Staff are very friendly and so welcoming. Very pet-friendly also! Room was very clean and spacious. Definitely a great place to stay.

Nice

This is a great place to stay and very safe. It has restaurants near and shopping only 5 minutes away.

Seems like a fairly new hotel. Everything was clean and in working order except the pool which was not an issue for me. The breakfast was the usual Hampton fare which is better than most.

The property was well-lit in the parking lot and easy to get it.

Let’s try what I didn’t like. Lukewarm coffee and a not so good breakfast was very disappointing. Everything else was very good.

Clean and comfortable stop while traveling. Lots of food places in the area.

Difficult to find the hotel

Everything was very pleasant except the front desk attendant named Omar. I had two reservations and he told me that I could stay in the same room for both but then today he told me that we had to move rooms bc he rented it to someone else.

Scheduled check in through the app was for 3pm but when we arrived the room wasnt ready. It was corrected within 20 minutes. Besides that small kiccup, the stay was excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very friendly. Overall 9.5 stay.

Great service

One of two elevators out of service. Ice machine out on 2nd floor. Otherwise, good over night and go hotel .

An older property, but well kept. We stay here every time we drive through Lubbock. Nice staff as well!

Comfortable n quiet

Check-in was quick. Nice staff. Room was great. Close to shopping and restaurants. Hampton has never disappointed me.

We have been looking for an improved but cost friendly hotel for our frequent medical trips to Lubbock, having recently being very disappointed in our previously used hotel. Wow were we happy with our first stay here. We felt safe, it was quiet from the traffic noise, clean, carefully cared for. We will be back.

This hotel is disgusting and the general manager will not only not help but is as hateful to guests as he is to the employees. Additionally according to Lubbock PD and some of the employees, breakins occur nightly at this hotel complex, so be prepared for your vehicle to be broken into. We have stayed at a few Hampton Inns over the years and have always found them nice. This was one is horrid. The toilet was unclean with toilet paper in the floor next to it. The carpet was stained and disgusting and unvaccumed. The glass surfaces were smeared and dirty. The tile areas had been neither swept nor mopped. The bathtub was disgusting and the paint was peeling away from the ceiling and door in the bathroom. And then we found dirty women’s underwear hanging from the shower rod between the shower curtain folds. The front desk moved us to a different room and assured us management would call us first thing in the morning about the room issues. The first room they were going to move us to reeked of raw sewage. The next room they moved us to was cleaner, but still on par with a low-rent motel. The following day management never called us and when we went to leave we would find our vehicle had been broken into during the night. The manager was rude, condescinding, and clearly inconvenienced by guests and employees. (We watched multiple customers complain to him about various issues while we waited for our police report as well as watched him bark at employees.)

Our check-in experience was fine. The only problem was the housekeeping knocked on our door at 9AM when checkout was 11AM and we were still sleeping. It has happened to us twice in a row now at Hilton owned hotels.

We booked one room for 6 people. That's not what we got. I had to go back to the desk and we were given a a second room to divide up our family, which was nice, but a huge inconvenience. The staff seemed grumpy and consistently blamed all the "problems" on booking through a 3rd party app.

We stayed on this Hotel on a previous time, and it was a great stay. The guy from the kitchen staff was walking around giving people attitude for showing before closing kitchen. We asked for extra towels and was told check you bathroom. We told him we needed extra, he simply turn around and walked away. As we walked away he came back from some other door with three towels. We had other concerns, however its pointless to point them out. Nothing will get addressed.

Breakfast was very low quality. There were strange eggs in a plastic bag available. There were dry Quaker Oats oatmeal in a jar with no hot water available to make oatmeal. The staff said they don’t use hot water, so the oats just are there to stay dry and uncooked. No hot water available. Coffee was served in personal use coffee pots in the breakfast area. I’m well aware of typical underwhelming continental breakfasts at hotels, and this was really a sad one that left my family cringing.

Was a decent place to stay a couple of nights. Pillows are the only real drawback. Mattress is comfortable tho.

The room was large with a sitting area. The hotel was quiet and in a good location close to HWY289.

Friendly staff and very comfortable and clean room

Upon arriving at this hotel I was informed that they do not take the credit card that I have. I had just stayed at another Hampton Inn and there was no problem there. The manager informed me that none of the Hampton hotels accepted this card. They were having problems with their system so we could not be provided a room key which meant that one of the staff had to let us in.

Lots of thunderstorms while we were there. Nice property and great staff, but the building and its equipment apparently needs better grounding because their keycard maker (access to your room) was inop due to storm damage and their cable TV would stop working for a while each time a storm passed by.

We arrived to find their key card machine was out of order, so every time you wanted to access your room an employee needed to escort you to the door and open it with a master key, which made access slow and cumbersome. Lobby wall phone had signs on it “out of order”, WiFi went out. While the staff was very nice, key card updates weren’t performed during our two night stay. An oversight on managements part. No notification of their problems were conveyed to us prior to arrival.
