When we checked in the gentleman seemed very confused. We got to our room and it was dirty. We had to take all of our things back down stairs to get a new room. Only one of the elevators was working at the time of check in. Our new room was clean and very spacious. The next morning my husband went for breakfast out, when came back the working elevator was as now not working and he had to do the stairs. The rooms were very clean, very spacious. The housekeeping ladies were great at helping get a new room, very apologetic over the dirty room ( not their fault). We would give it another try, just very tiresome after a long day on the road. Hopefully we get our discount for their dirty room issue, still waiting.

Elevator was slow the night we checked in. Upon leaving the elevator was not working at all and had to take the stairs down with all of our belongings. Staff was very friendly, however and the property was clean.

it has been many years since I stayed at a Holiday Inn property and was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the property. I will stay here again.

Well the first night there were ants all over the counter, wall, and floor by the refrigerator area. When I tried to call the front desk, my phone in the room would not connect. I kept getting a busy signal. I went down to the desk and the lady at the desk was pleasant and did end up coming upstairs to spray the area with an insecticide. The next morning the ants by the refrigerator were dead, however, there were more across the room by the garbage can, TV area, and desk. I again notified the front desk. The gentleman was not as willing to help but did eventually end up going up to the room to spray. That evening, the ants were gone, however, the button for the elevator had been pushed into the wall. It seemed a precarious thing that could lend to a fire hazard.
I could not change rooms as there were no other wheelchair accessible rooms available. The accessibility was decent. The beds were a little too high for an independent transfer and the microwave was on an upper shelf I was unable to reach. But I was not traveling alone so this was not an issue.

We are having our home remodeled and needed to stay somewhere for 2 nights. I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn several times in the past however I was told I could not stay because I lived within 100 miles. My room had been booked since Wednesday and I wasn’t told this until I checked in. Not that I understand why but a prior notification would have allowed me to find another hotel that wasn’t last minute and end up paying more.

We arrived late in the evening, and the lobby smelled like gas. I let the person in the lobby know and she said it was okay. It made me feel uneasy about falling asleep. Our room didn’t smell like gas. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed two nights with no issues other than the smell in the lobby both evenings. It may be a gas smell from the kitchen in the restaurant.

Good hotel for a stopover. We opted to pay $5/two breakfasts when booking, which gave us $10 each toward two breakfasts in their attached restaurant. The portions were huge and both of my children took half the food with them.

We booked a jeeted tub room, but upon check in was told the hotel doesn't have any rooms with jetted tubs. Then we were told we were being put in a king suit. That actually turned out to be a handicap accessible room. Since there was no jetted tub, we decide to try out the pool and jacuzzi. The pool was closed and had a film on top of the water. We checked out a day early and found a different hotel.

It was soundproof as advertised. However, we had everything we needed. The hotel is in a great location, conveniently close to everything. There is a bar and grill on the main level of the hotel. The staff was attentive. We had extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel appears modern.

The restaurant staff, although very friendly, were completely confused by meal vouchers. We were there with entire baseball team for tournament and every single family had to fight with the staff over free meal vouchers. Very stressful. Some of our friends paid full price because they gave up arguing with waiter
Toilet in our room stopped working several times. Easy fix by lifting tank lid but still should not have been an issue
No one at front desk for many visits to ask questions. Had to keep checking back until someone was there

Had to wait over 5 minutes for the desk clerk to come back. We tried to make conversation about the 100 mile rule to stay there.
She was rude and said they were catering to business travel and there were plenty of other nearby hotels for others.
Weird that is your business plan, yet you have preteen running all over and you allow dogs. Though it was very cute!!

Went to watch our son & his Quincy volleyball team play at home. Our first night, there was a really loud & vibrating sound that seem to come from our bathroom & far living room walls. The night manager, Leah, could not figure out where nor what was making the noises. She found us 2 other adjoining rooms to meet our needs because we had a large 1 bedroom suite. By the time we got settled into our new rooms, it was almost 1am. Loved how spacious & clean the rooms were. And Leah gave us several meal passes including comping one of the rooms for our entire stay. She was very efficient & professional. Despite the inconveniences the first night, we would definitely return here again.

I had to leave after one day because I had left medicine at home. I explained this to staff at checkout, I was advised to have Expedia call them about this as my reservation was through Expedia. After a long phone call with Expedia staff I was advised I would be contacted in 24 hours. I did get multiple emails stating that they were having difficulty contacting anyone at the hotel. Finally I was advised there would be a charge for the room I was not able to use, even though I checked out in plenty of tim for the room to be cleaned and used. All the staff I interacted with from the hotel were fine. Expedia not so much.

The staff was very very nice, from the young lady that called us prior to our arrival to explain the Holiday (thanksgiving) scheduling of meals , to the Manager Tom that checked us in. very accommodating. Will defiantly return when in the area again.
