Nice hotel. Great location.. the check in lady wasn’t friendly no smile during check in.. valet was very nice and friendly. Security was nice. Checking out was good the lady at the desk had a smile and asked how was my stay. I will stay again walking distance to almost all of the historic areas.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express in Savannah, GA for a school trip. It was an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful and clean and the hotel staff were friendly, prompt, and helpful. I would highly recommend!

The stay at Holiday Inn Express was amazing. Location was awesome, staff was kind and the breakfast was plentiful. Will definitely book here in my future stays.

Took til the next evening to get clean towels. The rooftop pool had to be drained so no swimming for our granddaughter. This was a reason we chose this hotel was for her experience swimming in a roof top pool. Disappointed and concerned the Georgia health department had to close it down since she swam in it the evening before!!

This time our room was a handicap room, which we did not request. The room was clean, but very outdated and sloppy with regards to renovations. Next time I will request another before unpacking. The location was perfect.

Wonderful place to stay! Friendly service, and daily service in your room. Valet service was so worth the extra money, I highly recommend! Good breakfast, comfortable rooms. Close to the river walk and shopping. Great value for the location!

We had a wonderful time and the hotel made our trip to Savannah comfortable, convenient and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parked our vehicle in city parking lot next door for the duration of the stay. Hotel is across the street from Riverside. Free DOT trolleys for historic district are a short walk from hotel, just look for the DOT bus stop signs. The market place is also a short walk.

I was trying to decide between several similarly priced hotels and I definitely made the right choice. I loved the fact I could choose to get a room with a view of the river. And the rooftop pool was also wonderful. The fact that it has free breakfast saved us money too. The beds were super comfortable and the complimentary water right at the hotel entrance was very much appreciated. I felt like I got a good value for the money paid.

No water service from 12:00am to 4:00 pm for 2 days. Had to use bathrooms across the street. Extremely inconvenient.

While our stay at the Holiday Inn was pleasant and nice and the breakfast staff very attentive to the guests. Watch your Credit Card statement for charges that you didn’t make. We had a $135.00 charge for parking and we didn’t even have a car there. When I called the hotel I got an attitude from the person helping me telling me it was a 3rd party billing. My question is, Who gave them the room information to bill it? I’m still waiting for a correction to my account.

The entire staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The wifi was non-existent in our room on the third floor. We informed them 3 days in a row about the wifi but nothing was ever done. So don't expect wifi at this hotel.

Great location for a visit to Savannah and the historic quarter. After a long day’s walking around and exploring the beautiful city, you can take a dip in the rooftop pool and relax in one of the deckchairs.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! The location is also perfect.
This said for a $250 + per night hotel I would have expected the room cleaning with fresh towels to be done more than once in 4 nights. With 2 kids it’s was hard.

The front desk staff (Abby) were amazing!

The location was fantastic! The room was ok. Very small. The bathroom is where we had most of our issues. No hair dryer(but we called the front desk and got one), no fan for during showers so it got very steamy, sink must've been clogged because it drained very slow, the lotion they provided came out like cloudy water, the shower curtain was ripped so water leaked all over floor.
The bar is only open for like 2 hours.

Never used the valet parking. Was still charged the $45 per night parking fee. At check out, I had them remove the charge. Got home to find out I was charged for it anyway. Called twice so far. Still no credit. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Pot smoke seeping in to our room from the stairwell was bad. Manager said she has tried to stop it but there’s nothing they can do. Elevator was broken during our stay. Staff was nice. But I won’t stay here again.

Great stay! Location was perfect! Hotel staff was a little goofy, not the most prepared and not the best people skills, but would stay here again! The extra $10 for a balcony room was definitely worth it!!

The staff was fantastic and very friendly! They got me in to my room early and set me up with free appetizers at some great restaurants! Plus my room had a eiver view...without asking!!

It was my second time using a Holiday Express and both times in Buffalo and this time Savannah were excellent.The staff is wonderful, the comfort is great, shower good, mattress great. Breakfast selection wonderful. I will go back for sure
