Very nice properties..but stingy with payoffs and perks

Unfortunately either due to staffing or Covid a lot of the resturants where closed making it very difficult to find something to eat.

No service no room service in middle The night

I lost to much money is my only complaint

Needs some attention in public areas ( not real clean ) no valet so parking and the distance to the tower was pretty far. The room was ok shower was good. Thinking it will be a one time visit

I always have a good experience when I go to Foxwoods! I appreciated the extra cleanliness during Covid;thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

It was amazing! Front desk check in was a breeze. The gentleman (I forgot his name 🙄) was so nice.

Had to walk to country mile just to get to the front desk front doors are not available to guests room was supposed to be smoke-free but smelled of smoke no safe in the room and most things are closed during the week very limited hours to what is open wish we had known ahead of time probably would not have gone.

The hotels website stated the casino is closed Thursday at 2 am until noon. That was a complete lie. The casino slots never closed. Website should have been accurate and specific. Also there is a restaurant called the red lantern in fox tower which is also not on Foxwoods website. The website did not state where to go to get a grab and go sandwich. It want until about 8 pm the bar out a sign up watering they have the grab and go sandwiches and sell them there. All the food courts in foxtower were closed. Sabarro. Panda Express. The deli. You have to walk to grand Pequot which was far. There were no security guards around Thursday night to ask for help. All restaurants like hard rock and Panera are only open fri sat and sun. Good luck finding food. Not one staff was at the area where you enter the hotel elevator. The staff desk was empty. They seem to be on phase 1 due to the pandemic. It was horrible and I never thought I’d see the day I say Foxwoods was horrible.

Do to Covid everything was limited. We still had a BLAST

The fox tower was very clean and the room was very nice. Casinos were clean and you felt safe when gambling. Everyone was wearing a mask and plexiglass separated everyone. Only slightly disappointing thing was that not all restaurants were open and the buffet was closed.

The room that i got was not clean at all!! You'll think that with this pandemic the rooms would be cleaner than before but absolutely not. The rug looked like it didn't see a vacuum for days. The bathroom had hair of someone else very disgusting. For the money that you pay is not fair at all!!!!

We arrived early and was able to check in and leave our bags with the bell captain. We were told that we would get a text message when the room was ready. At 4 o’clock which is the official check in time I went to see if my room was ready and I was told it was clean but it just needed to be inspected so just be a few minutes. After half hour I asked again was still told that my room was not ready even though people who had just arrived and waited in about a 10 minute line and they were getting their room key right away

Fox Tower is the newest Foxwoods property; the furnishings were surprisingly kind of worn out. Otherwise, a nice stay.

Second stay at Fox Tower and was a bit surprised by the line for check in on a Sunday. It seems to have been a busy weekend as rooms were not ready for guest check in at 5pm! Fortunately, our desk agent Daniel was able to secure rooms near each other for our family. Our rooms were clean and comfortable when we arrived and included high end amenities like shampoos and lotion from the G Spa, based in Fox Tower.

Stayed 2 nights for a quick getaway- everything was great except for check in- line was wrapped around the entire lobby! But line went quick took us about 20+mins to get to front desk- gal was lovely and everything was great after that- plenty of dining options and places for cocktails overall we had a great time!

Great stay. Went on business and mixed in some pleasure. Everything was great. Service, cleanliness, food and gambling. I loved that the casino connected to fox tower was less crowded/Smokey compared to the other casinos on the property.

The hotel is beautiful, with somewhat dated rooms. The sheets on the bed were stiff and mattress was firmer than I prefer. On the other hand, So much to do, great options for food, dancing, and shopping. Norwich Spa at Foxwoods was professional and offered many options for amazing relaxation. Valet parking was a nice free bonus. Fun atmosphere and so much to offer in one location, I would definitely visit again.

Overall was a really good stay. The only complaint would be that the shower water was Luke warm.

That it was all in doors. Good if weather is bad.

The property had a lot to do and was fun but the early check in process was very confusing and sort of messed up our plans a bit. The front desk person was nice but unclear about our options. The elevators also broke so we had issues getting between casino, bar, and rooms, and also messed up our plans a little. I also hurt my finger and was told I would have to call a paramedic, and that no one sells any antiseptic which seems really unsafe so I think that should be re evaluated.
