Checking in w Beverly the nicest front desk lady was beyond kind. She switched our room and made every request come true. Nika is fabulous and they made our mini vacation special. James and Lamont were wonderful and I hope your bosses appreciate the great employees and give you raises. I’m getting you treats today!!

Our stay was very relaxing. We did find some trash near the bed that was likely not seen when the bedding was changed (it makes me question if it was changed at all actually.) But the service was very nice and overall the room was very comfortable.

Only hotel at downtown Pittsburgh offers free parking. Good breakfast. Nice room. Very clean. The staffs are very friendly.

We had great time at our stay at Hampton Inn. All the Staff was friendy and hotel was roomy. We enjoyed the Pool and also hot tub. In night front desk baked fresh hot cookies. Kids loved it with their hot cocoa. Parking was an easy being in the downtown Pittsburgh. Will definitely come again.

My family and I stayed in one of the suites. Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious, and the bed was comfy. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. And I loved that parking was free. My only complaint would be that the scrambled eggs were a little salty, but otherwise the food was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel centrally located but still a little by the side in a calm area. The hotel is not new. But the room was very good, modern, clean and big. Comfortable beds. Tv was new and modern. Minifridge and some of the furnitures had signs of wearness. Parking was free which was very good. The first parking lot near the hotel felt more safe than the second parking lot further away which felt more unsafe. Breakfast area had many people. The options was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and check out.

Great location right across from the Heinz History Center. Room was extremly large and beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed. You could not feel the bars in the sofa bed unlike other hotels that we stayed at. Front desk was extremely helpful, courteous and fast to help. We needed bedding for the sofa bed and within minutes it was delivered to our room.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in Pittsburgh. I highly recommend this hotel. The room was large, clean and great location. Was 1 mile walking distance to PNC park. Short walk to the super cute Strip market and across the street from the history museum.

I was happy with the Hampton Inn. The front desk was helpful and friendly - but when I arrived there was just one person on the desk, with a line of customers waiting to check in. After a bit a second desk person arrived, who I think had been on break. The common areas and my room were clean and well maintained. My room was clean and comfortable, athough with a bit of spartan aesthetic. I didn't get around the neighboring area much. There are some impressive looking buildings nearby, but also scruffier streets as you head away from the river. The included breakfast was quite good with a reasonable number of food choices. Parking was included in the room rate - in an "overflow" lot on the neighboring property. It was a little difficult maneuvering in the lot, and it wasn't clear how to get out again (I had to hit the intercom for help). There were "you're at your own risk" signs posted, leading me to wonder if there were a history of lot security problems.

I was surprised and delighted about everything about my stay. From the actually free parking, to the spacious room, even the different waffle and coffee choices in the morning when I'd overslept, and the friendliest and kindest staff ever. The late checkout time and comfortable lobby seating to work in were just amazing.

Inn was located walking distance from Strip District. A shaded walking trail nearby along the river. Breakfast was nice with plenty of seating and well maintained as was the entire Inn. Great coffee. Large rooms with roomy baths also. Free parking with easy in and out pass. Helpful and friendly staff. Near to interstates.
