The hotel has a play area for children; unfortunately, it is not bolted down and seems unsafe when children are in the swing. The pool was busy, and the following day, when we went to the pool, the water looked cloudy and dirty as if it had not been cleaned the night before. The hotel rooms are in desperate need of repairs. The food in the restaurant was basic. I recommend going out to eat elsewhere.

We are from USA. This place is different from the pictures on the website, and only the lobby is clean. Room was not cleaned properly, and there was a pervasive foul odor emanating from the bathroom.

I wanted to thank Plaza Camelinas for an absolute joy to stay with. The staff was amazing, the restaurant is great, and they accommodated my (ok) spanish. I will definitely be back and without a doubt will pick this hotel again.

This hotel was spacious and clean. I made a reservation for this place because it had a garden and the pool would be nice for the kids to play in, but it rained so we couldn't enjoy it.

The property is as good as it can be. I had a massage session which was excellent, a different experience from some traditional massages. Rooms are okay. Upon arrival there was a very unpleasant smell. Around the hotel there is freeway construction which was very inconvenient after going out to dinner and returning to the hotel the access was closed.

The rooms are very clean, great staff service and we had a great breakfast. I was pulling a trailer with my truck and they had safe wide and closed area where I could park it without any issues. I won’t hesitate to stay again in the future.

It was not so good that the cleaning team is knocking at your door during the early morning. I talk to a lady and asked her if they are informed by the office which clients have left early. So they don’t have to get going room by room knocking at the doors. She instead of answering me insisted in justify her acting.

Al contar con sistemas obsoletos hacen la recepción muy lenta, me asignaron un cuarto ocupado, el aire acondicionado de repente hace ruidos muy fuertes no puedes dormir, los registros de los baños apestan a alcantarilla, las luces del cuarto se descompusieron, en general el estado del cuarto es muy mala.
