're only viewing was the roof. But we still enjoy our stay

Loved the hotel. Pit boss in casino was rude to one of our friends last night. Have never been to a casino where we have ever encountered anything like this before. Very odd behavior.

I paid for 2 rooms, was told when I arrived that I only booked 1 room even though I had confirmation for 2 rooms, was told my reservation was for 2 people, although I booked for 3 people. Was forced to pay extra $10 for third person, finally was able to get room #2 after going round and round with CS. Was asked to pay another $100 deposit for #2 room because someone in my party was listed as being in the second room, though my confirmation said it would be a deposit of $100, paid $200. After the fact, I was told that I could not get receipt for deposit, even though deposit was paid at the front desk, was told I could only get a blank sheet of paper as a receipt, felt like a hustle.... won't be going back. Not enough comfortable seating in room forced to sit on bed, or desk chair. Bed mattress worn in room #2. Customer Service needs upgrade, general staff very nice.

Our stay was amazing, enjoyed the buffet, friendly staff was awesome. No smoking was wonderful!
The only thing I didn’t like was our bed was hard and uncomfortable.
Everything else was great!
Will definitely stay there again!

Was a great stay, but we stayed 4 nights and nobody came in to clean our room at all during our stay

My stay was terrible the beds arw very low and they are slanted wimhich makes for a very uncomfortable rest woke up with bug bites to ny arm what kind of bug bites im not sure of the rooms are spacious but very outdated it reminds you of a over glorified super 8 motel the casino is smoke free so that was a big plus

This is a great place. The bathroom needed a little TLC. The last night there was a lot of slamming doors but we would stay there again.

We always enjoy our stay. Especially since its smoke free and we can breath in the building. The new slot machines were nice to play and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel/casino was very clean, the front desk ladies became friendlier as we talked with them and ended up having a great conversation. Our room was a corner room was very clean, although it was older it was up to date and clean! The bed was the least comfortable of our 11 day trip in different hotels, but the pillow was the most comfortable! Overall I would stay here again if I was ever in the area

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was excellent in the buffet , stacked and the cafe. The employees were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I love this hotel just wish the security guys that works the early shifts before the breakfast buffet opens was a little friendlier. We know the bufffet opens at 7am and Casino opens at 8am but their delivery to relate this information was rude. I probably won’t stay here again until they makes the casino 24 hours.

Staff was nice. No room service. Cannot order through TV connection, the ORDER key did not work. Called a restaurant, they could take thevorder over the phone but cannot make it until paid. Would not take room number, had to go there personally andcsign or pay by CC/cash. Room had butnt out lighting. The one lamp kept flickering. We thought we just had a lemon of a room... not going back. Just too many things that didn't have to be. Casino was ehh at best. The place in heneral kind of sucks.

We liked being in Biloxi and having a home base to explore the area. The room was very comfortable and had a nice view. We liked the casino too!

I liked the convenience of the casino, parking and the staff engagement. I also liked the proximity to surrounding activities.

Room and all comforts were great. However, on my last 2 stays I have been put in the last room on the waterview side near a door that seems to be only accessible by employees. This door and some others are constantly slamming through the night. Hard to get a good nights rest there lately.

Smoke-free premises and casino, friendly service, spacious rooms. I would ask if they have medium-firm beds and extra pillows the next time, but we had a great time!

Our view on the 3rd floor was of a rooftop so that was disappointing. However, for the price of the room it was good accommodations and I would stay again. Our neighboring room was noisy but again the hotel can't control all people.

I never would've thought booking a hotel at the casino for a family, but it was very nice. All the staff was nice and the bell hop guy Eric was assume and showed us everything we need to know.
