Only there for a night. In town for the Movement festival. Room was cute with a great view. It was clean and staff was friendly.

Arrived to a dirty room. Hair, dirt, and grime in the tub. Floor not vacuumed. It appears the staff only made the bed before our arrival. Asked staff to clean the room three times. Each time we were informed they would forward the issue to a manager. No one ever reached out or cleaned the room. Will never stay there again.

Comfortable bed. Housekeeping staff were quite loud the morning of my departure with complaints about work issues. We all have issues, but there’s a time and place for all those complaints. Other than that, it was a solid experience.

The room could use some updating. It was not the cleanest. Coffee pot was missing the basket to put the coffee in. Overall, not very impressed for the amount of money I paid.

We never received our food and beverage credit. We weren’t offered a room upgrade. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work. Check in staff acted like they didn’t want to be there

We had a good stay, comfy bed, good pillows. Room was spacious and clean. The hallway rugs need a good steam clean for sure.

Love this as a destination for Detroit entertainment. Pricing and amenities are great. Food and service is good. And the casino is vibrant.

Room was not clean (dirty carpet, sticky tile, someone else's hair stuck to the shower wall)
We've stayed here dozens of times and usually love it. Service was attentive, but couldn't get past the filth. Hoping they get it together, because we usually love it there!

We just got a room to spend the night in Detroit after a show at the Fox. The room was great, clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay when in town for Red Wings game. Shuttle to arena. Or 12 minute walk. Clean and spacious rooms.

Hotel very overpriced staff directs you to stay there when they offer a shuttle service to events we could have checked out downtown if we would have not been told shuttle service starts and hour and half before even. First casino we ever stayed at that didn’t offer free play with stay won’t be back

I went to sleep in bed and I kept smelling urine but I couldn’t find it. I then took the pillow case off and the pillow was covered in urine

The hotel and casino are very clean and loaded with friendly staff. However, I would avoid staying here. The pillows are horrible and extremely cheap. The mattress is the same. Worst night of sleep ever!

The elevator wasn’t working and we had to walk 9 floors

Great experience staying at the hotel, everyone working there was engaging and friendly. Security help us find our way, wait staff at the lodge diner was amazing. Our Salomon was under cooked, without asking they cooked another one and served it to us. We will be back again

The property was beautiful. The room was huge the bathroom was better in person. Room service guest service even in the casino everyone was friendly inviting and helpful when needed. I wound up leaving my laptop at the hotel and as we all know my mind went everywhere. Called the hotel they informed me that they will hold my laptop and I will be going to retrieve it. I most definitely will be returning to this hotel. I've worked in housekeeping and the fact that they actually have my laptop to hold is more than enough to earn my business again in the near future and refer others to the property as well. You guys are amazing and I will see you again.......

Didn’t make it into the casino this time but I absolutely love the hotel. Everyone is so friendly and the rooms are beautiful and spotless.

The fact that everything is under 1 roof did it for me. You ha have to use a key to gain access to the hotel rooms. D'tour Spa is on the bottom level and there is a casino as well. The bathroom is very spacious with a soaker tub separate shower and separate toilet area. There is a deli in the casino area, get the 7/11 sandwich (hot) and fries...thank me later
