Hands down the best place place to stay in Las Vegas. Location is prime, staff were all super friendly. Rooms were spotless and the resort was filled with lots of amenities. Shout out to Andrew at the tables - you know who you are!

The check in process was extremely slow at first. They sent us to Venezia for the first night and moved us the next 2 nights. Nothing was offered in lieu of that because it was very far.

We were assisted by Cindy at check-in. She was very patient, professional, polite, and prompt. This was my first stay at this property and I will return just for these reasons alone.

It was really a bad experience. Their vallet system is horrible. Because of their system blockage, I could not get my car on time and we missed our show for the first 50 minutes. Not only I missed my show, but I had to pay extra dollars for Uber back-and-forth to Excalibur where I had booked my show. The staff did not seem to have any remorse. Yes, they were trying to help, But the system was horrible. At checkout, nobody showed any gesture of courtesy That we had missed show for which I had paid almost $200. I had to take Uber back-and-forth. There were no courtesy in kind and behavior by the staff. They did say that their system messed up, but it doesn’t happen often. But they did not give any compensation for all inconvenience cost to me for no fault of mine. They were sorry, but not sorry. For me and my friends this is never a place to go again not because of the system mess up because it can happens anywhere, But because of their attitude, no compensation whatsoever following their own mess up. My experience with Wynn and Encore have been much better. Any other hotel I’ve been to they are kind, and if they mess up the compensate in someway for it, which is just a feeling of respect given to you as a customer.

Overall we love it here every time we stay, the room are spacious for the kids and staff are fast and friendly. Just weird when they were doing maintenance around other rooms near us made our sink shoot out water and left nasty residue. We made the complaint and front desk at checkout was nice to remove the resort fees.

I cannot explain in words how amazing our stay was at The Palazzo by The Venetian. This was my 1st time at this property as well as 3 of our friends were visiting Vegas for the 1st time. The room was so spacious and every day housekeeping did an amazing job. Any time we asked for water bottles at front reception, we were given as many as we'd like except throughout the night which sucked. Overall, I can't wait to return to The Venetian!

Beds were not very comfortable. Trash was left in the room. Numerous spots on the tile were left. Things were removed from the complementary stuff before we arrived

Booked a room with king bed at the Palazzo a month in advance with guaranteed late check-in. All the rooms were sold out and they sent me to the Venetian with a double bed, which was a 10 minute walk and two different elevator rides to get to. The bedside table was dirty. The next day I moved to the Palazzo, but the electricity was out in that room, resulting in no air and all of the cordless phones were not working because they weren’t charged. We got the master switch turned on eventually, checking in & moving rooms all required, standing in a long line to get room keys. No one‘s fault but mine, but I left my external charger in the first room while trying to pack up to move to the second room. If I had gotten the correct room in the first place, all of that could’ve been avoided.

I liked how attentive and welcoming the staff was to our arrival at the front desk (Scott at the front desk was wonderful). The hotel was greatly managed in cleanliness, safety and accomodation. I felt relaxed and at home in a city where I was visiting for the first time. The room was spacious, clean and well put. The cleaning staff greeted us warmly as we walked by. I appreciate all the hard work the staff does to make this hotel a wonderful place to stay. Thank you so much for all the fond memories. If I am to ever come back to Las Vegas, I will always choose the Palazzo. <3 The downside, is that now that I have tasted one of the finest of the hotel properties on the strip, I have made the mistake of booking at a different hotel (the horseshoe) and it really does pale in comparison. My husband and I miss the Palazzo, and wished we never spoiled ourselves to know true decadence and to be without it.

Really, the only complaint is the cost. The resort fees is just ridiculous, but that's all hotels really. Don't understand it. If it's mandatory, why not just put it in the room cost.

Overall a good stay. Very comfortable bedding, great view of the Sphere! Only considers are: Rooms/bathroom are getting a little tired. Bed creaked and was clearly old. Front desk spend very little time with you on check in or out as they are so busy…so not very ‘personal’ service. Resort fees still feel like a scam when the escalators aren’t even working outside between Venetian and the street.
