On the surface, the place looks good but there are a few problems. First, the towels are terrible and scratchy. No hot water for at least 2 days (I stayed 4 days before this booking). The front desk staff gave the impression they had little interest to help you. The check-out guy tried to blame me for not contacting maintenance for a small water leak that happened less than an hour prior and i notified him so why blame the customer for your faulty amenities?. When I communicated with other staff regarding notes made in the system for my room, they were all confused by their coworkers statements. So as far as my experience goes, customer service was severely lacking at this hotel and the bathroom amenities were barely better than a 3 star hotel. No coffee or tea making abilities either or water like many other hotels have. I've had better service and stays at 3 star hotels including a $100 king bed room (vs the almost $600 here) where I stayed last October that provided much more. As they say, you can put lipstick on a pig (the nice furniture) but it was all downhill from there. Also, the security is a joke. I went up to my room 3 times without scanning my card and being stopped by a security guard before someone even told me that this was a thing. Would never stay here again.

We loved everything. From the check in to the room. The employees could not have been any friendlier. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Can't wait to go back.

The room and the bathroom were both spacious. The view of the strip was nice. But the shower booth with glass walls leaked and left a huge puddle after every shower. There was a pretty wide gap between the glass panel and the glass door. I'm pretty low maintenance so normally I wouldn't fuss about it but at a 5 star hotel i have better expectations. I asked to have it fixed. Their handymen came, looked at it, and adjusted the showerhead away from the door. They said they can't do anything about the gap. I'm not an engineer but that's no rocket science, there should be ample ways to block the gap between glass panels. I think Palazzo needs some better engineers for troubleshooting. The bathroom also smelled of sewage towards the end of the stay. The customer service with phone messaging was very convenient and they were very responsive.

Great hotel wonderful time

Hands down the best place place to stay in Las Vegas. Location is prime, staff were all super friendly. Rooms were spotless and the resort was filled with lots of amenities. Shout out to Andrew at the tables - you know who you are!

The check in process was extremely slow at first. They sent us to Venezia for the first night and moved us the next 2 nights. Nothing was offered in lieu of that because it was very far.

We were assisted by Cindy at check-in. She was very patient, professional, polite, and prompt. This was my first stay at this property and I will return just for these reasons alone.

It was really a bad experience. Their vallet system is horrible. Because of their system blockage, I could not get my car on time and we missed our show for the first 50 minutes. Not only I missed my show, but I had to pay extra dollars for Uber back-and-forth to Excalibur where I had booked my show. The staff did not seem to have any remorse. Yes, they were trying to help, But the system was horrible. At checkout, nobody showed any gesture of courtesy That we had missed show for which I had paid almost $200. I had to take Uber back-and-forth. There were no courtesy in kind and behavior by the staff. They did say that their system messed up, but it doesn’t happen often. But they did not give any compensation for all inconvenience cost to me for no fault of mine. They were sorry, but not sorry. For me and my friends this is never a place to go again not because of the system mess up because it can happens anywhere, But because of their attitude, no compensation whatsoever following their own mess up. My experience with Wynn and Encore have been much better. Any other hotel I’ve been to they are kind, and if they mess up the compensate in someway for it, which is just a feeling of respect given to you as a customer.

We loved our suite. It was just my daughter and I and we had so much extra room!

Overall we love it here every time we stay, the room are spacious for the kids and staff are fast and friendly. Just weird when they were doing maintenance around other rooms near us made our sink shoot out water and left nasty residue. We made the complaint and front desk at checkout was nice to remove the resort fees.

Just there for the night. Our room had a perfect view of the Sphere and the entire Las Vegas valley over to Henderson

I cannot explain in words how amazing our stay was at The Palazzo by The Venetian. This was my 1st time at this property as well as 3 of our friends were visiting Vegas for the 1st time. The room was so spacious and every day housekeeping did an amazing job. Any time we asked for water bottles at front reception, we were given as many as we'd like except throughout the night which sucked. Overall, I can't wait to return to The Venetian!

Beds were not very comfortable. Trash was left in the room. Numerous spots on the tile were left. Things were removed from the complementary stuff before we arrived

Hotel acknowledged my request of assigning us a room closer to the elevator cuz of my husband recently having had a recent back surgery .

The property felt dated but overall very nice.

Despite having availability they didn’t honor my free upgrade as an Expedia gold member. They claimed I needed to pay 150 extra to be upgraded into a more spacious room. I find that disingenuous and it doesn’t give you the warm and fuzzy feeling that makes you want to go back but rather the feeling of I’ll never come back. There are other nicer hotels who still believe in exceptional customer service. I had club access and the staff there was great. I wish they had a better selection of snacks, food and non alcoholic beverages. I’ve visited other club lounges although not as spacious, the lounges had nicer snacks and appetizers throughout my stay.

Excellent stay. Hard to get front desk on phone. Hard to understand where the food and drink credits could be used. Lobby and casino areas quite smoky and this impacted me while waiting in long lines to get onto elevator to go up to my room.

Our stay was so fun and luxurious! The suite was incredible and view was to die for! Everyone was so nice and helpful and the food was delicious! Casino is super modern and made for great entertainment.
