Charming small, intimate hotel in a lovely, rural setting. If you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city, this hotel could be for you. Enjoyed the views of the orchards and groves and the sunsets. Room was spacious and lovely.

It has been a good experience. Eventhough the location is not near Roma’s city center , it is not difficult to get there. One of its advantages is that is close to Ciampino aerport. It is in a quiet and secure area. The premises aré confortable and comply with our expectations

Cats, cats, cats everywhere. Outside. Inside. On the baby beds getting fresh air out. On the outside chairs cushions. Everywhere. I counted 13 of them waiting for me to feed them in front of my room. Some tried to get in. Too bad i am allergic as they must get in sometimes with other guests. 24hrs later, my eyes are still hitchy. Cats have no place in a hotel. Pitty as the place and staff is nice.

Beautiful place. The breakfast offered should be improved

Loved the rooms and location. Close to Camino airport. Very comfortable.

Beautiful view and a nice place to stay prior to going to the airport. I did not try the dining although the menu looked very good
5.0
Beautiful location with a view over Rome and close to the airport Ciampino. We also had diner at the hotel and it was lovely.

Great terrace, very kind and considerate staff. Good restaurant 10 minute walk away

Arrival was seamless! But, next morning being told they could not take us to the airport / when we had to be there for 10am - post b’fast!
Further compounded anxiety, you have to pay for b’fast! But, we booked inclusive! Really was the reply and that is not your booking number you just quoted! But, yes, it is & inclusive b’fast!
Now, about this transfer to the airport? Sir you will have to pay 25Euros!
We all know a taxi fare is but 20Euros - just to add to the injury!
Eventually, I insisted we would walk the 3Km & a taxi was sorted by our contribution of 7 Euros (cash we had!)
Covid - yes... But, you offer a service or you don’t You can’t trade on something that you withdraw!
We have stayed many times before - but not expecting a service others have enjoyed!
Will we stay again - nor the many friends we have recommended & taken there : debatable!

Very quite night, the area where the property is locate is nice

Really lovely location, out in the middle of no where so best of with a car. We only spent the night as it was close to the airport and we was flying out the next day. Not recommended if you want somewhere modern as it is a converted church.

A bit far from Rome but it's good if you wish to escape the city.

Read the SMALL print, airport shuttle to and from Ciampino Airport NOT BCN airport. The property is way too far away from everything, it cost us many euros to get around. .
They said the restaurant was open but it never was for food. You could buy alcohol or cafe and that was it.

Beautiful property away from everything. Staff was very helpful, especially with free shuttle service to and from the train station. We were a bit weary at first with the quiet, secluded location but it ended up being a wonderful stay. Definitely, not close to town or to much but it was convenient to Ciampino airport and that’s what we needed.

The shuttle service is excellent. The AC is lovely as Rome is excruciatingly hot

After a long flight through several airports, this place is like an oasis, a nice place to recover from jet lag.

Great location to Termini and very clean
Staff at front desk very rude and not helpful at all

+ Interesting property with a free airport transfer.
- Booked a twin room with breakfast. Told on arrival that the hotel didn't offer twin rooms and I would have to pay for an upgrade. Also, that they had no record of my breakfast booking and I would have to pay for breakfast.

very nice place great staff but if you don't have a car its a pretty nasty walk

Very reasonable price 9 mins away from airport with free shuttle between 7am-10pm. However room is smaller than photos and only very basic amenities provided (towels, soap, & glasses).

Great value, helpful and competent staff. Delicious food in the restaurant. A plus: Free shuttle to and from local train station and Ciampino airport

Needed a place to stay for the night before catching an early morning flight out of Ciampino. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet.

Very last minute booking because of a flight cancellation but very nice welcoming place

Beautiful property, quiet and nice, close to Ciampino airport. Staff is very kind, accommodation spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is ok. I didn’t use but they have free shuttle to and from Ciampino airport. Free parking if you have car. GPS was a little confused to find the exactly hotel location.

Very convenient to the airport. Fantastic shuttle service. Excellent, friendly staff. Beautiful vista and amazing ambiance. Would highly recommend this wonderful place.

