After being in the room for 30 minutes, I saw a roach on the wall (of course I killed it). The front desk assured me it was an isolated incident that they don't have a problem! The shelf in the shower (for soap and shampoo) was broken off. One morning at breakfast, all of the yogurt was 2 months past the expiration date! The location was great! Anything you would need is nearby. This was my first time trying a different hotel chain. I am going back to what I know I don't have to worry about!

If it wasn’t for the poor condition of the rooms and the terrible lack of cleanliness, I would give the place five stars because the staff was amazingly friendly. The bed was super comfortable, but everything else was dirty and filthy. We were surprised that we didn’t find bedbugs or roaches in the hotel. Floors were stained sofas are stained bathroom walls were marked and stained with broken bits of marble in the interior showers it was just a hot mess. The bed though was super comfortable.

I have mixed reviews about this hotel. I have stayed at other Wyndham hotels and it has been a fantastic experience. This was not the best Wyndham hotel I've stayed in. The staff was fantastic. It was easy to check in and out. The breakfast was good. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable (I might even call to find out what kind of mattress toppers and pillows they use). My issues come with the condition of this hotel. My toilet was literally coming out of the floor. If you moved back and forth the toilet would go with you. The tiles were cracked and the floor shifted as you were walking around inside the bathroom and right inside the entrance. There were stains on the carpet although the rest of the room seemed immaculate. There were also spots where the walls needed to be repaired and a water spot on the ceiling. I feel like these are known issues with this room and repairs should have been made before they place guests in there. There was not much noise insulation between our upstairs neighbors and us. The price for this hotel stay was absolutely way too much for the condition that it was in. I paid the same price for one of the larger hotels in perfect condition.

Plenty of Dining with in 1 mile. The breakfast was very good, Very quiet, But the best was, check in at 3 and check out at 12;00. Also the most comfortable beds I have seen in awhile in a hotel!!! The staff very friendly, just a great experience. I will book again on my way through!!!

We were mid road trip resting our heads so we were in and out. But, a family of 5 (with 2 teens and a 6yr old), it fit the bill. Cleanliness was good. The lobby was clean and welcoming, beds comfy. The rugs on floor 2 could use some tlc. Check in was ehhh, they have this thing where you can check in from your phone but it don’t seem to work.

I left my personal belonging in the room. According to them, no guest has checked in after us but denied they found the belonging that was placed on the table. They don’t reply to text messages even though reception admitted that they received the message.

I thought this would be a better place to stay but I was mistaken. Ample sized room and bed was ok but only a desk and hard chair for sitting. No couch or bench and no where to open your luggage except the floor or the bed. I had to ask a couple of times for a luggage stand. Family with me had to ask for one for their room as well. Breakfast was horrible. When we arrived downstairs there were several workers standing around and eating some of the food even though the breakfast bar was out of eggs and Canadian bacon 45 minutes prior to the end of breakfast time. I asked one of the workers regarding refilling the products and she directed me to the kitchen where there were several more workers chatting and laughing. I asked one of them them about more foods and it took almost 40 minutes for them to come out with some and then the eggs were were very watery and no additional bacon. There were at least 8 or 10 people waiting as well as myself for the food. Hallways and rooms needed attention with regard to cleanliness and maintenance.

Checked in after midnight due to airline cancellations and delays. Wad no hassle and got checked in even after i had called and told them i may have to cancel because of airlines. Room was ready when i got there at 2 AM.