Lovely room and outside area. They run a free shuttle to the train station where you can get into central Rome in 15 minutes! Staff are very friendly and helpful

This hotel was a little difficult for a taxi to find, but once there I was very happy I chose this little gem. The price was very inexpensive for Rome and the room wass spacious and clean. They offered a nice breakfast and complimentary shuttle by private car to the airport. I would.definitely recommend thia hotel for anyone leaving from Ciampino airport or just wanting to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Rome. There was a great view of the countryaide from my room. They will also pick.you up from the airport or local train station..

This is a very nice hotel very clean with great staff. The staff certainly go out of there way to help. Have free transfers to and from the airport as well as the train station they even had train tickets waiting for us on Saturday morning as there is no ticket office at the station. We ate at the hotel one night food very good.

Stayed for one night before flying back home. Free transfers to and from train station and Ciampino airport. Had a wonderful evening meal at the hotel

Dont be fooled, its a long distance from the airport. But very nice and quiet relaxing enviroment. Shuttle service through hotel is best. Taxi is 30euro.

We only spent one night there and had picked the hotel mainly because of its location close to Ciampino Airport. We would definitely choose the hotel again because of possibility of airport shuttle, and transport to trainstation which mean you could easily visit Rome during the day. The hotel itself was lovely, garden beautiful and staff extremely helpful and kind.

A breath of fresh air ( literally) after 4 hectic days in Rome.
No complaints, however the pavements that lead to the room could be a little smoother but my daughter reminded me that it would take away from the gothic /original appearance. It was an excellent and Refreshing stay!

staff extremely accommodating and helpful. dinner meal great as was breakfast

Relaxing and restful stay in beautiful surroundings. The free shuttle was available until 11:00pm for airport (Ciampino) and train station pickups and drops. The English speaking staff were always available and very helpful. The included breakfast selection was well above average. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced. Definitely a do again.

A lovely hotel for a break in Rome away from the city centre. Very clean, helpful staff and lovely food. Hotel is about 20 minute train ride from Rome centre but the hotel offer a free shuttle service to train station and train costs €1.50 each way. They also offer free transfer to and from the airport. The food is lovely and Sara will look after you! The only negative is that there are no coffee/tea facilities in the room but we would definitely stay there again.

Half hour by train to city but just what you need after a busy day in the city sight seeing. Beautiful spotless room quiet surroundings.Only thing was hotel menu for dinner was very limited but was presented well.

As we rolled up in our taxi to the electric gates we didn't know what to expect. The drive up to the front of the property revealed the most beautiful villa set in the hills amongst a sea of olive groves with a perfect view over Rome and mountains. Waking up the next morning and throwing open the shutters to experience breathtaking views of the mountains from our bed and the feel of crisp white linen sheets and a warm gentle Italian breeze felt like heaven. The food and wine were second to none,we had the fillet steak and complained that it ruined steak for us forever because we will never eat one as good again! The service was excellent and staff really couldn't do enough for you. Advice to the traveller, if flying to ciampino airport, grab a shuttle bus to Roma termini then a train to sarsonne station, the hotel runs a free shuttle service and this way is the easiest. It's a very short direct train journey to the centre of Rome and all for a great price. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Thank you!

This is a good hotel for stopover at Ciampino - hotel shuttle will pick up from airport. It's a beautiful old building which has been renovated. A bit off the beaten track but excellent position for late arrivals in Rome

Our room itself was probably the nicest, most spacious room during our month in Europe. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a little light by European standards. Our problems had to with getting to and from Rome. First, it's closer to 45 minutes to get to the train station in Rome than 15. Second, you can't get there using the commuter trains in time for sunrise and the last train leaves at 2130 so you are limited in how long you can stay in Rome. We wanted to go Ostia Antica one day. The staff didn't know much about it other than it was open, etc. 2 1/2 hours and an attempted pickpocketing later we arrived at Ostia to find it was closed for the day as the workers were in a snit about something. We talked to a local there and learned that it was a scheduled "strike." You will have to decide whether or not the hotel staff should have known or found that out, but I think they should have. Also, the hotel is in the suburbs of Rome, not out in the country as it seems. All in all a nice stay, but not nearly as convenient to Rome as it suggests.
